This special edition Alaskan 375 H&H Mag is all about helping you maintain accuracy while looking good. It boasts polished metal finishes to complement a satin-finished walnut stock with tasteful cut-checkering details on the pistol grip and forend. An integral recoil lug - forged and machined as part of receiver - and an one-piece, alloy bottom metal adds solid rigidity for better accuracy. The polished metal receiver is paired with a matching 25" cold hammer-forged, free-floating barrel for natural accuracy. The barrel has a recessed target crown to protect the 1 turn in 12" rifling. Monte Carlo-styling aligns the eye perfectly with open sights or a scope, but this rifle comes ready with a folding, adjustable rear sight and hooded gold bead front sight for fast and sure target acquisition right out of the box. Pre-64 controlled round feed with claw extractor fully controls the cartridge from magazine to chamber then ejection. Rifle features Winchester's M.O.A. Trigger System which virtually eliminates take up, creep and overtravel, so where you aim is where you shoot, and a Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad dampens felt recoil.
