"I had been to a class on \"point shooting\" and the school used lasers with a laser target for training. I had purchased one of the training lasers that you put in your pistol barrel and is activated with a dry fire. I found this method of practice boring after a while so I began searching for a laser target which would react (either by counting hits or with a sound) when hit with a laser. I kept coming upon the TacStar Laser Target System. I never could find a description of it other than the one put out by the manufacturer, which always omitted the size.Well, the face of it is 5 inches by 3.75 inches and the actual target is 2.75 inches in diameter. This is so small as to almost be laughable. When it arrived with the battery included, I found the 9 volt battery so old and corroded that the top of the battery pulled apart, exposing the inside.Overall, it is a good concept had the actual target been, say 6 inches in diameter. It does \"beep\" when hit but its size prevents any meaningful drills. Should have returned it but did not want to go to the trouble of doing so."
