"This is a good mag for the money. It does not have steel in the feed lips like the Bulgarian Polymer mags have, it is stronger than a promag and most others on the market. Not to mention it looks so cool in the gun! I will be buying more of this mag!"

"purchased this mag along with other ak products wishing to customize my wasr-10. everything was goin great til i reached the end. the mag. did not fit. compared it to the steel mags the ak originally came with, and found the tapco to be a bit wider and other areas not fit to \"snap\" upon inserting. had to run out to pick up a dremel nd shave it down, using original mags as my guide. after an hour and change of shaving down n attempt after attempt and attempt to fit.....\"snap\". i finally got it. if u dont mind the labor and can work a dremel with precision, go for it. it looks great. if ur looking for something as easy as pay for n snap on, this isnt for you."

"The mag would not snap into place in my Yugo underfolder,it was too wide at the top, had to file it down, took all of 5 min then it worked."

"I just received my Tapco poly mag. in the mail yesterday. The magazine fit awesome in my Romanian WASR-10. NO TRIMMING was required for it to fit. It snapped right in like my stock mag. In fact, it fits better than one of the brand new Romanian mags than I purchased at a local gun shop. Because the Tapco releases much smoother with less effort, all the while remaining sturdy and no wiggle. Also, my lula speedloader worked great with the gun. I will be ordering another more magazines."

"When i bought this mag i was excited to know that i had the new tapco intrafuse magazine. when i had placed the magazine into my wasr-10 the rear lip broke off with very little effort. after the lip had broke off it was a hastle to try to get the magazine out after it was placed in. i litterally had to take a hammer to smack the magazine out of my ak. i was not impressed by this magazine at all. other than that, feeding the rounds into the magazine was nice as well as the magazine fed the rounds into the ak flawlessly. i think tapco should take another look at remodeling the upper portion of their magazines before they sell them. no one should need to modify their mags if they were done right the first time."

"As some others have stated, I too had to do a little dremel work to get the two mags I bought to fit in my wasr-10. Nothing major... maybe three minutes per mag. After that they fit like a glove. Over all happy with the mags."

"I purchesed this mag for my american made ak 47.this magazine feeds awesome with the anti tilt follower. The clip wouldnt lock in at first but after just a little fileing it locked in flawless. If i wasnt a handy man and had a variety of files laying around i would have had to send this back.Every ak made is just a little different that is why it is so hard for tapco to make it perfect.Still havent shot it though since the new clip so i hope it performs as good as it looks."

"I bought 12 of the black Tapco mags and they fit my Yugo wonderfully, couldn't ask for a better fit, none of the shaving required in the other reviews and no wobble, I think the fit and wobble is due to how wide the mag opening is cut in comparison the mags dimensions. I have not as yet fired them so function is yet unknown to me. They look great in my Yugo!"

"I purchased three of these for my WASR 10/63, and when I first picked them up and handled them, I was impressed with their solid feel and construction. There's nothing flimsy about this product, and the ribbed pattern provides no-slip handling, even when wet (I tested this). Like some other reviewers, I had to file a little off the back corners of the mag to get it to fit properly, but I expected that when I bought them. Once inserted, they feel solid and tight, with absolutely no wobble. Took them to the range and they feed my AK flawlessly. 200 rounds and no noticeable wear, no jams or problems at all. Will be buying more."

"Fit my Romanian AK perfect. Worked flawlessly."
4.0 5
"I bought 3 of these mags recently. Haven't had a chance to shoot with them yet, but they are well designed. They are a little bulkier than steel mags, so it takes a bit of getting used to when loading."
4.0 5
"Very solid construction I have fed 90 rounds through mine. There is a bit of mag wobble in my WASR-10 but I must say that these mags seem like a great alternative to Pro-mags."
5.0 5
"I ordered 2 of these and they fit my MAK-90 perfectly. I will be buying more."
5.0 5
"This mag is excellent, I bought 6 , and they fit better than the original steel mags that came with my romanian 7.62x39. They are very tight and no wiggle like the steel ones. I would recomend them to everyone!"
5.0 5
"I bought 5 of these for my WASR10 and they fit better than the factory steel mags. No mag wobble at all. I'll be putting in another order!"
4.0 5
"Great mags. Good solid construction. I had to work them a little to fit in my wasr-10/63. No tools just took a little coaxing the first couple of times to get them to fit.Tapco did another good job."
5.0 5
"I bought 2 of these to see how they would function in my WASR 10. They worked great! The first thing i noticed was the real tight fit,no wobble to them. I wish i could say the same for my 4 other BULGARIAN AK 30 RD Mag's. I fired over 200 rounds from each of them with out any hiccups. So here i am buying 4 more of them, Great Mag for the price in my opinion. On a side note CTD does not have the 2 to 3 weeks back order like many other place's i buy from. I placed this order and received it two days later!"

"Tapco makes good stuff. At least most of the time. I have ordered two sets of these mags. The first set was awesome and functioned flawlessly at the range. The second set functioned horrible. This is not cheaperthandirt's fault. This is Tapco's fault. The first set have heavy-duty springs in them. The seconde set of four that I ordered didn't not. They have a cheap, thin, and smaller spring in them. And they jam. Also they are packaged different. The good ones have the Tapco cardboard stappled to the top of the plastic bag they are in. The other cheap one's don't. They are just in plain plastic bags. They are however the same mag except for the heavy-duty spring in them. I am disappointed in Tapco for this. Everyone should know the truth and that's why I gave them one bullet."

