Unequaled Value! Unquestioned Performance! 900 Rounds of 9mm in a Sealed Can!

Try some TULAMMO, manufactured at the Tula Cartridge works in Russia. Founded in 1880, Tula Cartridge Works is one of the most significant producers of small-arms ammunition in the world. Over the past several years the factory launched production of a wide variety of commercial products for training, self-defense, and hunting. Such ammunition is marketed Worldwide under the trademark TULAMMO.

Important ! Please Read ! TulAmmo is converting from a Bimetal Jacketed projectile to a Zinc Coated projectile. Zinc coating is a chemical method of surface treatment (galvanizing) which gives the bullet jacket a more uniform and consistent protective layer than that of machine-stamped bimetal bullet jackets. Thanks to this, cartridges with zinc-coated bullets provide up to 10-15% better shooting accuracy than cartridges with bimetal bullets. Both types of rounds are in our warehouse, we can not hand select which one you will receive and there is no choice.

The cartridge 9X19 is used for sporting and training pistol shooting in shooting galleries and ranges. The cartridge keeps its qualities under various climatic and weather conditions no matter what the season is. 9mm is also known and listed as 9x19mm, 9mm Parabellum, 9mm Para, 9mm NATO and 9mm Luger.

"I just put 200 rounds of Tula through my Sig P226. It worked just fine with no problems. I also put about 30 rounds of it through a CZ75 with one failure to feed that chambered about a second later on its own. The CZ is fairly new with only about 200 rounds through it so it might be because of that reason. Good budget ammo!"

"Fired 250 rounds through my Beretta 92FS INOX without any problems, and the gun was cleaner than when I had put 100 rounds of Federal through. Excellent stuff."

"I was a bit nervous about purchasing such a large quantity sight-unseen (I'd never fired TulAmmo thru my weapon before), but now I'm glad I did. Arrived yesterday, took my XD9 + 200 rounds to the range today. Zero jams, zero misfires, shooting straight. A very sweet round for target practice. The only malfunctions of any kind were on clips # 8 & 14 (10 round clips, so shots # 80, 140 respectively) the slide did not close and chamber the first round on the first drop. On each occurrence, I withdrew the slide and dropped it again and everything worked perfectly on the second try. I'm happy to chalk up both of these malfunctions to operator error. After 200 rounds, my XD definitely needs to be cleaned. There's a lot of carbon all over everything. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase, I'll definitely order more of these in the future. Perfectly good target range/plinking round."

"First time using this ammo, 400 rounds through my M&P Pro. Worked perfectly, no misfires or failures. Absolutely no dirtier than many US brands that I use. Also not nearly as much smoke on an indoor range than a lot of other brands I have fired."

"I decided to write a second review on this item since I shot more of it and had a differant experience then the first time. I took 200 rounds to the range and my sig p226 this time I kept having the rounds getting stuck in my magizines which are sig factory mec-gars it did this alot and in 4 differant mags. Quite the differant experience then the first time which I shot 200 rounds and they all functioned flawlessly in the same firearm. I went to the range again the day after, this time with another 200 rounds and a Glock 19 they all worked just fine except 1 round with a bad primer! I broke out my caliper and measured a sample of the rounds from a few differant boxes I have left the bullets are not seated very deep in the casings, I dont know what to make of it I might just get some differant bulk ammo next time I order."

"Great price but had 12 duds in 150 so far!!! Was breaking in my PF9 and was amazed at the times I had to give the gun range supervisor bad ammo. This ammo fires perfectly in some guns. For quality issues and concerns please contact:Lisa Weaverinfo@tulammousa.com888-317-5810 x4006"

"Cost effective! I have only 1 FTE every 100 rounds on average through a p250 Sig. Good primers, non greasy rounds, surprisingly clean... perfect for paper targets at 50 yards."

"I got my two cans today. Nice and fast delivery as usual! Thanks CTD! It came tightly sealed and seems solid. My friends and I have used this brand plenty with no issues so I am confident that this batch wont be any different. It's great plinking ammo that is in a pinch adequate defensive or hunting ammo if there's nothing else around. The spam cans allow long term storage with no worries of deterioration. Take note though that if you are buying it just to use right away you can get the same amount of the same stuff in loose boxes. I got two cans (1800 rounds total) of it just to check out the sealed cans. One of the spam cans was pretty banged up, but still looked to be sealed up tight, so thats the one I opened. The ammo is packed in 50 round boxes and the spam can itself is padded with cardboard so the ammo is in perfect condition, unlike some of the loosely packed bulk ammo out there. The other can is put up for storage and once I go through the open one I will write an update on how it functioned, but based on prior experience I don't foresee any issues. To those who say this is dirty ammo, well, you should be cleaning your guns after every use regardless so why is that even an issue?"

"Second review as my PF9 is having issues. I have been using the Tula in my XD-9 without issues (200 rounds). Good ammo for the price."

"I dont know about the other Calibers of TulAmmo, but this did not fire well in my G19 which usually shoots anything I put in it. In (50) rounds I had about (1) fail to fire in each magazine and a few FTE. Most of the dented primer/non-fires did fire the second time, but geez, I got to practice my immediate action drills a lot with this stuff. Half of the problem I think is the steel case feeding and the rest is a powder/primer issue. Most folks love this stuffif it works great in your setup, go for it. My advice is to buy a small qty and see if it shoots well for you before buying the big can (like I did). BTW I usually dont comment on how dirty or clean ammo leaves your weapon after a trip to the range. Mainly because whether I shoot (1) or (1000) rounds, Im going to clean it right away. This stuff left my Glock full of soot like I havent seen before and for the first time I noticed that it did add extra time for me during the cleaning. Just thought Id add that. If your time is money, it might be worth buying something that burns cleaner."

