"This is a good mag for the price. Never had a problem with anything made by Troy."

"Initial impressions were good. Seems to weigh a little less and its thinner than a PMAG, so it fits better in tight mag pouches, etc. Plus it doesn't flare at the bottom so they are a little easier to grab in stacked pouches. Fun stopped there. Right away I noticed that you could very easily tilt the follower. Worse than that, there was a little mold flashing on one of the guide ribs that the follower kept getting hung up on. I thought maybe it was because I was doing it manually with a hex key, so I loaded it up and manually stripped each round. Sure enough, the last couple of rounds would nose down and not feed because the follower was getting hung up. Cleaned up the mold flashing with a knife and it seems better now, but one thing I've always loved about PMAGs is that the follower in those things NEVER tilts. Gives me a little confidence. Gonna stick to the PMAGS. The price was really nice though. I have it fully loaded on my work bench. Gonna see if the feed lips start to expand."