"Just checked the ones I recently got from ctd. The previous post was right on, there is a HUGE difference in the springs."
4.0 5
"Had to do some small filing on the outer wall near the mouth. as soon as you slap it into your rifles it will make a nice little groove with a wasr-10 or a mak-90. my diegrinder had the job done in seconds. but if you dont have the tools, my brother-in-law just wore his down naturally.Great mag. i enjoy it much more vs. the clasic metal ones"
3.0 5
"i bought one for my ak and i liked the pro mags better for my wasr 10 but its all person preferance had to file a little bit"
5.0 5
"Just got it in the mail today, fits perfect in my Romanian Wars-10, no wobble and no modifications needed, a must buy for AK owners!"
2.0 5
"Ordered some of these earlier in the year and they were great! Just ordered another and the last few posts about the spring are dead on, even the part about the different packaging. These springs aren't even half the length of the other Tapco Mags. Please someone at CTD read this and contact Tapco as I have!"
5.0 5
"Worked great in my romainian wasr 10/63. Another solid product from Tapco. Fired off Monarch and Wolf ammo with zero feed issues through 150 rounds so far."
3.0 5
"I wanted to see how these compared to metal, its really just not the same. It just didnt have that fit. I was inclined to give it 2 bullets, but seeing as I havnt done anymore than insert and remove from weapon, I will give it a 3"
4.0 5
"I agree with chuck, the spring in these is weak. The flower stuck when i pushed it down. So i took it apart sprayed some light oil in it. Seems to work good now. I would recomend the pro mag. CTD please get more pro mag! But for the price they work and they look good."
4.0 5
"I just got 4 to test. My first experience with plastic mags. After doing some reading Tapco's seemed to be best made choice. They are a litte tight fitting and how long the plastic nub that engages the mag catch will hold out is unknown. Only time will tell, but they offer a lifetime warranty. I opened one up and as others have noticed the mag springs are a good deal shorter than a standard spring. They are however a good deal stiffer. Pushing down on the follower with my finger I feel it's stronger than a longer spring. I called Tapco and they said this was a recent improvement and would not affect function. The diameter of the spring is as thick as a standard spring and like I said much stiffer. I dry ran a magfull without any problems. Haven't used one live yet at the range but I don't expect any problems."
5.0 5
"i ordered 2 of these and they did fit but they were super tight in my romanian ak-47.i just took a file and hit some of the edges and they worked perfect! very durable and i highly recomend these.u cant beat them with a life time warranty."
2.0 5
"I received 2 of these from CTD. I took them out to the range and kept having trouble with the follower getting stuck inside the magazine body causing the rifle to jam. I took them apart and inspected them. I noticed that the spring inside the TAPCO Magazine is considerably shorter than the one out of my metal mags. Out of curiosity, I robbed a spring out of the metal mag and put in the TAPCO Mag and it functioned perfectly. TAPCO needs to get a better spring in their mags. Also, the TAPCO Mags are advertised as 30 rd capacity, however, mine only holds 28."
1.0 5
"I took two of these out to the range this morning and the first 15 went off without a hitch. But any time I had less than 10 or 15 rounds in the mag, it jammed like crazy. Verrrry disappointed with the springs in the two that I ordered. no more poly mags for me again."
4.0 5
"Fit GREAT in my Romanian G. Feeds just fine and is lighter if you're hauling 'em off for the real deal."
4.0 5
"The mags seem well built. I got all 30 rounds in them. They do not fit well in my Yugo underfolder, but fit great in my WASR-10."
5.0 5
"I have ordered a lot of Tapco products in the past and have always been satisfied, but reading some of the negative reviews of this mag, mostly the discrepancy between the packaging and spring in the mag since Tapco stopped selling directly to the public i was a little worried about buying one. However, after getting the one i ordered i will be ordering more now. i put 180 rounds through the mag without a single hickup."
4.0 5
"It fits snugly in a Romanian SAR1. It's harder to seat in a Norinco SKS paratrooper but still fits."
4.0 5
"Very well built and very sturdy! Pro: Fits VERY snug in my WASR 10 Ak47. It removes the side-to-side wiggle that many WASR 10 owners complain about.Put around 400 rounds through it, no miss-feeds or jams as result of mag.Cons: Needed about 5 minutes of filing to get the mag to fit. Not a big deal, many customers make this a bigger deal than it really is."
1.0 5
"I bought these because I was trying to save money. as i inserted the clip there's a lot of scraping/rubbing which will require much modification. clip looks and feels like it's going to break. go with the blue steel"
4.0 5
"I have two AK-47's that are both Romanian. One says WASR-10 and the other is the same construction but does not have the WASR-10 stamped on the reciever. These magazines worked perfectly and fit very snug in the AK that did not have the WASR-10 stamp on it. They would not snap into the receiver in the WASR-10. I modified one slightly by filing the bottom of the latch catch. It now fits both."
5.0 5
"Good mag snug fit good feeed....cant beat lifetime warranty either"
1.0 5
"i have a high quality AK w the dimpled receiver and this mag is not only very difficult to insert but also jams, i bought 2 of them and both follower plates stuck half way through the first time i used them. spend the extra 10 bucks and get steel mags!!"
4.0 5
"I bought two of these mags for my new AMD65. Both catches needed to be filed a TINY bit to fit. Once I trimmed the catch, the MAG FIT SNUG, with no rattle. My AK is now silent even with a half clip. PS- Most AK mags need to be customized for a perfect fit."
1.0 5
"If you own a WASR 10 don't bother buying these mags. I bought two of them and they are junk. The have to be shoved into the gun, which causes huge groves to be worn into the plastic. They won't fit snuggly and the front catch on the mag is so thin that after the mag finally fits into the gun it cuts it off only after the first time. Save your money and spend the extra cash for metal mags!"
5.0 5
"Fired this mag today in my yugo. No problems at all."
5.0 5
"this magazine works great, used it in my wasr-10 no side to side play and it functioned perfectly. I will be ordering more."
5.0 5
"I got one of these a bit back for my saiga. It would not fit until I filed the mag catch a bit and would jam up sometimes I need a bullet guide. No problems with the mag though."
1.0 5
"I bought nine of these mags and they fit great in my Romanian WASR. The problem is the springs. I loaded 30 round in and 20 would fire off and the spring wouldn't have the guts to push the remaining round to the top of the mag. I bought some Wolff +5% springs from Midway USA and that solved the problem. So if you want these mags just order the springs now."
2.0 5
"I bought 6 of these things and everyone was right springs are too short I am not buying $9 springs for these things they are going back to someone or Tapco can replace my springs with longer ones. By the way who turned 30 into 28 maybe 29? They do fit well in my SLR-95 though I will admit."
1.0 5
"I just got my wasr 10 today and it came with 2 of these and to be honest they are terrible. Extremely hard to get in, extremely hard to get out. I have to take the second one and use it to push the mag release just to get it out. I'm gonna buy a metal one and hope its much better."
5.0 5
"Bought two of these a while back and they worked flawlessly. Great fit in the Bulgarian SLR107, and fed every time with no break in period. Recently bought three more that had the short springs that a few here mentioned, and wouldn't feed the last few rounds. Called TAPCO and they said someone back in January accidentally used the M16 mag springs in a batch of the AK mags. Sent me three new AK mag springs in the mail free of charge. I'll be buying more for sure..."
3.0 5
"A small amount of the top and rear of the magazine had to be removed to fit it in my Romanian AK. Other than that they seem solid."
3.0 5
"I got one of these for my I.O. Inc. AK-47C... kind of hard to get in the gun, then it got stuck and i had to use a screwdriver to get it out. After taking some sandpaper to it, it goes in much smoother and comes out easily. Solid construction, though the springs feel a bit weak."
5.0 5
"Bought 2 of these for my WASR-10. They fit great, no mods needed to fit.I have shoot 90 rnds through each and they feed great down to the last rnd. I will be ordering more very soon."
1.0 5
"Like an Idiot, I did NOT read the reviews on these mags before purchasing 9 of them!! THey will only feed 20 rounds through the gun. After that, the last 10 rounds will just sit in the mag, if you turn the mag upside down they just fall out. This is the SAME in all 9 magazines that I purchased."
5.0 5
"Sounds like some buyers have sour grapes... Call Tapco and let them send you the correct springs! I ordered five of these for my Chinese MAK90 and, as usual, expected to have to make some slight modifications, due to the many variants and nations of origin for AK-47s. This IS a ruggedly-built magazine and mine apparently had the proper springs installed, as I experienced no feed problems related to the magazines. I did some light grinding on the magazines and in a few short minutes, had a fit that pleased me, with no rattling or concerns about difficult magazine changes. I have already placed an order for 10 more and may simply sell my steel mags altogether. Awesome mags with just a little common sense on the part of the buyer."
5.0 5
"Purchased 4 the other day. 30 rd mags. Emptied all 4 mags . Rinsed/repeated. All worked flawless. Looks are better then the blued ones and when loading you can give it a lil backtap where you really cant with the bladed metal ones without hurting your hand."
5.0 5
"These mags are great their built big so that they fit in all AK'sThe reason ppl. have problems with feeding is because the springs got mixed with M16's products. These are the best you can buy."
4.0 5
"Bought 2 of these for my Mak-90, heard alot of pros and cons about fitment and some other issues. Did not experience any fitment issues-- fit is flawless with my rifle. very tight and secure. looks are great. ONE MAJOR FLAW!!! just try to feed rounds into these mags with a stripper clip adapter. the sidewalls of the mags are thicker to compensate for the material weakness of plastic versus metal. when you try to feed rounds into the mag with stripper clips and an original adapter (its the only one I've tried) one round will go and then the next one will push the first forward and the tip of the bullet will catch on the forward edge of the magazine, stopping the rounds from feeding into the mag. These should be the first mags you use and then to be thrown away in a firefight... unless you have time to reload them one round at a time... just ask the bad guys for a timeout, I'm sure they'll understand. Other than that, great mags."
5.0 5
"These mags are great, especially for those like me that have the wasr variety of ak. They really fill up the mag well, and have no rattle issues unlike many metal mags I have tried, all feed flawlessly."
1.0 5
"I have an Armco Chinese AK-47. I bought three of these AK mags along with some of the AR mags. My first response was that they seem well made and sturdy. But, these mags would not completely seat in the magazine well and would not lock in place. I started to send them back, but decided to try to hone them down some. After some careful use of a dremel and x-acto knife they locked into place quite well. The reason for the \"one bullet\" review is that I believe that they should have fit properly out of the package without adjustment. With that said, I will continue with Part 2 of my review by fully loading them, waiting about 15 days and running them through some different shooting stages on the range. I hope my second review turns out much better. Thanks CTD for marketing the products that we gun enthusiasts enjoy and allowing us to opine. Si Vis Pacem Para BellumMolon Labe!"

"IF YOU HAVE AN AK VARIANT THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO DREMEL THESE BUT YOU WILL GET A CUSTOM FIT IF YOU DONT RUSH.NO RATTLE FEEDS PERFECT GREAT FOR BUMP FIRE AND LOOK DAMN GOOD TOOWOULD TRUST MY LIFE ON THESE IN BATTLE AND GREAT BUY KILLER PRICE NO PUN INTENDED THANKS CTD!!"

"Mags work Awesome in my WASR 10. Look cool too. Cheaper Than Dirt has the best customer service of any of the many places I have ordered gun gear from. Great price too!"
5.0 5
"I got to with my wasr 10 and they both feed perfect not one problem and ive never had a problem with tapco for my saiga 12s or sks"
5.0 5
"See My Review Part 1 to get started. Now, this is 15 days later. I have three of these magazines which have been fully loaded 15 days. I fired all 90 rounds through different stages of fire. One shot, 3 round bursts and rapid fire. I'm happy to report, not one mishap. No stove pipes, no jams, no malfunctions. Each round cycled just fine, even with ammunition that isn't necessarily considered the best. So, with this review, 5 bullets; and the first review, 1 bullet; I give them a 3 bullet rating overall. Enjoy!Si Vis Pacem Para Bellum Molon Labe!"

