"I was pretty apprehensive about ordering this thinking it was some cheap knock-off but it is the read deal and looked new. It fit directly on my Uzi Model B just like it did in the factory in Israel. Super deal. Thanks Cheaper than Dirt. Shalom."

"This is a decent set up...I didn't need the upper part, just the stock as it's going on an expensive replica Uzi. You do need a screw, washer, and nuts. The stock is a clever design."

"Not a real surprise that the folks at Dirt deliver the goods. The genuine Uzi stock came in with flawless parkerization and little wear from handling and storage, what a score."

"After reading all the great reviews I thought this was a slam dunk decision. What arrived was a well worn and scratched Folding stock and a ratcheted cover that I can't use on my model B."

"Awesome product at a great price, don't miss out on the chance to buy this combo for 19.99. (it's going for 50 bucks elsewhere, and thats just for the stock alone!) My stock set dosen't look issued, prehaps it was just good luck. Anyway, it went on my 922r compliant Norinco without any drama. Locks out tight, and as an added bonus I got a new top cover (which works fine on Model Bs & clones if you take the ratchet arm out of the cocking handle assembly)."

"I have to say, I am impressed, and pleased. My parts arrived two days after I ordered them. I really like that. Both the buttstock and receiver cover appear to be unissued, with only light handling marks on the freshly parkerized surfaces. A check around the web shows that the cheapest deal on a buttstock alone, is still more than I paid for these two pristine pieces with shipping included. Bravo, ladies and gentlemen."

"I received an obviously used but still working folding stock and rachet receiver cover. The rachet received cover won't work out of the box on my Model B, but will fit and seems like it would work if the rachet type cocking arm is removed. Or the rachet teeth are filed down. The finish was obviously used good condition, not new but worked and was in the condition described. Well worth the price still."

"With a little grinding on the cover and stock at it fits my Century are UC-9 UZI just fine. The metal on the top cover is thicker than the one that it came with, but this one is of much better quality. I also had to disable the ratcheting feature on it, but that was easy. For the stock there is one little piece of metal that got in the way of it working. It took me about 2 min to grind that off with a dremel tool and it works just fine. I will be buying a few more for my other UZIs."

"I received my order and the folding stock was brand new. As for the top cover, it was used but in OK condition. Currently having it modified to use with my semi-auto UZI. The ratchet top cover needs to be disassembled to remove the latch mechanism, or the piece of metal that is about 0.75\" long needs to be welded in to make a new stop to allow the ratchet mechanism to release. The teeth are not the problem. The semi-auto models have a buffer, and therefore, the bolt does not travel as far back as the full-auto UZIs. Hence, it can't trigger the release mechanism."

"Great stock and receiver that look new. To install, just remove the recoil buffer from under the rear site (under the receiver, behind the bolt) and install the nut and bolt. You're done!"

"I did not need the stock but it is a new one. The top cover is good. It is a little thicker, so when you snap it on your UZI, the release catch at the rear sight won't slide all the way over the rear of the top cover. It works, but you might want to adjust it by bending or removing some metal so the release catch goes all the way forward. That's half the fun of getting your UZI just like you like it. I'm planing on bolting a 3\" rail on the thicker top cover for an optic of some kind. By the way, a top cover is way more than $50 bucks, so don't miss out on this good deal. Thanks, CTD."

"Here's an update: the top cover is well made - too well made. What ever steel they used is very hard. I don't have a drill bit that will touch it. I got a scope mount that requires that you drill two holes in the top cover. So to not mess up the top cover that came with my Uzi, I bought this one. Now I need to find a shop with a drill press. Project continues."

"I just wanted the folding stock. I ordered one, it was so nice that I ordered another! The second one was nicer than the first - BRAND NEW - no scratches or marks at all. FAST shipping. Great deal! You will be coming back to CTD!"