"S&W M&P pro, 900 rounds 3 FTF's, 6 failures to slide lock. All were fired indoors in IDPA. Great value for the money! It is not dirty at all and there is no smoke on an indoor range. All steel cased ammo will leave more residue in your weapon due to less expansion when fired, but it is still not any dirtier than other ammo I have fired. You can't beat it for the price!"

"I bought a box for use at the indoor range in my Ruger P89. I've gone through 500 rds so far with 1 failure to feed. Upon inspection the one FTF was a crooked bullet - but I may have damaged it during loading using the easy load tool on my mag. I'm happy with the ammo, I feel it is an excellent value and I'd buy it again. I'd recommend it to anyone who needs affordable ammo to practice with. And FTF's? You don't want one in a defense situation, but 1 in 500? I'll chalk it up to drilling for what to do if that should happen with my "good" ammo in a real life ordeal!"

"Bought a cheap gun, Hi Point 9mm carbine @ Cabelas, bought cheap ammo @ CTD Tula 900 rnd can. Gun out of the box, 500 rnds out of the box (can) FLAWLESS STUFF. Cleaner than most show bought reloads. No failures, just ordered 2 more cans....get it while you can. P.S. Glock 19 performed the same..good deal"

"I was ecstatic to receive my 900 rounds of tulammo in the mail. I was ecstatic to take it to the range and get some good trigger time in. After 10 or so rounds through my Sig P226 and my wife's Glock 19 4th gen, we were informed that our ammo was not allowed on the range because they were steel core projectiles. The range attendant brought over his 'ammo audit' magnet and showed me how my bullet is clearly a steel core and since steel isn't as soft and pliable as lead it can damage their range. Additionally he informed me that a steel barrel and a steel bullet is not a good mix as it creates excess wear and tear on everything the bullet touches. I was excited about buying cheap plinking ammo and Ii suppose thats what I got, but now I'm stuck with 880 rounds of useless ammo as all the ranges around me are indoor and won't allow steel core ammo (tulammo is comparable to wolf in case you were wondering). Check with your range if you go indoors to see if its aloud. Just my experience. Also had 2 FTE's in those 20 rounds between the two guns."

"Well I am about 700 rounds into my first can of this ammo and I have nothing bad to say about it. I have been using this ammo in my M&P Pro Series 9mm and have yet to have any problems. Every round has worked exactly as it should. It is plenty accurate as well. I have been using this ammo to shoot USPSA matches and its great! For this price I can afford to practice as much as I want to as well and it is simply an unbeatable value. If you like to shoot a lot and don't want to break your bank this is the stuff."

"250 rounde thru G17. Not a bobble. Frankly I'm shocked. Used both Glock and Korean mags,(KCI). Not as dirty as claimed and no bending over to pick up brass. Really good practice ammo. Xcelnt long term package. $10 a box, c-mon man!"

"I bought 1,000 rounds a few months ago and have put almost 500 rounds through my Ruger SR9, with no misfires and no failures to load or eject. They seem accurate enough, and although I've read some reviews stating they seem to leave the gun dirty, I have not noticed them being any worse than the more expensive ammo I've used. Will order more and suggest my friends try them."

"Received this Friday and put 150 rounds though my G19 Saturday morning. It performed flawlessly. Only had 1 FTF, but that was when my 9-yr old loaded up a mag and seated it himself. I don't think he got the mag seated all the way. This ammo burns much cleaner than I expected. Only a quick wipe-down was necessary to bring the Glock back to factory cleanliness. That being said, do yourself a favor and buy a good cleaning kit and clean the gun immediately after shooting. Still a great buy. Will definitely be coming back for more!"

"I have used this 9mm ammo in two separate guns (Glock 19 and Springfield XD) with no fails to fire (FTF) to date and very minimal powder residue during cleaning. All 900 rounds fired and ejected correctly and grouped on the targets fairly well (as well as the shooter can group them). I am buying more."

"Primers are unreliable on my Taurus PT92. Cocking the hammer and trying again will work. Most of the time, only one additional try is required. The good news is that it has given me a lot of practice with my gun in less than perfect circumstances. That IS valuable, much as stove pipes and jams are valuable in getting to know your weapon and dealing with issues.I might buy it again, but I won't be happy about it. We'll see whether my wallet wins over my opinion of this ammo."

"I dont know how other people are having trouble with this ammo. ive shot hundreds of rounds in my sig p226 and glock 19. not a single problem. its all i shoot because of the low price"

"I've run a few boxes of TulAmmo 9mm through my Glock 17 Gen 4 and it's liked them fine. These 900-round cans seem like a good solution for long term storage of ammo, so it will be there when you need it. Of course, the risk with a sealed can is that some, or all, of the rounds inside could be bad. I think that's more than balanced out by the overall reliability of this ammo and the ease of stacking these cans in various cache points."

"Went to the range loaded all my mags for every 9mm i have junk old worn out kbi and new p95,92fs,sig,glock17mos well 700rds later (very nice all went well) i wonder about the steel case and if its going to wear out my chambers time will tell but for now i just ordered more"
