"Great idea, but not well executed. Installation is simple and the sight picture is good. Great alternative to the almost impossible to see brass bead front sight. Having said that, it is not well made. The first time I fired my rifle after installation, part of the rear aperture fell off and I had to search the ground to find it. The second time I fired it, after normal storage and handling in a soft case, one of the rings that holds the front fiber optic rod broke, leaving the rod free to slide and roll. Not a well made piece. I will not purchase anything from Williams again."

"This set of Fire Sights made my expectations. They are cheap, provide great side picture, are easy to adjust for MOA because there are clicks on the side of the sliding rear sight. The front sight fiber optic bead is a little loose, just make sure to not drop your rile into the group. I was using these for Appleseed shoots and they work perfectly fine at about 25-100 yards."

"I am rebuilding a 10-22 from 1971.Sights are the last step. The rear sight was easy-use a small drop of medium locktight. The front sight was harder. The 10-22 front sights can be driven out left or right. the new Fire sights have a slight L-R taper I had to use a small fine file on it to make it slide in. The marks do not show. Check out YouTube for help.Next time I will pay a gun smith to press the front sights out and in with the proper tool.I had to pound on it hard with a soft punch. The sights work very good and are a lot better than the old. They are a little flimsy and may not stand up to rough use."