"got two with my yugo. both work great and i plan on getting more."
1.0 5
"bought two mags and they jammed every shot after the first 5 or six bullets, they also only held 28 rounds. Worthless garbage, I think I'll stick with steel mags."
3.0 5
"Bought a N.I.B. Norinco Type 63 SKS that accepts AK mags. It will not accept these mags. Takes some force to catch in the front and will not catch in the back. Body seems too wide and tight all around. Called Tapco. They suggested modifying to fit. I do not agree with modifying my first AK mag purchase. CTD were nice enough to exchange with the metal magazine #MAG-0202. They are the same price. Hopefully I will have better luck. 3 Bullets for the fit alone. I can't comment on the functionality as I never made it that far. Perhaps it's the particular \"stepchild\" gun I have."
3.0 5
"I just bought 4 of these mags and they seem to be well made and solid. They did not fit the weapon out of the box, the mag catch needed to be filed down as it was too thick for my MAK-90. They all held thirty rounds and did not have any problems loading or unloading by hand. Left them loaded to try this weekend."
5.0 5
"these mags are excellent ! if have trouble getting them in or out its the gun not the mag. due to so many variations of the ak. and if you can only get 28 bullets in , take two out hold it strait up and hit it down on a table then all 30 will fit. i have fired 1500 rounds through my 6 and have not had a single complaint about them.i will never go back to the steel mags . and the checker on the mag makes it easy to use the mag as a fore grip"
5.0 5
"I went to the range the other day and shot 90 rounds with a couple of these. I had no malfunction what so ever. They worked beautifully. I honestly didn't have high hopes for them after reading some of the reviews but they ended up performing quite well. They are nice and light, very structurally sound. Good luck."
5.0 5
"I keep reading in these reveiws that they won't fit and people are filing them down.I have a mak-90 and a wasr-10,I first tried in my romanian and it seemed to tight and I could barely get the mag catch to catch, then once I got it in,I kept snapping it in and out,in and out and without filing wow!It just took snaping mag in and out and now it fits nice and tight in my romanian,I bought another one and did the same thing working it in and out. Then put it into my mak a little tight at first snap in and out a few times, presto.I then loaded mags and cycled the bolt in both rom and mak several times fed and ejected every time,I have no doubt they'll be good when firing if you can cycle all thirty rounds through gun with no problems.Way to go tapco I would not hesitate to bet my life on them, never rust and they have a anti-tilt follower,so put the files away and work your mags in and out, with lifetime guarantee if they break return, but I know what I thought trying to fit the first time and then kept putting them in and out.try it I guarentee it will work and no woble in my romanian and mak is nice and tight too."
4.0 5
"I got 2 of these mags with my YugoM70AB2, never EVER had a problem with either one. plan on buying a couple more."
5.0 5
"Fit tight in the WASR-10, but worked it in and out of the mag well about twenty times and now it's as smooth as butter. Eliminates rattle in the Romanians plus a lifetime guarantee... Can't beat it. About to buy more..."
4.0 5
"I purchased an IO AK47-C that came with a polymer magazine (not Tapco). It was crap! I ordered the Tapco magazine and it was just night and day difference. The magazine is made of tougher polymer. The fit was just as good as the Romanian steel magazines. The spring and follower are first rate. The horizontal ribs on the magazine help you if you use the magazine as a psuedo-vertical grip. But most of all, IT WORKS! No malfunctions at all. If you are looking to reduce weight or help your 922R compliance, this Tapco AK-47 magazine is for you."
5.0 5
"Perfect for my Yugo Ak-47 with a little filing but i think Tapco is the best!!!"
5.0 5
"I used these mags to break in my new GP1975 and had no issues. They fit in the magazine well and feeded perfectly."

"I just got a WASR 10/63 Romanian AK-47 and these magazines fit pretty snug.Good buy"

"ordered three of these bad boys and got them in today. they are pretty insane. they were a bit tight in the wasr but playin with them a bit and they fit perfectly with absolutely no magazine wobble as well. completely worth the buy."
5.0 5
"Love these Tapco mags. They fit securely into my WASR with no filing needed, very solid construction, and not one failed load to date. Did I mention they're made right here in the good ole US of A, and are backed with a lifetime warranty?! What's not to love? Look awesome, perform great, and have the best price out there. No questions here, five stars all the way. Thanks CTD!"

"Shipping was fast but i was not impressed with the magazines. I tried to fit them in my wasr 10 and have currently been filing them down for about an hour now. With any luck i might be able to fit them in my rifle by the end of the day. If i were you i would stick to the metal mags."
5.0 5
"Fits my Romanian Draco perfect. No problems here."
4.0 5
"Nice mags. I test drove four Tapco mags a few months ago and decided to get some more. The Springs are a bit stiff, but feeds flawlessly. Rough and rugged texture makes a front grip for me on my WASR 10/63... A bit tight, but naturally wears down with use. Load it, put it in, take it out, do it again about 10 times and it will be just what you want it."
5.0 5
"I have three of these Tapcos. Ive put several hundred rounds thru each one with ZERO jams or misfeeds. Mags fit snug with nearly no side to side wobble in my Wasr-10. Perfect fit in my mind. Would buy more, but I want an assortment of mags not all plastic."
3.0 5
"Doesn't fit MAK 90 without some serious filing. I filed down the clip release area...and on the magazine top."
5.0 5
"This is a great mag,I have put hundreds of rounds through it without any jams"
5.0 5
"I have had various metal mags..some good and some bad..These Tapco ones fit my WASR AK with out rattling and funtion perfect..Tapco did it again!"
5.0 5
"Work it a couple of times and its tight as a drum. Good feed and weighes much less in quanity. Buy em."
5.0 5
"I bought one of these a while ago to see if it would fit in my Saiga 7.62x39. Was worried because it's polymer but it is rather sturdy. It doesn't fit the Saiga out of the box, but all you have to do is file down the mag catch a bit. Took me less than two minutes with sandpaper. I took it to the range and it fired great. I can't say too much about the spring though, as I dont keep it maxed out at 30rds and generally only put in 2/3 of the ammo capacity to keep the spring fine. Worked great and ordered four more."
5.0 5
"I bought two of these. the reviews about being tight for the first time is true. You just have to work the mag a few times. I wouldn\uFFFDt file anything at first, but just work the mag in and out of the gun. I have very little mag wobble and they fit a lot more snug than the TAPCO mag's I received with the gun. I had the same problem as others with only fitting about 25 rounds and then getting stiff and it would not fit any more in the magazine. I looked at it and just the very tip of the bullet slid forward enough to contact the magazine body preventing loading any more. Once I noticed that and compensated for it I was able to fit 30 rounds in both of them. I have experienced no jams or stovepiping. This shot great....I would definitely buy more of these. And a mag holder for all the mags I would buy :P"

"This is a great magazine. I have 3 and they work awesome. This is the best magazine I have bought yet."

"These mags are awesome. I bought 12 of them and experienced no problems at all."

"I have had great luck with these magazines.Yes they are tight at first but with any new magazine they take time to break in.I have had no failures of any kind with these magazines. I would deffinitly buy some they are very tough and worth the money."

