"Nice fit for my High-point.45 cal. with the front mounted laser. This isn't any fast draw holster but feels very comfortable."
"Not exactly what I expected for the price. The top gun retention strap is very poor. I've purchased Leapers UTG holsters before and was surprised at the design of this gun retention strap. It should be a velcro thumb break with a long, hard vertical plastic piece containg a female button snapping into a male button. This holster retention is all fabric velcro straps...very slow to draw. The holster allows customized width to accomadate various size attachments. The two leg straps are cheap. Why can't thay make black rubber on the leg straps instead of the gray. The rig should be ALL black. Fast CDT and USPS delivery."
"This holster is a perfect fit. I am using it with a Smith and Wesson .40 semi-auto. The holster has many adjustments and I can see it working well with many handguns. I am very pleased."
"I was actually surprised to find how adjustable it really is. I can either low or high carry simply by adjusting a single strap. I use this with my RIA 1911A1."
"such a great price on the holster that you cant help but try it out, some others wrote that they didnt like the thumb break, this is what i came up with, mine came with the male snap on the outside and a mess of velcro (sort of a secondary velcro retaining strap), since you can remove the straps for adjustments, i took the male strap and put it in the inside, female on the outside. like the other reviewer suggested would work better, i also folded back the velcro part of the straps to simplify the thumb break. as it is now the holster is very fast and i will probably install something in the outer (female) strap to make it rigid and allow you to lever off the thumb break even faster. i fit a commander model 1911 and its not very tight but i have tested it quite a bit and dont feel like it is going anywhere, im 6-4 250lbs and there is plenty of strap left over on the legs and the drop from the belt, mag pouch fits my mag very well, a double stack is going to be a stretch but who puts a pistol mag on the same side of the body as the pistol anyway, (i dont feel like crossing over with the left hand would be very natural so im going to run a molle drop panel with double mag pouch on the left leg). spend the few dollars and take an hour or so to set it up right and you will see how far your money can go with this holster!"
"Very secure and well made. It can be adjusted to fit almost any weapon and it also allows you to set how high the pistol sits in the holster. So if you have a thin, compact pistol it won't slip down and make unholstering difficult. I have a Taurus PT92 and I couldn't ask for a better fit. The front sight doesn't catch and get stuck like I've noticed on a few other holsters I've used either. Just buy it."
"I finally found a holster that will fit my H&K USP .45 Tactical with my Blast laser light combo. I have bought and returned several holsters that could not fit my pistol with the light and laser. my search is over. Overall construction is pretty good except for the thumb break. Setting up the holster I busted the snap in the thumb break when I snapped it together and tried to unsnap it, thats why it only gets 4 bullets. Other than that there are all kinds of adjustments for the holster. There are two straps on the outside and one velcro strap on the inside of the holster to set the bottom of the holster to stop the pistol. The Mag pouch on holster is a little small. I have to stretch it out to fit the H&K mag. I am A little unhappy about the snap but that can be easily fixed. I am just happy to finally have a drop leg for my Pistol. It has been a nightmare finding one. Thanks CTD."

"I also have a H&k usp Tactical 45 and I have had the hardest time ever finding a holster. But I now have a holster that fits it and with a light, compensator, and it fits great! Even with the kabar pistol bayonet on it fits perfectly. The only problem with the holster is the button on the thumb break. It doesnt snap completely good enough and when it does, it is very hard to undo it. I finally got fed up with it and cut that part off, so now I use the velcro that is connected to it. It works perfectly! Easy to adjust and feels comfortable on. I love this holster and for the price, it is just a steal! GET THIS HOLSTER!!!"
"Im writing this more because the shipping was rediculously fast. I expected to see this holster in two weeks or more because I chose the lowest shipping rate. The holster showed up in just about 4 days. For the holster itself it could be a little better design. I gave it only 4 bullets because its not exactly what i was expecting but it will do the job. I wont say that it isnt worth the price because overall it is a good product for the price you pay. I needed a holster for a Taurus PT1911 with a rail and Streamlight TLR-2S attatched. This holster is the most cost effective way of attaining that. My next cheapest option would run over $100.00 so UTG and CTD was my logical solution.I have to agree that the thumb break retaining system is counter-intuative. I always reverse these no matter who makes the holster because i feel that the thumb should sweep it open as you grasp the gun. Not cross over the backstrap of the gun but rather as you take your natural grip possition. The one thing that i am unhappy about is the bottom strap inside the holster that supports the firearm keeps the gun from dropping in. This will either wear in over time or i will find a fix for it. Either way i would recommend this holster because for $30 your not going to find a light carrying holster. I always expected that i would have to modify or adjust or redo something on these type of products but in the end im happy with the price i paid the product i recieved and the fastest shipping ive experienced."
"I picked this holster up because it was essentially the only holster I could use with my H&K USP Full Size with the Insight M2 Light. Like Rob and some others have stated, you need to rework the thumb break. I simply switched the two, the outside one is now on the inside and vise versa. Other than that it works and fits great."

