"I like the overall look and feel of the folding stock and the shell holder section. Main complaint is with the locking section which is too loose and can be unlocked without having to use the pin holder/button. Biggest worry is that it will collapse back when the shotgun is fired causing harm to the shoter."

"The bolt that holds the release pin in can be loosene which is good to allow you to adjust the heighth of the button. However, like Mac said, it can shoot loose. Apply blue lock-tite to the bolt. Crank it down tight. Mine hasn't come loose since."

"I had this stock on my 870 and was very fond of it to carry on patrol, however after I put about 20 rounds through the gun with this stock, the stock broke into two pieces near the base while I was on the firing line doing my yearly qualifications."

"This product is cool at first, but you'll suffer later. It comes loose very frequently. The loctite solution in gluing it tight works for a while but once it comes loose and you're at the range, there's so many parts to it (spring, pin, screw) that if you lose one, the whole thing is rendered useless. Also, if you keep shells in the 3 slots, they work loose no matter what after a few shells. It's a terrible design. Very weak. Also, the hollow pistol grip can fit two batteries but it is very tight and will tighten up, making it impossible to remove them. Overall, for this price, it's a rip off. You can get a Knoxx NRS collapsible stock for less than this, and it is way better. This is very uncomfortable to shoot with the stock folded, awkward and inaccurate. There's really never a reason to need to fold the stock besides short term storage. buy something else, with a full stock."

"I am surprised at the bad reviews. This stock has worked great for a year now. I love the thing."
