"Purchased this gun with price in mind. I didn't have a full-size 9mm and I wanted one that wouldn't break the bank. This gun fit the bill. It is great to shoot, has a very low recoil, and had no problems with the first 200 rounds fired. My only complaint is that it didn't come with a magazine loader and my hands are getting older and the loader would make it easier. Other than that this is a great pistol and should be considered. As usual CTD did a great job in getting the gun to my FFL. I have purchased a few thru them and have been never disappointed."

"After first review I have been very disappointed with this pistol. It seems to be built well but at 250 rounds it has started to stove pipe constantly and has had no change to ammo brand Federal 115 grain. Will see if this changes with different brand of ammo but not happy to do so. I have lots of it and have used it for years without any issues in all types of pistols. I really wanted the M&P but the price really attracted me on this pistol. Maybe it needs a trip to Ruger. Will think twice before I purchase another Ruger hand gun."

"I didn't think much about it till we took it to the range, I'm all about Sigs, but now I can say I'm greatly impressed, the gun is a little heavy, but it shoots great, and flawlessly, it is as good as any of the Sigs. So far I've ran 500 rounds thru it, without a single malfunction, and it's as accurate as any of my glocks or sigs. I would recommend the Rugar to anyone that might consider it."
