"The screws are poor quality and too soft; but the real problem is the mounting holes are misaligned to my 10/22. You can work around these defects, but for $25, you should't need to do so. Somebody smack me the next time I try to buy a no-name (NcStar) mount."

"this comes with multiple (4) mounting holes, most likely to accommodate different model 10/22's. Mine used 3 of the 4. And the see-thru rail works as advertised. Have had no problems mounting various attachments to it. Probably the only thing that could have made it better was a wider profile so the see-thru acquisition was a bit quicker."

"Well, first off. Save your money and buy a set of see thru mounting rings instead of this thing. As stated the screws suck.I was mounting this thing to my 10/22 and with no hard pressure (screw wasn't even all the way down yet) stripped out! Couldn't unscrew it so I had to rotate the whole mount around till I unscrewed it. Doing this stripped the finish off the top of my receiver. Just a heads up. Skip this one. And if you do get it toss the screws in the garbage."

"Nothing bad to say here. As the other gentleman stated it would be nice if the gap for the iron sites was a bit wider but it suits me just fine. I added a 4-16 40mm scope and can still use the iron sights perfectly."
