"This is a nice laser, but, it is too long to fit my Taurus P95 pistol. The back of the laser where the switch is touches the trigger guard, and can not be mounted with the curly cord attached. It would fit a rifle fine."

"my PLR-16 killed it with in 10 shots of cheap wolf .223 ammo. while sighting it in the screws stripped out. might as well duct tape a laser pointer from the beach on your trigger guard."

"The adjustment screws stripped. Luckily the screws stripped just after it was zero'd, so I guess I could add some loc-tite and call it good, but if I would be screwed if I ever moved the laser to a different rifle. Very minimal torque is required, anything more strips. For the price, i might get another now that I have a better idea of how it works. There's 2 screws for each axis, one tightens the adjustment slop in each direction until they tighten up against each other (loosen one then tighten the other). If you are close when setting the zero, don't expect a small 1/4 MOA adjustment just by over-tightening the screw on one side; you MUST loosen the opposite first, THEN do your small MOA adjustment, then re-tighten the screw you loosened. DO NOT use the long end of the allen wrench in a manner that will provide a lot of torque, just spin the wrench shaft with your fingers. This knowledge will give you a 5-bullet satisfaction!"

"Come on guys. Just don't! I did, and now have to go through the mess of returning. Save up and get a real one. This is about the quality of the laser I got at Wally World to play with my cat."

"The laser is built well. However, a few things should be addressed. First, the thread size and diameter are a little too loose for it to tighten properly. The Allen wrench that came with it was not tight enough of a fit. The cr123 battery, being installed reverse of how a battery is normally installed, was a little baffling too. Both switches worked well. Mount is very sturdy. Decent laser, but there are better and there are worse. Great starter laser for a black gun."