"I got this yesterday. Fits my xD .40 service model 4 inch no problem. I don't have a laser or light yet, so I put the xD speedloader on the rail to see if it would still fit in the holster, a few quick adjustments and back in business. I like the fact that this has a snap thumb break. The thumb break pieces are velcro and I swapped sides so the topsnap woukd be on the outside, personal preference. The thumb break has a velcro top that can hold the top part of the break but folds up if not needed. Mag pouch holds magazine with length room (about 2 in.), but adjusted tight for mine. Drop strap length could adjusts about 5 inches down, I'm 5'11" and left it where it was. Thigh straps adjust easily and have elastic for comfort, they come long (28 inches or so) trimmed mine. Side straddle hopped around and everything held tight. Worth $10 more than the others..."
"This is one heck of a holster!!!! Fits pistols with light and laser: that's hard to find. Fully adjustable for most medium to large frame pistols and personally i don't have a problem with the retention strap, no its not a fast draw holster but then again its not advertised as that either. Very adjustable for different size guns and the leg straps adjust very well also and very comfortable. Almost forgot, very well made and very durable."
"I've been looking for a holster like this for awhile now. I bought one before that said it would hold my 1911 with a laser attached. It didn't and I paid twice as much as I did for this one. This holster did exactly what was advertised and only took a couple of minutes to adjust everything. For the price you can't beat it. And the shipping was incredibly fast too."

"Good holster overall. Good price, good quality as usual. I've bought plenty of UTG products in the past, and this adds up like the rest. My only issue is the thumb break is reversed. Normally the thumb break is released by pushing down on the snap when grabbing the pistol, but in this case you actually have to push up with your thumb to break the retention and then draw the weapon. Not too big a deal, but it does add to draw time. Just got it today so I'm not quite sure what I'm going to do yet. Either needs to be modified or I might swap it for the tornado holster. Other than that it's great. Fit's any pistol with any rail add on as far as I can tell."
"I take it back! I looked at my holster again, and the retention snap is normal. I guess I looked at it too fast before I left for work, but the retention is the same as any other. Good news for me, and for all of you. I now give five bullets. Great holster!"
"I have a Beretta 92F Desert Storm Edition w/ a laser site (one of the first on the market when I bought it back in 92, about the size of a pack of cigarettes, that rest under the barrel and attaches to the trigger gaurd) and it fit perfectly. The quality of this holster is unbeatable, especially for the price. You Guys ROCK!"
"After making all the adjustments, this drop leg is beautiful, it's not bulky nor looks to be big, it's just awsome, the way my XD-40 fits, & for the price you just can't beat this. Thanks CTD it's just beutiful!!!!!!!"
"Once again cheaper than dirt has come through with a great product! This Holster adjusts to any pistol configuration and light combination. This is such a great holster I bought two and use them every day."
"I work in a shop that has a lot of scumbags coming and going sometimes. I carry my Sig Sauer and an extra clip with this rig. I think it works great. It molded around my Sig just fine and seems to be a quality rig. The retention strap is fully adjustable to wrap around the hammer of my Sig, so the thumb break is crisp. All around, it was a good purchase."
"You can adjust this holster to fit anything, light mounted or not. It doesn't move around thanks to the rubber strips embedded in the leg straps. The price is low. That's all the good stuff, the down side is the thumb break won't adjust enough. For a Glock or XD it will be fine, for a 1911 the thumb break won't tighten down enough. It will hold a 1911 in, but not as tightly as I would like."
"Well I bought this holster after using my friends desert leg holster at a pistol range. Although I dont regret buying it, I wish I would have picked out the desert or Marine woodland digital one. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice affordable leg holster."
"This holster has alot of adjustment. The internal adjustment strap crosses the muzzle of the pistol only, so it will allow use of a laser/light that protrudes further than the muzzle without any problem. Also, I reversed the thumb break straps to have a more traditional release. Fits great with both a Beretta 92 or Glock 21 with a TLR-1 mounted."
"Nice and well made. It can be adjusted to fit almost any weapon and it also allows you to set how high the pistol sits. And compact pistols won't slip down in it. I have a Sig Sauer SP2022. I couldn't ask for a better fit. Just buy it."
"I found this holster to be of high quality like most UTG products. First, having worn many tactical leg holsters, I found that the rubberized leg straps were the best thing I liked. The extra mag pouch is nice, and the platform feels good against the leg ( nothing worse than a pistol flopping around in the wind when operating, distracting). Well made, good construction. Only reason I did't give 5 stars, quick release buckle a little odd. I actually turned mine around to feel more natural, but overall excellent product"
"I bought this holster for my Taurus 24/7 40 cal with flashlight. It fits the gun perfectly. I did reverse the thumb release like I read some guys did on here and it works perfect. The extra mag pouch holds my extra mag nice and snug. The only reason I gave it 4 bullets was it is a heavy unit with the pistol and it doesnt work well with a regular belt. It pulls down my belt and pants to one side with alot of walking so I bought the blt-500 hd web belt, hopefully that will work. All in all the holster is a great buy for the price, thx CTD."
"I bought this for my Herstal FNP-45 and it's a perfect fit. It's a bulky holster but it feels right against my leg and doesn't rotate due to the rubberized straps. I'm a big guy (almost 300 pounds) and the straps fit my thigh with room left over. For the price you cannot beat this tactical holster."

