"Just got these in and tried to insert them into the gun. Notice I said \"tried.\" They were made by clowns. They won't even lock into the gun. The factory five round mag and the Ruger 20 round mags work flawlessly. Whoever made these wears socks with sandals. It only gets one bullet because it has to."

"ordered 2- pro-mag 30-round magazines, model rug-s30 The original fit was a little snug but they should loosen up with use. I loaded them up, each with 10 rounds of ammo, and they fired flawlessly.Good price & good quality"

"Bought 5 , they don't even fit or lock into place, whoever designed these is wrong , take them off market so not to impose the time and effort to return them."

"Bought 2. I just filed the mag release catch down about 1/16\" and they work fine. They cost less than any other steel mini 30 mags and are high quality despite having to fit them. I think these are worth it to anyone who is willing to file these for 2 minutes. Otherwise stick with the factory 20rd mags."

"Follower pops up over the top of the mag and can move so far back and forth that the mag won't function in the well. Can't make it lock correctly into the well either, the release stays flush against the magazine. Bought this and the factory 20 round - this one is going back. Stick with the factory mag."

"I was nervous trying these, thanks to the bad-to-middling reviews and my bad experience with a cheap plastic mag. (This mag expanded when loaded and wouldn't fit in my ATI stock, which I had already demeled 1/4\" on each side of the well.) And we all know how hard 30 round mini-30 mags are to come by, though my Ruger 20-rounders work great. So I bought one of these and headed to the range with trepidation. But it worked near-flawlessly. Fit snugly but okay. My second shot locked open the bolt when the round didn't chamber -- looked like it was hooked on the lower lip of the barrel. After that, I put about 200 through it with no problem. Mag loads easily too, with none of the expansion issues of plastic mags."
