Ever wonder where they put your glasses, wallet, watch, wedding ring and other personal items when you go to an Army field hospital? Well wonder no more! We found a small lot of Vietnam War era "Bag, Patient, Effects" bags still new in the wrapper.

Each cotton bag is brand new, never issued, and is still sealed inside of its original paper wrapper. Most were stamped with the manufacturer "Correct Shoes, Inc" but manufacturers may vary. A small, square, white patch of material is sewn on the front center of the bag so that a patients name could be written in.

Each bag includes a double drawstring top pull and a rubberized inner pocket so certain items might be kept separate from other items in the bag. The bottom of each bag is gusseted so it will sit upright once loaded. Fully open, the measurements are 12" tall by 15" wide with a 12" diameter.

Original paper wrapping may show some shelf wear from long term storage of over 50 years in some cases.

Highly collectable and supply is very limited.
