"I purchased this rifle back in April of 2012. Maybe it's actually been in my possession for 2 weeks. The first time I shot it, it misfired more than it fired. Gave it to a gunsmith at the range. 3 weeks later, it's fixed. Still misfires. Gave it back to the gunsmith. He says he put a box of shells thru it without a problem, after 3 weeks of working on it. I couldn't get three rounds thru it before it started misfiring. Sent it to Taurus, with a broken rear sight, thanks to the gunsmith. Almost 8 weeks later, I got the gun back. The rear sight was still broken and now the front sight is broken. That's on Taurus. Gun still misfires. The gun is back at Taurus. They won't give me a new gun until they decide the gun is not fixable and Cheaper Than Dirt can't do anything about it. I will not buy a Taurus/Rossi/Braztech product again. I will not by from Cheaper Than Dirt again. They hung me out to dry. I rate this whole process \"No Bullets,\" but I had to give it something or I couldn't submit it."

"This is everything you would expect from Rossi. Decently accurate. Well crafted. Sloppily machined. Very affordable. I put about 200 rounds of all sorts through it, even some cast lead squib loads. Lethally accurate to 100 yards. I did have some issues with steel cased rounds not wanting to eject(Wolf). Monarch steel cased rounds sometimes didn't want to eject, and misfired 1 out of five times. All the brass I ran through it did just fine(PPU, Winchester, Remington, American Eagle, Monarch, and Federal. For me this was a great value and when they become available I look forward to trying the 30-30 and 45/70 barrels."