"Got 4 of these for each of my Romanian AKs and couldnt be happier, need to get more...fit tight with no wobble. MADE IN AMERICA WITH A LIFETIME WARRANTY and cost the same as used steel ones that are hit and miss in quality and fit. These wouldn't fit my Norinco and I don't want to file them to fit, but everything else still makes them top notch."
5.0 5
"With a cheap WASR-10, there is plenty of wiggle room in the mag well; this Tapco mag holds great and have has no feed issue, good price too!"
5.0 5
"I bought three of these to go with the two that came with my Romanian. The fit was a little tighter than the ones that came with my gun, but they still work great and I like the tighter fit...makes it feel more solid. They are solid and I would recommend these over all mags."
5.0 5
"I've bought three of these mags, and love them, not one misfeed. They are very, very, good quality. They speak for themselves. What metal magazine comes with a lifetime warranty? Great service from CTD."
3.0 5
"I got two of these and they work great, except with hollow points. I just had to do a little filing on feed lips and that fixed the problem."
4.0 5
"These are great mag's if you have a cheap wasr they don't wobble at all, but if you have a quality made ak you will have to do some filing to the mag above the catch, the magazine is a little bigger than a steel mag at the back above the catch but after that they are very good quality magazines and fit and feed very well. and CTD's shipping is super fast."
5.0 5
"These mags are the best bang for the buck. The polymer material is bullet proof, lightweight, and all around good looking. The lifetime warranty doesn't hurt either. I'll never buy a metal magazine for my AK. TAPCO......period!"
5.0 5
"Two of these came with my WASR 10....and I love them...I am gonna purchase a few more soon!"
5.0 5
"I got a few of these for my MAADI-ARM AK because the mags for SKS by Tapco are so good. I figured these would be too. They are. They have a very tight fit with no wobble like the metal crap. No jams. Once they are in I just slap the bottom and they latch right up. I will buy more."
5.0 5
"Great mags! Purchased 3 and they all fit like a glove!"
5.0 5
"This is an absolutely outstanding product. I bought two and as another reviewer stated a little filing on the back catch and they fit my brand new SAIGA too good. THANKS CTD."
5.0 5
"It works great in my WASR 10"
5.0 5
"best affordable mags ive found so far, one fit perfect in my CIA1975 AK perfect one had a to be filed a little but no hang ups even while shooting as fast as I can"
5.0 5
"I've gotten one of these for my Romanian WASR-10, and I must say... these things are hands down THE BEST mags I've ever owned for an AK. I've had one loaded for nearly 3 months now, and it still feeds and functions properly, no cracking of the lips unlike the Promag Polymer mags I've owned. Good for the budget, and good for the rifle. Will definitely be getting more of 'em."
5.0 5
"This mag is a rock solid performer. It fits nicely in my WASR 10, unlike almost all steel mags I have used. This mag is great for WASR 10 mag wobble problem quick fix. I had one and just ordered 3 more. It is highly recommended."
5.0 5
"This magazine does not wobble and work perfect unlike the metal magazines which can rust and jam on you. I give this mag 5 bullets."
5.0 5
"Got the mags the NEXT DAY! Tapco is great stuff... you just cant beat it for the price. 5+ bullets!"
4.0 5
"Got 3 of these mags two of them work great, but one needs some work. It will not lock into place and needs some work. all and all o.k. mags"
5.0 5
"Purchased two of these for my SGL20, the OD green color matches nicely, the mags fit snugly with next to no wobble (which is much better than the factory 5 rd circle 10 mag). Had to do a slight modification to the locking lip for the mag to seat properly. But this is no issue and insures it fits best in all, even the looser tolerance, AKsFed flawlessly on the range from a few rounds to full capacity. And if you ever have problems, TAPCO will fix them. Great company making excellent products, will continue to buy"
5.0 5
"I hated plastic mags because they didn't work but when I found Tapco, o man that's what my AK wanted."
5.0 5
"These mags fit nice and snug in my WASR-10, and have tested them out at the range. They feed in my AK perfectly. I highly recommend these mags and will be buying more. Thanks CTD"
4.0 5
"Received the mags very quickly. Had to file them to get them to insert into my AK. Now they fit nice and snug. Would recommend it if you need a good American mag for 922 compliance."
5.0 5
"I have 4 of these Tapco mags, and they all fit perfectly snug in my WASR. There is no play at all. The springs seem durable and the mags continue to feed flawlessly. Highly recommend!"
5.0 5
"This mag is good and durable. It didn't fit in my Norinco Mak-90 though, but after some filing it did. The spring is strong and performs well, but upper part scratches to easily. Worth the money all the way!"
5.0 5
"Love these things for my Romanian WASR-10... No annoying wobble like the metal ones. Spings are nice and sturdy. I do miss that intimidating sound that the metal ones make when inserted though, but makes up for it with the much better rugged looking TAPCO. Had to file the underside of the catch some, but not to much. All in all great mags."
3.0 5
"These seem like nice mag, but won't work in my Saiga without installing a bullet guide. I may modify the magazine lip, but it definitely will not work on Saiga's right out of the package!"
5.0 5
"I have a WASR-10, and hated the rattle of the old magazine. This thing fits like a glove! A must for any WASR owner! I just wish I had ordered 3 instead of 1."
5.0 5
"I do like the look and feel of the steel Euro AK magazine. But I needed three more US parts for 922 R compliance, and did not want to change out the internals in my MAK-90. I am very pleased with this Magazine. It fit like a glove, and no wobble in the mag well. It is also light. I ordered one to test it out, and will be getting more soon."
5.0 5
"Great magazines for a good price. I bought 4 of them for my Yugo M70-AB2. They work great."
5.0 5
"Cheap and can get piles of them. AK ammo is cheap, and now I can load clip after clip after clip after clip."
5.0 5
"I have used a ton of different AK mags, and this one out performs them all. It feeds great and snaps into the mag well with a snug fit."
5.0 5
"I just ordered 5 more! Two came with my Century Arms Romanian WASR 10/63 and they out perform steel mags. They are lighter in weight but slightly bulkier. The Molle LBV with 6 mag holders built in and sold on this site is an awesome choice and holds these mags snug. Note: Some may, at first, hold only 28 rounds. I found that by taking the mag apart, slightly stretching the spring, and lightly oiling the sides of the follower corrects this problem. They will hold 30 rounds from then on out. They do not rattle! I love these mags so much that my steelies are for backup purposes only. It's nice to know I can roll around in the wet grass and mud and never worry about my mags rusting. A light coat of Break Free on the spring should be everyone's top priority! Oh, and they Bump-Fire great! Good job TAPCO!"
5.0 5
"This mag is pretty quality. Secures the last round very well, little to no mag wobble in my M70AB2 and it consistently cycled a round (by hand). Will be writing a new review when I go shooting again, will also likely be trying some bump fire with it as well."
4.0 5
"Solid magazine. Feeds and loads well. Ribs make it easy to grip. I had to clearance the tang on the back in order to get it to lock into my WASR-10. This has been a recurring problem with all the non-Romanian magazines I've tried."
4.0 5
"I am running an Arsenal SGL-20, with AK-74 furniture Warsaw length, this thing runs like a charm with these magazines. They fit snug and tight but have no problem being inserted into rifle. I had zero feed problems. Zero faliures.....People talk about durability, they are durable enough for the price. I have dropped them, thrown against walls, and I can't break them."
5.0 5
"I bought 2 of these babies and was impressed with them even before attaching them to my IO AK-47C. These mags are solid & well made and made loading a breeze. Have shot 200 rounds through both of them, and have had no problems at all. I've since bought 4 more with plans on many more in the future. I'm sold on these Tapco mags and recommend them to anyone skeptical about polymer mags. You won't be dissappointed! Great job Tapco, & great price CTD!"
2.0 5
"Recently bought my second AK a Romainian GP WASR-10/63 imported by Century. The AK came with 2 old Tapco 30 round Intrafuse mags that work most of the time. I liked them because they were lighter then metal, and no chance of rust. So I picked up a third from Cheaper Than Dirt. First off the mag does not fit my WASR-10/63, the mag is slightly larger in all demensions than my old Tapcos. So after an hour of test firing, and using a Dremel to smooth down the sides as well as the feed lips, front lip, and back lug the mag fits but still jams about half the time. I am going back to metal mags."
5.0 5
"These fit a WASR-10 much better than the steel factory mags. No feeding problems at all."
5.0 5
"I've been placing an order from CTD once a month now for almost a year and I get two every time. Love them, has little to no wobble. We shoot around creeks and on sand bars, you can drop it in the sand knock it out a little, and snap it right in and fire my weapon. I recommend it for everyone!"
5.0 5
"I bought 5 of these several months ago. Since then, I've hit the range frequently. These magazines are worth every penny, no jams, easy loading, and tuff as crap. I couldnt tell you how many times I've dropped them trying to brush up on quick reloads. You won't regret this particular purchase."
5.0 5
"These magazines have never had a problem or a jam. I like them much better than the metal mags. It don't have play, it fits good and snug and looks more aggressive than the stock metal mag. I am going to order two more."
5.0 5
"This fits the wasr with a opened up mag well real nice."
1.0 5
"Bought two of these for my wasr 10/63 and they are to big, had to sand them down to get them to fit and still having problems, stick with the steel mags"
5.0 5
"These fit very nicely in my wasr. I take a fine file to the top edges and deburr them a tiny bit so there is a small 45 degree chamfer on the edges. This makes them slide in and out really easy without drag or hanging up on those rough stamped edges on my receiver. Fits VERY nice in place with far less wobble than the steel mags. Lighter by enough to notice. Smoother to load, feels like they take a little less effort to chamber the first round than the steel mag. They line up and feed well. If they drag in your weapon, you may want to deburr/file your magazine well as I found these to be more consistent in size and shape than the trim work on the weapon. For what they cost at this quality, I'd size the gun a little for the desired fit and buy a stack of them!"
5.0 5
"These mags are great! The only thing I didn't quite like was that the catch seems to be made of only polymer which might be a weak point. Other than that they fit tight and feed smooth. They are light and work perfectly. Recieved the next day with regular shipping! Thanks CTD!"

