Only a limited supply of original and rare M-1950 weapons cases still exist, but we managed to get our hands on some. Originally produced in 1950, and used through the Vietnam War, the M-1950 has secured its place in history as one of the key pieces of equipment necessary to bring air dropped troops into the fight.

Since this case was originally developed for the M1 Garand, it will fit many shorter rifles including the AR-15 as well. Outer dimensions are 48" long and 10" wide. Useable space is 46" long and 9" wide.

Each heavy canvas case is lined with blanket style padding and quickly opens and closes with a heavy duty, aluminum zipper protected by a storm flap. Complete with original steel rings and straps used to attach the cased rifle to the soldier and over built as to withstand the sudden downward force of an opening parachute.

Supplies are very limited. Used, fully serviceable in Grade 2 condition.
