Shooters with SureFire forends installed on their shotguns may experience sharp recoil on their weak hand against the lamp housing. This is due to the rearward movement of the shotgun over the pistol grip. We recommend that you hold the forend at least 1.5" back from the lamp housing to avoid this painful action.

"I bought this stock for my FN Police Shotgun it was great. It took me about 10 minutes to install it. I then went to the range and had fun I went through a large box of 3\" magnum 00 buck and was still able to shoot straight. I now use this same shotgun at work and qualifyed 100% with it. At qualifications eveyone was wanting to shoot my shotgun they were all hurting and I was able to keep shooting."

"Just purchased this Stock.Since I haven't fired the gun yet I can not speak to how much the recoil is dampened but others have. What I can speak of is quality of materials and fit and finish all of which are excellent. This stock has some heft to it, i was able to find a setting that fit perfectly, the install was simple and straight forward. You will need a phillips screwdriver to remove the but pad on the old stock and a long socket extension to remove the factory stock bolt. Knoxx provides the ball tipped allen wrench needed to install the new stock. On my winchester defender I will need some raised sights as the angle of the stock is higher than the OEM version, which put the line of sight slightly higher. It feels good and natural and is very well made. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another."

"Knoxx stock installed on my Winchester 1300, excellent product althought I had some reservations while installing it. There was a slight gap between the receiver and the stock until I applied more torque. I was concerned about stripping out the receiver.Great recoil reduction with 1 oz. rifled slugs, the slide release is harder to reach with the pistol grip, and I'm distracted by the secondary recoil mechanism. If you have a beard... be careful! I'm waiting on the powerpak cheek rest to arrive before heading back to the range.Overall I'm pleased, the stock performs as advertised, eady to install, plus It just looks badass with a scope."
