"This book will teach you how to tie about a hundred different knots. Also about how to make certain types of rope, tying it off correctly, etc. A great book if your into rappeling or just want to know how to tie a sturdy knot. Has many pictures showing you exactly how to tie these knots. It's exactly what I wanted."

"Useful book to have around, especially if you live in the woods or around boats. Great to know knots and the physics of pullies and force. Worth the 7 dollars and strongly recommend."

"This book is very useful for anyone that wants to not only learn how to tie knots and rigging, but for someone who knows how to tie knots but doesn't know how to employ them. This book doesn't show step by step knot-tieing, but it does show diagrams of said knots and tells why you would want to use a particular hitch. Well worth the money, especially the 3 for 15 deal."

"I have to agree with the guy below me. CTD should re-write their description of this book. It is pretty much all about rigging as it pertains to securing cargo and tying stuff down. Booooooring."
