"Pros: fit and finish was great, the wood is nicely finished, the metal coating in barrel is good, and the safety lever and bolt work well. The magazine is of descent quality and loads easily. The rifle shoots very well, even with the super cheap and jam-prone Remington \"golden bullets.\" I've shot many without any malfunctions. My Savage .22 jams constantly with this ammunition. The rifle is accurate and comfortable to handle. Cons: Pistol grip is plastic instead of wood, receiver coating is thin and looks cheap, there is a little play in the magazine/receiver, rear sight does not have a screw lock for the elevation and no yard measures, the trigger pull is somewhat vague. Overall, for the price, it is a great rifle. Very cool looking and shoots very well. One reminder, the safety lever must be down all the way for the trigger to function properly."

"No problems so far. Mag has a nice solid fit but needs to hold more.Accurate and cycles well. Does not feel cheap. The pic of the wood in the add is a little off, it looks more like redwood stain but in time I can fix that. One other thing I noticed is that it has a threaded barrel."

"Nice gun for the price! Very accurate at the range, the wood is more like a red wood but me personally like it better it makes it different. I did however have an issue with the magazine, I fed around 125 rounds through it with not a problem. Then I noticed the mag release kept sticking, I was able to pop it out and shoot off a few more full mags when suddenly I got a jam and noticed again the mag release was stuck and the mag moved a little bit causing the jam and at this point I could not get the mag out no matter how hard I tried... Now this could of all been my fault I'm still thinking I may have held the mag while shooting instead of the hand grip up front or I maybe pressed the release too hard cause once I took it apart I noticed the mag release (magazine catch bottom armscor calls it) was pushed passed the upper release and was stuck.the thing I don't like about it is the release is made out of plastic and with not even 200 rounds through it it filed away the top of the catch.. I really wish I could find it made of metal and never have to worry about this again so for now I bought 2 extra releases to have on hand just in case!! But the way the mag feels still has me a little nervous... Over all like I said its a great low caliber rifle and the gun itself is excellent and CTD was OUTSTANDING their site says 10-15 days processing and I ordered this gun on sat. The 1st and it was delivered to my FFL on wed. The 12th so they got it to me in less than 10 business days.....gotta love that!!!!!"