"After reading all the reviews on this item I thought why not?I received 3 mags in record time.I have a medium size Romanian AK collection and wanted something that would work on all of them. This mag was tried in 3 different Romo AK's: a WASR10 Underfolder, a WASR10 Sidefolder and a Draco pistol.1. No matter how hard I try, this mag will not work/fit the underfolder.2. With minimal effort mag fits the sidefolder and the Draco pistol. The magazines as new must be removed and replaced several times (about 20 for my experience) in order to get the correct fit. You can visually see scratches/marks where mag is contacting receiver which makes it easy to relieve mag with dremel tool. The best fit is in the Draco pistol and the magazine compliments it well in current tactical configuration. There is NO mag slap or rattle, and it is easier to insert with repeated use. The mags now free fall when released by the magazine catch. They look complete NASTY on this pistol, and work well as a forward hand hold due to the mag's large rib structure.I have had NO spring issues as others have had. NO FTF/FTE issues. It holds 30 rounds as advertized.I LIKE IT!"
5.0 5
"This is the second order of these I have made. They fit a WASR-10 nicely."
5.0 5
"I just ordered five of these to make a complete setup for my rig. These mags are really rugged and feed with no problems. Somehow, though, I managed to get 32 into one magazine! I don't know if it would feed right being jammed in like that, but who knows?"
4.0 5
"This magazine is pretty good. I have a Century Arms 1975 AK-47 bullpup and it takes some play to get it to work, but it's something that can be aquired by practice. Overall, a good product"
4.0 5
"These magazines work really well and they are durable. The only problem is you can put 32 rounds into them, which is nice, but they have trouble feeding into your gun. I have a SGL-21 that cycles garbage flawlessly, but jams when there are 32 rounds in the mag. So, I'm sure its the magazine and not the gun. Great nonetheless. Just make sure you count out 30 rounds"
5.0 5
"These mags are great! They fit great in my WASR-10, never a single glitch. Look good and durable. Great price too!"
5.0 5
"These mags fit my WASR really well"
5.0 5
"I WAS WORRIED ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE MAGS. THE REVIEWS SAID OTHERWISE. I BOUGHT ONE TO TRY THEM AND IT FIT LIKE A GLOVE. IT WAS PERFECT. GREAT QUALITY AND FIT. I AM GOING TO TRADE OUT MY METAL MAGS FOR THE TAPCO MODELS. I RECOMMEND 100%"
5.0 5
"The mags fit really, really tight in my WASR 10. There is no wobble and they insert and remove very nicely. 5/5 baby!"
5.0 5
"I have 20 or more of these. Yes, they are tight, but tight is a good thing (no wobble). I have shot hundreds of rounds with no malfunctions. Get some today. They are worth it. They cost a little more than the steel, but are worth the extra money. Because if you drop them, they wont bend or bind your spring."
5.0 5
"Ordered a couple to augment my Draco Pistol, I concur with the previous reviews that these fit very tight/snug. A little tight with the magazine release, but practice and use should work out any kinks. Still give 'em five bullets!"
5.0 5
"It takes a little getting use to due to the tight fit. That's not a bad thing to me. The mags loaded very nicely and not a single jam or fail to feed."
4.0 5
"At first they were really really tight and wouldn't work in my Polytech at all because of the magazine catch. I kind of freaked out because I ordered quite a few of these. With a file, some time, and removing about 1/16th inch of plastic from the magazine catch tab on the rear of the mag, these mags seats very very easily and dont shift at all like my other premium magazines. I didn't like the file to fit but 4 outta 5 because once fit, these mags are definately worth it! No failures!"
4.0 5
"A good mag. It fits good in my AMD-65 but, need to hit the bottom of the mag once inserted otherwise it wont lock when inserted normally. Will definatly buy more."
5.0 5
"After 1,000 rounds of WOLF FMJ ammo, these mags performed FLAWLESSLY in my Century Arms WASR 10/63. No jams, FTF's, or quirks of any kind! The springs are stronger than the European mag springs. BEEFY! I tested them also by loading them to the top and letting them sit for a week prior to all my sessions at the range. The springs remain stiff and strong. These are ready for war! Now my steel mags are backups, and these are my primary! Will be buying more. I only have 13 mags after all! Shooting for 25."
4.0 5
"Great spring tension, rock solid body, actually had someone drop my AK, had it land on the mag and was able to pick it up and fire without a hiccup. The only problem was it needed a little bit of file work on the sides to get a solid lock in my Romanian."
4.0 5
"I had to file the sides a bit, but the 5 min it took me was worth it. It fits great now. The back side would not fit into the reciever, but other than that, top notch. WASR-10"
4.0 5
"I bought this for my Century 16/63. It fit so tight that when I forced it in it shaved some plastic off the sides which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. After removing and inserting several times, this puppy slides in awesome and stays snug. It fires great and looks sweet!"
5.0 5
"Mags feed good and fit real nice and tight. Very little wobble which I like. Cheaper Than Dirt wins again."
4.0 5
"I initially bought this mag as a test. At first it was difficult to get into my gun and caused some mis-feeds but after a little shaving on it and some tweaking on my gun (mostly an issue with my gun) it started working perfectly. A negligible rattle sometimes when it is fully loaded but otherwise it performs perfectly. A big plus is the difference in weight from metal clips. Unloaded and compared to an unloaded 30 round metal clip it is about half the weight. I will be purchasing more in the future."
5.0 5
"Wow, you guys did a great job on the shipping, and the product is great. Got the cheap shipping and still got the three mags I ordered two days earlier than projected. They required a little massaging to make them fit perfect, but that is why I bought polymer in the first place, I would rather massage them than the mag well in my AK! CTD is the best, and I would order from you anytime."
5.0 5
"I have three of these mags, and have not had an issue with a single one, they are super light, tough as a rock and the price is perfect, and much less slop than the steel AK mags. Highly recommended."
5.0 5
"I have several of these now and I have never had any problems from them. They are very easy to \"shape\" to fit your well with a file or Dremel, but are made of very sturdy and tough plastic. Its the only mags I will buy for my AK."
5.0 5
"great mags performed perfect in my WASR 10/63"
4.0 5
"These intrafuse mags have an outstanding history for being rugged and suitable for combat environments. Unfortunently, they don't really fit just right in my WASR-10, so I'll need to shave them down slighty so they do. But, it could be worse!"
4.0 5
"Great mags. Only has one drawback. It can't be used with UTG dual AK-47 magazine clamps. They are too wide. Other than than that, they function flawlessly."
1.0 5
"Ordered on monday and got it on wednesday. Always great shipping CTD. I have a Hungarian receiver, post-ban model and this mag simply will not fit. It's far too fat for the mag well and will require too much filing for me to make it work. I'll be trading it towards a mil-surplus mag at the army/navy store today. No hard feelings CTD, I still love ya."
4.0 5
"Bought 10 of these mags for my WASR 10/63. A little tight at first ,but after working them around a bit they are just fine. Have had no FTF's after 3 trips with each through the weapon. Was a decision between the US Palm 30rd mags and these. These work great, and for more than half the price of the others."
4.0 5
"I ordered these for my MAK 90. I had read the reviews which were mixed on whether they would fit straight out of the bag. Well, they did not.. So I broke out the Dremel tool, and shaved them a bit and they fit and feed fine now.. I would rate them 5 bullet's but it irritated me a bit to have to spend 20 minutes shaving them.. I also agree that once you get that bit shaved off, and slide them in and out a few times, they fit much better.. I will buy a few more as they are pretty solid, light weight and inexpensive.."
5.0 5
"Found these to fit my wasr-10 perfect. No working to get the best start to lock the mag in place.... it just snapped right in. Then loaded 30 rounds using the magazine loader i bought and no problems. Fed every round through at the range with no hangs in the mag. Bought 6 and all 6 did the same. I will get rid of the metal ones i have and replace."
5.0 5
"Mags are great! Wide enough to eliminate mag wobble and are very rugged plastic. Just bought more, but have been using for about 2 years since I got my AK. For the price, cant be beat!"
1.0 5
"Bought two of these mags after seeing the good reviews. Had problems feeding them into my AMD-65, and once seated, tore both of my thumbs up trying to get the Mag to release. From a static range perspective, these mags may be okay (haven't tried them on the range yet), but from a tactical quick change perspective, these may cost you your life; I think I will stick with the steel mags; I may not be able to get a full 30 rounds into a steel mag, but know that when I depress the release with my thumb, there will be no worries about changing to a fresh mag."
5.0 5
"VERY TIGHT IN WASR.. FIT BETTER THAN METAL MUST SOMEWHAT FORCE TO SHAVE IN TO FIT & SHAVE LIGHTLY WITH KNIFE GREAT PRODUCT"
5.0 5
"A little tough to get in my WASR 10/63 the first time (scraped a little plastic off the mag), but things ran smooth after that. It was very easy and smooth to load and functioned perfectly at the range. Much easier to load than the metal mil-surp mags that came with the gun."
3.0 5
"The mags are a little to wide for my WASR, needed to be shaved down to fit properly."
4.0 5
"I first bought 5 of these almost a year ago and they fit into my arsenal SGL-21 perfectly. I just bought two more and the new ones didn't fit right off the bat. I was able to get them in eventually and after putting them in and out for about 20 min they fit snuggly. I would recommend these over steel mags because you know exactly what you're going to get with these. I'm 99% sure the reason TAPCO made these tighter than others is to try to help magazine wobble in certain AK's. I have put over a 1000 rounds through TAPCO AK47 mags and I have never had a hiccup at all."
4.0 5
"The 30 round 038 Mags in production, mine mfg. date 11/19/2010, do not have the approx. 020\" relief molded into the RIGHT REAR where it enters the mag well and will not fit.The same mags purchased a year earlier have the relief molded in and fit great in my SGL-61 Saiga and Polish sidefolder. One must setup and mill the .020\" relief in the mag (or carefully grind with a dremel if no access to a mill) to modify the newer mags for a smooth fit. WHY THE CHANGE TAPCO!! My only thought would be to help out a loosely ground out WASR mag well, but why do we have to screw with it for a mil-spec AK?? It's great mag otherwise"
5.0 5
"Tapco mags are great. Nice tight fit. I'll buy more. Thanks C.T.D."
4.0 5
"I bought one to try it out. It's a really tight fit so I filed down a couple of edges and it's better. Other than that it's a nice mag. Lighter than the steel mags and a lot more lighter compared to the Yugo mags. I like the look and feel of them. I'll probably buy more if I feel like I don't have enough mags. Good price, too."
5.0 5
"Have purchased 8 of these in 30 round configuration, & 2 in 20 round. All are perfect, never any failures, & load extremely fast using the Lula mag loader. Will use nothing but Tapco mags in my Yugo underfolder. Am also glad to see the price come down, as I paid anywhere from 29.99- 9.99 in various places with Cabellas being the cheapest till now. Will order 5-7 more next month when my disability check comes in. Great product backed by a lifetime warranty, made in the US. What more can you ask for."
3.0 5
"These are good tactical magazines (grippy, sturdy, lightweight) no REAL problems with my WASR-10, but you may have to practice to load it as quickly as less bulky magazines. Did not work with my commodore magazine carrier, as it is more bulky than steel AK magazines, (lid would not snap shut) so be sure of the specifications of what you will be using with them."
5.0 5
"Tapco 7.62x39 magazines are a feed great, durable, cheap priced, and good looking product. Ill keep buying them."
5.0 5
"I've bought a variety of magazines for my AK, both European and US, and these are the best I've tried so far. Many Euro mags are loose and wobbly, these are nice and tight. Feeds perfectly with no problems on my Polish under-folder. These are the mags I'll buy from here on out."
4.0 5
"Fit very snug in the WASR. Granted, I had to shave a little off. But no biggie. Ordered a few. Have a few more on the way. Will get more later."
5.0 5
"Sturdy, practical, and aesthetically pleasing (from my perspective). I can't find any faults with these magazines."
1.0 5
"Bought 5 of these and not one would fit.All of them were 1.5mm to wide for my mil-spec AK.....Not CTD fault.!!..Will still buy from CTD,because I always get great service, so far...lol Please note: sorry for the issue, due to different AK's specs, some mags fit some better than others. Feel free to return these mags and suggest you get the steel AK mags which should work with your AK. Item # MAG-029 is a 30 round mag."
5.0 5
"I bought 2 of these mags, they are solid and they work great in my Norinco MAK90. I had to file just a hair off the back locking tab but thats it. they are light and they feed great and no wobble. I also noticed that I could fit 31 rounds in these things! Another excellent product from tapco and CTD!!"
5.0 5
"I guess I got the last two in stock, HAHAHA...Fit my WASR 10 very nice, had to slightly persuade it into the reciever, and a very small amount scraped off the two rear most edges, but I love that they fit snug..I fully expected to have to file, but one sturdy install and remove from the weapon made it just right...BUY THESE!!!thanks CTD!!I will be buying more when they get more in stock!"
5.0 5
"I just got 2 of these this week and I wish I had bought more, they work great in my WASR. I was ready to throw out my steel mags after using these!"
1.0 5
"Mags are too fat for my Romanian AK and sit too high up in my MAK-90. Very unhappy customer here!"
5.0 5
"I already owned some of these but at this price I stocked up. They work great in my Yugo M70. Ordered on Wed. Delivered on Friday. Great service."
4.0 5
"I bought two for my Draco and these fit the bill. Like others have posted you may have some issues initialy but after inserting and removing a few times they slide in with ease."
5.0 5
"Love them."
4.0 5
"They were a little hard to put in my WASR 10 at first but they fit tight and dont move at all. No need to file, just jam em in a few times and they are good to go. Ill buy more for sure"
5.0 5
"These are the best mags I've come across. They fit my WASR 10/63 perfect with no filing and function flawlessly and for the price you just can't beat them."
5.0 5
"Ordered 2 of these mags to check them out. Couldn't get them to load in my saiga. I noticed the front clip was about a 16th of an inch thicker than my factory mag. A few strokes with a file and they fit perfect. Went through 500 rounds this weekend and not a problem. Just ordered 10 more. Great mags and what a price. Thanks again CTD"
4.0 5
"I got this mag today and it looks good it feeds good, but it wont really lock in my AK, im sure with a little filing it will be fine"
5.0 5
"Cheaper than Dirt doesnt make them guys,if your complain about quality your complaing to the wrong company. a bit of dremel tool and you have an awsome mag for 12 dollars less than the local shop. ordered 6, will order more. thanks."
5.0 5
"I have 30 of these magazine all work flawlessly on my Draco, Yugo, and WSAR!"
3.0 5
"Quality is good and mags are lighter than steel mags. However, these did not fit in my American Tactical AK-47 without a lot of filing. After filing it to fit my AT-47 it would not fit in my polytech at all. Im sticking with the surplus steel mags that fit in all my guns without modification."
4.0 5
"JUST GOT MY MAGS TODAY BOUGHT 2,TRIED THEM OUT WORK GREAT IN MY WASR 10/63.THEY GO IN TIGHT,JUST SMACKEM IN AND LET THE SHELLS FLY GREAT PRICE AND WORK GREAT.THOSE JAMMING STEEL ONES ARE HISTORY."
5.0 5
"Mag fits perfectly in my Romanian AK. A lot more quiet than traditional metal mags to, rounds do not move inside mag at all. Highly recommend these babies!"
5.0 5
"The mag locks up great in my Draco and feeds perfectly. Awesome value, fast shipping, thanks CTD!"
4.0 5
"Pros: Pretty much the go to when in doubt mag. Not as fancy as the Palm 1 mags or some others I have seen but they feed hollow points no problem and I have never had a single jam with these mags in my WASR-10/63. I own 5 of these, 2 Bulgarian Steel mags, 2 Thermamold mags. These are the only ones I own that have never ever jammed.. that's why I have 5. Grippy body is nice. Easy to insert and take out. Fairly tight fitting.Cons: The bottom plate on the mag is bulky and can catch on stuff. The plastic around the lips gets a little chewed up but nothing that affects performance.Liberty will rise again."

