The Winchester Model 1892 has been featured in many Western movies and was the favorite of John Wayne and Chuck Connors. It is considered by many as the smoothest, most compact, handiest and most handsome lever-action ever offered.

1-1/8" drop at comb
1-3/4" drop at heel

The Model 1892 is the compact model of the venerable Model 1886. For 2011, this exquisite rifle features a 20" round, deeply-blued and polished barrel, receiver and lever. The full-length tubular magazine balances the rifle perfectly. The stock is solid walnut, cut in a straight grip style for fast handling.

Not many firearm models today can boast of having had over one million produced. The Winchester Model 1892, very similar in construction to the Winchester Model 1886, is one of these famous lever-action rifles. It is much like a compact or carbine model of the famous 1886 and has the same dual, vertical locking system for impressive strength. Many of its components have been scaled down and simplified to handle the smaller calibers, and here is where this nostalgic rifle shines. It is famous for its light weight, low recoil and responsive, easy handling. It displays a genius of design that makes it a modern-day treasure. The Winchester Model 1892 features a beautifully finished walnut stock, blued barrel and receiver, finely fit with precision and pride.

"The SOG flash 2 is an excelent high quality knife! And it was cheaper here than i have seen it anywhere else! the only thing i am a little unsure of is the lock, it's hard on the thumb."

"I bought this product originally from amazon, and wish I had seen it here first. I have never seen a price this cheap. I love my knife! It is lightweight, and has been suprisingly sturdy. Since I wear tight jeans with shallow pockets (I'm female, it's ok) I keep this knife tucked comfortably in my waist band. The clip is very secure, and it is easy to remove my knife quickly and replace it with one hand. Since I wear this knife on the inside of my pants, the safety lock is very handy. It's also amusing to see people try to use my knife, and not know how to open it. The spring assisted blade open is awesome. You don't even need to flick your wrist! I can open it easily with my left or right hand. It is easier for a right-hander to unlock the blade though. The blade has stayed sharp, and I'm not one to baby my knives very long. It has maintained its edge through abuse against wood, cardboard, and very thick foam. The only problem I have with this knife is that the blade is minutely wobbly. This is common in almost all folding knives however. I carry it everywhere I can't carry my gun (school and work). This knife has been very good to me. I've had it for over a year, and I am very pleased still."

"I bought two of these knives a couple of years ago for gifts. But after seeing the lightness and sharpness of the blades I decided to keep one for myself. I ususally buy Kershaw but after a couple of years of use I will buy another SOG."

"I bought 3 knives a few years ago - the SOG Flash II is one that is still in use. It is by far one of my favorite lower cost knives I have owned. Even bought my father one. Like it so much that I will buy one just to have as a spare."

"I've been carrying the flash II for about a month now and it's without a doubt the best knife I ever had. Opening is fast and easy but still takes a fair amount of pressure to get started so you can carry it with the saftey off. the blade is razor sharp right out of the box. the zytel handle was tough enough to stand up to getting dropped on concrete. I have no complaints about this knife and its fun to see other people try to get it open."

"This is a great blade to carry with you, its sharp out of the box the bayonet clip make it very concealable it just shoots out the handle with the slightest nudge only wish I would have gotten in digi camo."