"I am extremely impressed with this holster. To get the minor bad out of the way it's a little looser than I would like. Beyond that I found the Standard quick release snap closure to be as fast as any other holster I have used. . I highly recomend this holster and plan to buy a few backups in case they stop selling them one day."
"There are a lot of straps that go with this product. It took me about 45 mins to get this to fit with my 1911 w/tactical light. But after I made several adjustments it fit like a glove. Def worth the $."
"Fits my SIG P226 perfectly; will need some wearing in for quick clearance. Anti-slip straps on the leg seem to work as designed."
"Not a bad rig for the price for the occasional/recreational user. However, the leg buckles release with moderate pulling pressure. So if you like your rigs tight, this might not be the best choice for you. My carry piece is an FNP45, and while the weapon is a large framed firearm (.45, 14rd mags), it still rides sloppy in the holster. Also, the "quick release" is bizarre at best. While a standard snap button holds together just fine, an additional (and in my opinion unnecessary)velcro strap cover overlaps that. So, if you need a quick draw, you need to pull away the hook & loop, and then un-snap the button to draw your weapon. Again, a nice item for occasional use."
"I bought one of these for my FNP-45, it works fairly well, but doesn't hold the pistol as tight as I would like. The extra retention strap, which is velcro, eliminates the ability to quick draw, but it is easily tucked away under one of the side flaps and stays out of the way. The only real complaint I have with it is that it develops a little movement/floppiness on your leg, while doing erratic movements (ie running, climbing, jumping, etc). Overall a decent value for the money; I'd give it about 3.5/5. It also fits my M9 style pistol, but it's a pretty loose fit."
"I got this holster after serious research on a specific application required to complete my task. This holster, when properly adjusted and fit, keeps your weapon snug and not flopping around loose to fall out when running. It also has a magazine pouch on the front for back up ammo should your shots with the first magazine not complete the job. I really like this holster and would recommend this to anyone. BTW, I keep a Taurus 24/7 G2 .45 caliber in my thigh holster and it fits perfectly. The one thing I do not like is the double securing strap on top. I think it only needs the snap or Velcro wrapping over the back strap of your pistol. I do however like the variable adjustments you can use depending on if you have tactical lasers or lights on your weapon. Go 101st Airborne all the way!"

"Adjust to any medium or large framed handgun, great for MPs, SRT, or SWAT. It's easy to convert from personal carry to duty carry!"
"I purchased this product for my Desert Eagle .50 AE. I am very happy with the quality and adjustability. The holster adjusted just enough for the DE. The only reason I did not give a 5 bullet rating is because the spare mag pouch wasn't large enough for the .50 AE mags. A SureFire flashlight does fit in it."
"It seemed to be somewhat of a challenge to find a quality leg holster that will securely hold a pistol with a light/laser. Look no further. This leg holster is wonderful. The adjustments make it a breeze to get your pistol fitted securely. No wobble once it snapped into position. Run, jump, whatever, it stays in place and and is ready when you need it. This is a good find at a great price! Thanks CTD!"
"It's made in China. The stitching could be better. We'll see how the plastic holds up, though it seems that China actually makes stronger plastic than our country for some reason, so I'm not that worried."
"Nice, snug fit, seems durable. Wiggled some when moving. P95 fits great in there. 1911s not so much, even with adjustment."
"This holster works perfectly for my Taurus 40 PT101 with rail. Amazingly, the extra mag holder held the high capacity magazine nice and snug."
– hi cap mag
"Very high quality holster. Fits both my glock 17 and 19 perfectly with very little and easy adjustments. Both weapons fit well even with glock factory light attached."
– Nate RI
"This holster works great with my GLOCK 23 with tac light. Definitely worth the money."

"This holster comes almost completely as advertised and fits my Gen3 G22 very well with only a minimal adjustment to the retention strap. I'm a really big guy with long arms and huge thighs and after adjustment it fits, though they could stand to add an inch or two of velcro to the the drop adjustment. As far as the extra magazine pouch on the front, I've run across the same problem as nearly everyone else. It fits magazines for my Ruger SR22 with some effort, but since that's not my carry gun it does me no good. Flashlight pouch it is!"