"Seems like a great mag with a nice tactical look. Personally, I find a little too much effort is required to properly lock in my WASR-10. Love the look and feel so I think that alone is worth trying to work through the fit. Hopefully with time, it will adjust on its own."

"This went right into my WASR-10 with no problem. Fit solid and no sanding. Will be buying more."

"No problems so far, work great, great quality."

"These mags are nice and cheap. I ran 200 rounds through them without any malfunctions. Only down side is that they only fit 28 rounds. Nice fit in my Interarms IAC47."
4.0 5
"Bought two of these because they're cheaper than metal mags and won't rust shut. Pretty good quality, thick and tough plastic. Fit in my WASR-10 with very slight back and forth wobble but no side-to-side wobble. Can't beat them for the price. Also they come with reusable plastic bags, great for storing them loaded. Haven't taken them to the range yet but don't expect any problems, good spring tension on the followers. Will probably buy more in the future!"

"I personally love TAPCO products seeing as how they're made right here in the good ole U S of A, supporting American jobs instead of sending jobs overseas! These mags are the epiphony of tactical magazine options, they've been torture tested far beyond what other mags polymer or metal have been. I mean seriously any mag that can handle being run over by a 2 ton truck and function just fine has my vote for sure, and ignore the statement about it only fits 28 rounds, that's not true because I can get all 30 rounds into mine no problem without any assist tool. I have 6 of these and plan on buying 6 more! Thanks CTD, your selection, pricing and shipping is the best I've ever experienced!"

"Don't waste your money on these. I ordered 5 and NONE fit my WASR-10. I am in the process of returning them to CTD. First time I am disappointed by something I\uFFFDve purchased on this website."

"I ordered four of these guys for my WASR 10. None of these clip fit, not right out of the box anyways. I went out to my shed and busted out my old Razer knife set (Dremel was stolen out of my truck a few months ago) and I trimmed about 1/10th of inch off the back that locks in about the release. I think it took all of 2 minutes to get all 4 right where I needed them and haven\uFFFDt had a problem since. Shipped in 4 days. Pretty good, I gotta say, that\uFFFDs why it gets 5 bullets. Fast shipping and customer service is always easy to talk to and I don\uFFFDt mind 30 seconds of work per item. I recommend these clips. I will be ordering more."

"Fits my Sig 556R perfectly. No mag wobble, fed perfectly, no problems what so ever."

"I have the usual WASR10-63 these work fine with it. They are a hair too large but after loading them a few times they file down. Definately load smoother than the steel mags!Problems: 1:They are plastic. This means in WROL-SHTF-ZOMBIES they will eventually wear out faster than the steel mags. 2: They DO NOT FIT in most double magazine hodlers for AK (bulkier) They DO NOT FIT with the double magazine attachment peices.3: The long and short of it is, they are not for serious use on a personal modular system, they are for having piles of extra mags for fun at the range, or back-up zombie defense in your house, no tough enough for real situation. Very good investment bartering item. For WROL-SHTF-ZOMBIES get a couple hand wound drum mags! very worth the investment, and the spring only need be tight (and therefore loosing durability) when you are ready to rock and roll!Cheers mate"

"This magazine has worked wonderfully for my Century Int. Arms Sportster Ak-47. They are hard, rugged magazines, that work well in any training environment. Zero issues with water and so far they haven't broken apart when I've dropped them in a hurry. Great buy and if I needed more magazines for the AK this is the brand I would buy."

