|I've ordered five of these 30 round magazines from CTD. All came individually packaged in plastic sleeves with Thompson/Auto-Ordnance hang tags.
There were no markings on any of the magazines to indicate they came from Auto-Ordnance (or Kahr). The magazines had fine rust powder on the outsides (your hands will turn orange from handling them) and varying degrees of rust on the insides (one would not function until cleaned). The bluing/coating was very thin on all magazines.
All five magazines needed to be 'fitted' (slight grinding/filing of magazine catch hole) to my 1927A1 TA5 pistol. This was not a major job, but it is disappointing that these were sold as Auto-Ordnance (Thompson) magazines, and they need to be modified to work.|
