"I saw this rifle reviewed online and was intrigued by its looks and design. It's not available in a lot of places, but CTD had it on sale for a decent price. CTD got it to my local FFL very quickly. It has no sights, so I got an inexpensive BSA 4X scope and took it to the range. It ran great right out of the box. Only issues I had in 250 rounds were with some cheap ammo. With good ammo, it shoots fantastic. One caution: the manual says it is easy to remove the bolt and recoil spring for cleaning. NOT TRUE! It took me a couple of days to figure out how to get the recoil spring and guide rod back in. An online you-tube video I found warns against removing these parts for cleaning. Otherwise, I love the rifle. It is well made, has a great trigger, and is very accurate."

"Collecting .22's is a hobby of mine but they keep getting more and more expensive. Saw this one and the price was right so took the leap. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised. This thing is just outstanding and it has quickly become one of my favorites. Solid as a rock and as well built as some I've paid twice as much for. I'd give it a five star rating but it isn't a Grade 1 Browning.LOVE the trigger. Love the look and heft of it. Love the floating barrel. Shoots like they say too. Put a Sweet 22 scope on it and it is capable of popping clay pigeons at well over a hundred yards. It is Merry Christmas every time I pick it up. Thanks for the bargain, CTD!"

"I became interested in this rifle after seeing several online reviews and it is as advertised. Great solid and accurate little gun with much more fit and metal than many other \"AR style\" .22s. It is ammo sensitive as many .22s seem to be and mine shoots CCI Mini-Mags lights out. Have had a couple of fail to ejects in the first couple hundred rounds and it takes a bolt tie-back to the vented picatinny to use a pull-through cleaning system. Great rifle at a very good price and CTD got it to my FFL in three business days!"

"The MIG22 was shipped in a double box with Styrofoam so it was well protected. I took it apart to clean and inspect, made the mistake of removing the bolt from the guide rod, don't do it. Rock Island has video on their site that says no to take the bolt off the guide rod, watch the video if you buy this gun. The gun is very well made and the trigger is very light with lots of travel and over travel, it is so light that it is easy to shoot well. The gun has a treaded barrel and the pistol grip has storage. The gun is easy to take down for cleaning, just don't remove the bolt. I shot 150 round CCI mini mags with 2 stovepipes, this is why I only give 4 bullets. Overall I very happy with this very nice gun."