"I own 3 of the tapco 30 rnd. mags. They worked fine on my wasr-10, but didn't fit my SAIGA. I made them fit after a hour of filing the back of the mag where it locks. w the realese. oh yeah and loading takes forever. Steel mags are WAY better."
3.0 5
"First trip out with these there were no issues. Loaded nice and smooth; easier than the steel mags that came with my wasr-10.After several trips out in the field, it started to become harder and harder to get the mag seated properly (they kept missing the catch and popping back out).Ok for plinking, wouldn't bet my life on em."
4.0 5
"Good on weight. Look fair. But you will need to work on them a little to fit. Nothing a nail file can't fix. Price Great."

"Bought 6 of these for my YUGO AK47. No problems at all. Great Mags!"

"Fit perfect in my Romanian AK. It loaded and unloaded without any problems. I will be getting more of these soon."

"Snapped right into my Wasr-10 no problem, didn't have to do any sanding or modifications. Great deal!"
4.0 5
"I bought 2 of these mags a few months ago. I sanded one down- it went into my WASR 10 just fine, but somehow got jammed inside and I was forced to break it to get it out. TAPCO wouldn't take it back since I had sanded it down. I was unhappy about that. However, the other one worked find after I sanded it down. They are lighter and make a lot less noise than the steel mags. I plan on buying more. These are comparable to Magpro's plastic mags and probably the best we AK 47 owners will get for a while"
5.0 5
"Bought 3 of these and they are awesome! Great construction and durability, fits perfect and snug in my WASR 10 with no problems and did not have to shave some tabs like other people have claimed. Will definitely be buying more in the future!"

"I was excited when I received the 2 magazines I purchased from CTD, but as soon as I tried to put them in my WASR-10, they did not fit. Going in, staying in, and getting it out. I do not recommend this type of magazine to anyone with a WASR-10."
1.0 5
"Got two of these for my AK,,, the reviews were great,, but they do not fit well AT ALL. I thought I bought the wrong magazine or wrong caliber,, etc.. I had to file the areas where it rubbed when going in,,, I would not recommend this product for my romarms AK."
4.0 5
"I like the aggressive texture and the price of these. You do get what you pay for, so all you mag hoarders may want to look elsewhere. These in no way are designed to be military grade magazines.. for $9.00 what do you expect?! If Tapco really wanted to compete with the circle 10 mags they would have but that ups the price.. So this is more cost effective. These do however serve a purpose, they are readily available, 922r compliant, you can easily stock up on them and they are GREAT for training. Why use and abuse your Circle 10 mags or your new Bulgarian steel mags when you can beat these plastic mags up? One negative aspect, they of course don't fit ALL AKM variant rifles..very well. In both my Saiga and Draco-SBR they were a little loose but nothing to cry over.. Really though.. its an AK you guys.. it ain't a darn target rifle! So order one at first to test out with your rifle and if it fits purchase more and have fun! If they don't fit, move on. Only 4 bullets because well.. its Tapco."

"These mags work great for my AK. Its an American Tactical Imports receiver with a Romanian parts kit. The mags are great once you do some filing to the mag catch (on the mag). Had to do it to all of them. Only Mil-spec mags fit without any effort. But once they are sized they are perfectly snug and release just the same. Good product but not perfect."
4.0 5
"Was unable to get it to grip in the mag well of my WASR-10 until I noticed and trimmed down the front hinge. Since it's plastic a little Dremel work (30 minutes max) and all four are just fine now. I would recommend for target use or for any \"throw away\" type situation. Would buy again for cost only."
5.0 5
"Good magazines for the price, stock up now! if you have a Romanian AK, you'll have to modify the magazine since the Romanian AK's were all set up for single stacks originally, and the machine work done by Century might not be perfect."
5.0 5
"2 of these mags were included in the package deal when I bought my custom AK converted Saiga 7.62x39. Let's just say they worked so well I ordered 4 more from CTD at the same time I ordered the Ace 6 mag shoulder bag. All 6 mags fit in both the bag and the gun exactly as they should. At $10/each, made in the USA, and CTD's fast shipping it is a great deal! Contrary to some other statements, my Tapcos hold 31 rounds no problem and are easy to load that full. In fact, it is easier to fill them up than it is to fill my Glock 23 mags. I will buy more no doubt. Even if they do wear out over time, being half the cost or less than steel mags makes them a great buy! Nice job Tapco and CTD."
5.0 5
"I bought 6 of these mags for my wasr-10. I ove em. They are lightweight and seem pretty strong. They fit tight in the mag well and might take a little breaking in but I still recommend them to anyone wanting to shave a couple pounds off their combat load."
4.0 5
"Good mags fit snug in was 10. No issues fit in mag pouch fine and get alotta woods use no issue. Don't see what the complaints are about honestly. Have four of them great product."

"I bought 7 Tapco Intrafuse Mag AK-47 Magazines. They are absolutely the most horrible magazine I have had the misfortune to attempt to put in my AK's. Break in period, yeah right. I understand differences in tolerences but these are ridiculous. I sacraficed one to experimenting with a dremel to make it fit and mirror my metal mags that I have zero issues with. Even after about 30 minitues of dremel work and fitting it was not going to happen. When I could finally get the magazine in the magwell it would not lock. It is hiting the slide where the bolt rides on. There is no amount of rigging, Mickey Mousing, or gunsmithing that will makethis mag work. The other six I have left in original condition except for an ATTEMPTED initial fit. Well more than half an hour of trying to fit, I know it will not work in my GP WASR-10/63. I have BOUGHT A LOT OF TAPCO products over the years and have been pleased. I don't know if I just got seven horrible magazines by chance or if they all suck. I should have read more reviews online. I probabaly would have spent my money on another Tapco item or something else in general. They did fit my Draco pistol AK but nothing else. If you feel like gambling roll your dice. I am cutting my losses. I would give a Zero but it is not possible. I even tried using the springs in my metal mags figuring \"Oh well maybe not a total rip off\". The springs suck too."

"So I got two of these for my Romanian WASR, and they are so snug that it becomes a struggle to take them out of the mag well. These are solid mags but not good for the Romanian AK's. I noticed that some people say to modify it but I think that's too much trouble, I'd stick with steel....Haven't tried other \"plastic\" ones but the Tapco ones just aren't meant for the WASR.....unfortunately."

"I got about 10 of these magazines, they fit my Arsenal AK perfectly. I had to file the top nub portion of 2 of them (which i bought at a gunshow) with a nail file for about 10 seconds to get them to fit more easily. These mags are solid as a rocket. Would give them 5 stars if I didn't have to file 2 of them and also I have given them the test of time, but i'm sure they will last, judging by how they feel."

"I bought 3 of these magazines for my wife Arsenal AK she's put 1000 rounds through them. No failures. Seats perfect she loves them. Grate buy!!!!!"
5.0 5
"I don't understand some of these bad reviews, but these magazines are the best I've ever used. They are dirt cheap and never fail. I have put about 800 rounds through mine and have never had a jam. I have a WASR-10, and never had to modify the magazines to fit. Ive got 3 so far and plan on ordering a lot more."

"I bought some of these because they were cheap, and I was heading out to the desert to shoot, figured if the sand ruined them I wouldn't really care. I have a Romanian SAR-1, these fit perfect, cycle perfect, and I have never had an issue. I have ran thousands of rounds through them, and they keep on kicking. I think its probably about time to break them down and clean them out a little (I can hear sand rattling in them) but other than that, they have performed very well. I will be ordering some more of these in the future."
5.0 5
"I ordered 7 of these mags based on other reviews, and these are the best polymer AK47 mags ive owned! I got 'em for my Century Arms WASR and every one of them worked without a hitch or any malfunction whatsoever. The bodies are good and strong, the spring is strong and the follower is anti-tilt like the description says. They are much lighter than metal mags, as well as cheaper. Get these mags while u can, because they may not have em much longer. I just ordered 2 more, you can never have enough 30 round mags laying around! And thanks CTD for the warp drive shipping! I received my order less than 24 hours after I placed it! That's a record for me!"

"I am really bummed out that these did not fit my WASR without having to modify them, but they did fire flawlessly after a little work with the Dremel to make it fit."
5.0 5
"These mags worked great. No issues with my Polish AK. Will buy more."
5.0 5
"Excellent mags. Feed flawlessly. I have run hundreds of rounds through a pair of them with my WASR 10/63. They fit a little snug, but required no modifications."

"Works great in my Draco, my Wasr10, but will not fit my Wasr underfolder. Go figure, nothing works with the underfolder except Romanian mfg mags...."

