Ruger AR-556 .223 Remington/5.56 NATO AR-15 Pistol with SB Tactical Brace

The Ruger AR-15 pistol does not require a tax stamp and is legal to own. This AR-556 pistol is designed to shoot both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition. The 30-round magazine provides enough capacity to make a day at the range more fun and less loading required.

The Ruger AR-556 Pistol features a lower receiver that is fitted with an adjustable SB Tactical pistol stabilizing brace to aid in accuracy, balance and recoil management. The slim nine-inch handguard is free-floating and provides enhanced ergonomics and support. Magpul M-Lok accessory attachment slots along the 3, 6 and 9 O’clock positions.

Made from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum forging, the flattop upper receiver includes a forward assist, dust cover and brass deflector. The bolt is machined from 9310 alloy steel and is shot-peened and pressure-proof tested to ensure strength, structural integrity and durability. The twist rate stabilizes bullets from 35 to 77 grains and the 5.56 NATO chamber allows the use of both 5.56 NATO and .223 Rem. ammunition.

A matte black oxide finish on the exterior of the bolt carrier provides corrosion resistance. A Ruger flash suppressor is provided, and the threaded barrel allows for standard muzzle accessories to be installed. M4 feed ramps provide improved reliability and it includes a 30-round Magpul PMAG.
