The RWC Izhmash Saiga 12 autoloading shotgun incorporates the Kalashnikov design, providing reliability and simplicity of operation. Outstanding accuracy is achieved by the smooth bore, Lancaster style elliptical barrel, which imparts a spin on projectiles, increasing accuracy and exterior threading to accept chokes. The chrome lined barrel, chamber and gas system resist corrosion, making cleaning easier and extending the life of the shotgun. "I was so excited to get this gun. Hours of time spent watching YouTube videos and browsing Saiga 12 forums was very informative. When I received the gun, it was covered with factory oil and in rough shape. The action was very rough and it had frequent FTF and FTEs. I replaced the forearm with a UTG quad rail, and the stock with a Tapco T-6 stock. Now I am having it sent in to Alliance Armament for their reliability service. When it gets back, I will update my review on how well it works. But for now, I won't trust this shotgun with my life. 3 bullets for a good price. I withheld the other 2 for the issues; not CTD's fault though. Still a good buy!"

"Got the shotgun sent in, and got it back few weeks later. I recently took it to the range with some 10 round box mags and a couple 20 round ProMag drums. I shot Federal 00 Buckshot and this gun performed flawlessly with ZERO FTF or FTE. It is a beast and kicks like one, too. 20 rounds of buckshot downrange in a few seconds is a beautiful thing. This gun is now my go-to gun for home defense. This is a great gun, but only if you invest the time and money to make it so. In the end, it was totally worth it. I give 4 bullets, and withhold the 5th for initial condition."