"Great Mag. Fit and function was perfect in my Norinco MAK90. Unbelievable deal at this price. Delivered the next day!"
5.0 5
"These magazines are amazingly great! Tapco is 100%! WASR 10 locked and loaded flawlessly. I MEAN FLAWLESS feed and load. Great spring, build, lug, etc. I will go as far as to say that if inserted and extracted properly from an AK platform, these should last d#@! near forever. Great buy. You will NOT regret. 5 bullets."
4.0 5
"Gave it four bullets cause I had to trim the tab on all three mags I ordered for my M10-762. Didn't have to trim the ProMags, but they feel cheap compared to the Tapco mags. If the mag doesn't snap into place, it's not all the way in, even if it holds the mag and chambers a round. You will need to trim the tab 'till it makes the snap noise of locking in place. The Tapco mags fit nice and snug and feel like they will take some abuse."
5.0 5
"These are worth the money. Everywhere around here in Arkansas sells these for quite a bit more. I have ordered five of these andtwo2 20 rounders and they have all worked great. Never had a failure to feed or jam; just great. And fast shipping like always."
5.0 5
"Great buy for the price! I bought two. They both fit perfectly in my WASR 10, and fed rounds with no problem."
5.0 5
"I bought 3 of these earlier this year. I have had ZERO problems with them. Once I ran a few hundred rounds through them, loading became much easier (obviously, like any mag). Great product. If you want a cheap (price) mag and want it to be durable, this product is perfect for you! Used on Arsenal SGL-21."
2.0 5
"Too wide for my Warsaw. It did not clip in all the way. Had to return it."
4.0 5
"Very good quality mag. I had to Dremel the AK magazine well to get magazine to lock in. Works great now. I will buy more Tapco brand mags."
5.0 5
"Works great on the Mak-90. No modifacations. If you need mags, buy these now!"
4.0 5
"I've bought a total of 4 Tapco mags from CTD.They work flawlessly in my CIA WASR 10. I picked up an M&M M-10 at the local gun show. I can't seem to get any of them to fit properly. I'm sure with a little work they'll fit. The Tapco mag that came with the M&M won't fit in the WASR 10."
5.0 5
"These run great in my WASR 10/63. I have never had any problems with these. They are well made. Just ordered some more."
5.0 5
"Great magazine. Ordered about four a while ago. Very durable and no real wobble in my Arsenal 21. Way better than any ProMag."
5.0 5
"I have 12 of these mags. Well worth the money. Took about 5 min on each with a scalpel and sand paper to fit like a glove in my WASR 10."
5.0 5
"Just bought 10 of these and they fit like a glove after a little work of inserting and removing a couple of times. They fit much better than the steel mags that came with my WASR 10/63. I will be buying more, especially since what happened on Tuesday."
5.0 5
"Fit flawlessly in my Norinco MAK90 with no modification. Will buy more before they are no longer available."
3.0 5
"I have purchased Tapco products before and they are very well made. I had to modify some of their SKS mags to fit my old SKS, but that didn't surprise me, seeing how the SKS wasn't meant to take detachable mags. After reading reviews and watching videos on the AK-47 mags, I figured I couldn't go wrong and ordered three. I was looking forward to the polymer mags that wouldn't scratch my trigger guard or mag catch during reloads and assumed they would fit my receiver better with less side to side wobble than the steel mags. It was the complete opposite. The wobble is at least twice as bad as the steel mags. I understand no two AKs are carbon copies, but I have a very high dollar Arsenal AK-47, so I was very disappointed when I put these in my gun. I have not been to the range yet to see if they function properly, but overall, they disappointed me."

"Won't fit my Romanian WASR; not even close. Had to return."
4.0 5
"I bought these mags, just in case Mr. Change puts through a weapons ban. At this price, you might want to pick up six or seven just in case. I did not check to see if they fit my AK. I'm gonna leave them in the box for now. Great job, CTD. Very fast shipping."

"Great mags for the $. Ordered a bunch. Will be ordering more thanks to Obummer and Nancy and Harry and Babs Feinstein and Hillary's NWO. Fit a little tight at first in my Yugo underfolder, but work great after inserting them a few times."
5.0 5
"Great mag. Fits a little snug at first, but other than that, it is a great deal. Well worth the $. Looks and works great with my Yugo mb70ab2 underfolder."

"The lip that attaches to the release clip is thicker than the one on the mag that came with my AK. Rather than return, I am going to try to file it down to make it thinner. Any down side?"
4.0 5
"Fit and quality is good. I had to file out the mag well near the mag release lever on my WASR. Feed and eject are flawless."
5.0 5
"The metal mag that came with my AK was junk. Eight rounds yielded four FTLs. I got out one of these TAPCO mags that I had recently bought. They fit a little snug at first, but after cycling the bolt several times, they fit perfect in my Bulgarian AK. I haven't put large volumes out with the mags, but I've had zero problems with them. Overall, they are a great value, and I'll be getting more."
5.0 5
"I recently bought three of these mags. No problems, worked better than the metal Bulgarian mags. Went to order more but every one is gone; no matter what website all gone. I wonder if they will even be allowed to restock because you can't even backorder."
1.0 5
"Purchased five of these mags from CTD. None fit in my M10-762 AK-47. Will purchase steel mags from now on. Not about to spend 3-6 hours filing them down to fit. Mags should fit right out the box."
5.0 5
"Bought two right before the troubles. Fired 60 rounds from each in my WASR 10. No problems, snug fit. Stop calling them \"high capacity.\" These are standard capacity mags for the AK."
5.0 5
"I just got the 2 mags I ordered from CTD. First of all let me say that even though CTD stated at the time I ordered these that there would be a delay of 5-7 business days they got them out the door in under 36 hours. Once I got them I test fit them and they went right in first time no trimming or finagling needed... the tapcos fit like a glove in my WASR10 and feed HP like a champ. 5 bullets all the way! Would buy more if they were in stock... specially in OD green"
4.0 5
"Hard to beat for the price. I had to do just a small amount of fileing to the tab that locks the mag into the gun. They fit snug into an Arsenel SLR101 but after putting them in and out 10 times they work great now. Function flawlessly during fire. I think everyone will agree that the one major downfall of the tapco mag is you will have a hard time finding a molle capable mag pouch that fits TAPCO MAGS. Well CTD also sells the CONDOR tripe mag pouch that fits the TAPCO mags great."
4.0 5
"I bought three of these for my Saiga 7.62. Overall they are great magazines, especially because they are much lighter and cheaper than the surplus magazines. I would have given them five bullets, were it not for the fact that they required some minor filing to fit the mag catch lever when loaded. However, this amounted to about 1 minute of extra work per magazine, and overall was not too much of a hassle. Well worth the price."
5.0 5
"Fits perfectly into my WASR 10/63. Fits even better than the steel mags that I have for it, and at a cheaper price, so I definitely have no complaints except that I didn't buy more!"
5.0 5
"Best mags for the AK. You won't be disappointed."
2.0 5
"I bought two of these clips and they do not fit in my AK-47, no matter what I do !!!! The other metal ones I bought fit like a glove. Get the metal ones !!!!"
1.0 5
"Does not fit in my new Polish made I.O. Inc AK-47. It's way too wide to fit the magwell. I tried filing off some material to make it fit but I would have to remove way too much. I will continue using metal magazines."
5.0 5
"Fits great in my SIG 556r. No failures at all. Like dozens of fellow reviewers have already noted, if you try loading this magazine into an AK rifle it likely won't fit without alterations due to loose tolerances in manufacturing. They work fine for me."
4.0 5
"Great magazines for range time. I purchased 6 of them and have put close to 2000 rds down range with them. never had a malfunction with any of them. don't be fooled though. these mags are not strong in their construction. the lug can brake easy with a smack from the back of the mag while in the gun. get steel mags for hard use."
4.0 5
"I really consider these mags long term disposables. They're cheap, you can stock up on tons of them, and if you baby them, they will last for for a long time. For regular shooters that gravitate towards the AK platform rather than an AR, \"baby\" isn't something the typical owner of an AK has in their vocabulary, hence the label \"long term, disposable\". I beat the sh!t out of my WASR-10 in just about every weather condition or climate available in WA state, and these mags last a couple years before something fails. They're plastic and easily scuffed. They get pretty tore up from frequent mag changes and loading. The springs aren't the greatest, but work well for awhile. They hold up OK to incidental drops or bangs on a tree. Like I said, for under $10 a mag, I stock up on 5-10 at a time and they last long enough to make it worthwhile. Strongly recommend to shooters on a budget."

"This Mag fit my NPAP with a a little modification. I have to wiggle it a bit to get it in. 3 Bullets for a finicky fit."

"Just received my Tapco 30 round mag for my M&M Romainan AK47. Perfect fit, going to order more."
3.0 5
"big and bulky. the ribbing on the mag prevents it from fitting in most standard ak mag holders. weight vs. steel mag is not worth the extra size. had to sand the sides down to fit my pap 92. never had a ftf or any other problems. still go with steel. save the poly for your ar."
4.0 5
"I had to sand them down some. After that they worked fine"
1.0 5
"Bought several of these for my wasr 10. After running several drills with them I have come to view them as unreliable. Failure to feed is a big problem whether they are loaded with 5 rounds or 30. I would not trust my life to them and will not even use them as back up mags. Worthless."
2.0 5
"Tried these with my WASR 10 and every single one of them failed to feed towards the end of a 30 round load."
5.0 5
"Works very well in my WASR-10. Very little wobble and all functioned reliably with cheap ammo. The price is right as well. Highly recommend."
