Original used Yugoslavian shovel and pouch that is used for digging in confined areas and is the perfect addition to your bug out bag or for your vehicle.

This Grade II shovel is constructed of steel, it extends to 23.75" with a looped handle for easy digging, folds compactly down to 9.5", and the double edged blade will easily cut through soil.

Includes a Grade III heavy canvas pouch that features a flap lid with two snaps, two 2.75" belt loops for attaching to your belt, and a drain hole; they do not make heavy-duty pouches like this one any more, this one may be used, but still has years of use left in it.

"Shovel has some dings and dents from digging, but has by no means compromised the integrity of this military device. It functions smoothly, locks in tightly, and has fresh paint. The carrier is well used but has no damage and is tougher than the Alice pack I clipped it on. For this price, it's a great value."

"The shovel I got was great and looks new. The cover is used, but in great shape. A great deal and better than the one made in China sold by the other guys. You can't go wrong. Thanks, CTD."

"A great value! Sturdy construction of the shovel and case. Packs down real small. If you are camping or prepping, this is a must have."

"The shovel has some minor handling wear, however that is only skin deep. Everything else is in great condition. The cover was in solid Grade II condition, replaced my former ALICE rubber cover I had before. Every good webbing kit needs this!"

"Sometimes with surplus, you get something that is less than advertised. I was expecting such for the price, and ended up getting something in exceptional quality. The shovel itself has never been used - not a single scratch or ding, and even unfolding it took some effort, as it was very stiff. I imagine because it has never been unfolded. The canvas holder itself has seen some wear, and has some age, but once again, it looks like it never saw the field. Awesome value for the money."
