"Bought it for a Springfield XD-9 service model. Assembly easy. Snug fit on the rail. The laser is very stable and visible for a great distance (more than what you'd need this handgun to do). It was set darn close to my iron sights right out of the package. Works as advertised...no complaints at all. Great accessory for the money!"

"Laser works great. It mounts in about a second. The only issue was to get the small srews into the mount. Once the screws were in place, the laser works like a dream.Thank you cheaperthan dirt for your service and cheap prices."

"This is my first experience with a handgun laser. The threads of the set screws didn't seem to match the ones tapped in the mount. I re-tapped them by screwing the set screws all the way through. After assembly, and adjusting, I took it off several times, tapped it around in my hand, reattached, and it lines right back up.The QD Laser seems to be rock solid."

"The older Glock 30s do not have a rail and will not work with the barrel mounted lasers because they have no rail."

"I bought this product and installed it on my Taurus 24/7 .40 cal. The laser itself worked ok but after 2 months i tried to take the \"quick detach mount\" off the gun and it got stuck. Laserlyte did not cover the product and i ended up breaking it off the gun."

"Ifound these laser sights well built. They fit on my Glock 19 and Beretta Px4 storm to my surprise. It doesn't fight as snug as on the glock but fits. I do have a con to this sight one of them came defective with the laser nuts stripped and the laser wont stay in place from rolling. I would purchase one of these again. There well designed for the price.I would like to know if i can buy the screws and allen wrenches to fix the one that came defective. To install on my px4 Beretta .This 9mm semi auto has a killer rapid fire action trigger i think the cop next to me training got intimidated on how fast those 11 rounds flew out without jamming.CA bummer only 11 rounds but with a 17 round mag this would be a fun and my full duty pistol!! of my choice."

"Seems well made and fits my Glock 21 perfectly. Don't expect it to work outside in sunlight as it is invisable at 15 yards! Laser holds settings fine even with hot 45ACP loads."

"Some of you fellows were right about mounting this lasersight on a Beretta. I would like to apologise. AS research & tech dept we also foundthat this laser sight will also not fit the Following berettas. The 9000s this is due to no rail mounts and some old 92F models. It will not fit a PX4 either. The rail mount is about 1or2 mmlower then a glock. That's why if u tried intalling one it wables or in some cases just fall off.You may need an adpter like for the S&W Sigma. Take it easy."

"This laser sight works well on a Springfield XD-9 Sub-Compact but there are a few minor problems. The threads on the nylon screws that secure the laser to the mount will strip out unless the holes are retapped and a little bit of lube is applied to the nylon screws. Also, the sight mount that slides onto the accessory rail is too long to engage the locking mechanism so it can only be held in place by friction. Fortunately, there is more than plenty of friction to keep it well secured under the front of the pistol. None of this is a big deal from a functional standpoint. The sight is easy to adjust with the two little adjustment screws and this thing works nicely. With the laser as far back toward the trigger guard as it will go, the mount sticks out about 1/3 of an inch past the end of the barrel and the laser itself sticks out about an inch. This does look a little strange on my little Sub-Compact. It is probably much more suited to the full sized XDs but it will work just fine on the Sub-Compact model."

"Originally I liked using this laser sight with my Springfield XD-9 Sub-Compact. But as I said in my previous review, the sight does not properly fit on the mounting rail. The locking mechanism sits in front of the gun because it is so short. Never the less, it worked well, mounted purely with friction for a fun week at the target range. Unfortunately, now it flies off of the front of the gun after 4 or 5 rounds, coming just a little bit looser with each round. So, contrary to my earlier opinion, this is not a good sight for a sub-compact\uFFFD or at least not a Springfield XD-9 Sub-Compact. It still seems like it would work great on a full sized pistol."

"For any other Beretta PX4 owners out there looking at this laser....it CAN fit. If you have a filing device, be it a Swiss Army knife or a bench grinder, its pretty simple. You simple file/grind down the inner upper slide channels, it works like a charm. It may sound odd, but once you buy the sight and put it up to the gun, you will understand immediately."
