"The 995TS bolt, there is pull but does not release like pistols, you have to pull back bolt, and push forward firmly to chamber ammo. Make sure first round is chambered and have fun. These mags work as good as the 10 round factory mag."

"Just got it today, would only shoot one round and jammed each time after. oh well..."

"It works just as well as the original, helping to reduce the low capacity problem somewhat."

"Just so everybody knows, these are the new, redesigned magazines from Promag. I know the old 15 rounders had a bad rep but Promag restructured themselves from what I've heard from insiders and are focused on quality. Bought 4 of these, tested them out with 3 100 round WWB value packs, no failures whatsoever! I even wasted a box of 50 of the Federal 115gr 9mm +P's that they sell here testing the mags out and had the same results. I had similar results with the Saiga .308 new magazines from them and have heard of the 12 Gauge drums working great too! I need to order more of these, went from having 10 factory mags and a 100 round cap for my carbine to 160 by adding 4 mags, can't beat that."

"This ProMag is pretty awesome, but it doesn't fit with my ATI stock so I had to go back to the original stock. Other than the stock problem, this ProMag is way better than having a 10rd mag."

"I bought 1 of these a 2 weeks ago, as soon as I got it I headed over to the range and no more than three hours after my order arrived I had already put 300 rounds through it, straight out of the box, no oil, no jams what so ever. Just ordered 4 more, Great stuff CTD!!!"

"I ordered two of these fifteen round magazines for my Hi-Point. I used them for the initial break-in of the rifle without any problems at all. I gave 5 bullets because the quality is better then expected. They load fast and easy with out the aid of a reloading tool. They both feed very reliably. At this time, each has had approximately 300 rounds through it."

"A great magazine. I have used on my 995ts with no problems and it is easy to load. I will order more."

"I got this today and it actually fit better than my factory mag. The only problem I had was once the last round was fired and the bolt locked back when you removed the mag the bolt would slam home. The fix was easy, I just changed the follower out with one out of my old 10 round factory mag. For this reason though I had to give it 4 bullets. But hey, a small price to pay to add an extra 5 rounds. I have a 995TS not sure if this problem would be the same in the older 995 or not."

"I ordered 2 of these about a week ago and used them for the first time today. They both work just as well as the factory magazines but it was difficult to get all 15 rounds into one of them. Not a big issue, since they all did fit. These mags fit in the 995TS stock just fine but I'm told they don't work with the ATI Composite stock. Just something to keep in mind."

"I have used these mags at the range with my Hi-Point which is modified with the ATI stock. All you have to do is get out the hacksaw and cut the plastic casing back a bit. Perfect for quick mag changes in competitive shooting as the stock mags are hard to grab. I have 5 mags and never had an issue. I am buying 5 more today."

"Yep, Failure to Feed. I'm sure this product works well for others, but I unfortunately didn't have the same luck. I bought two of these and neither of them worked properly. Also, even if they did feed properly, the magazines killed my fingers when trying to load all 15. The 10 round mag was bad enough. At 10 rounds and more, it's really tough getting the rest of the bullets compressed.Personally, I would stick with the Factory 10 round magazine. It is much more reliable. They remain flush with the grip. They cost less, and if you plan on shooting a lot, I'd simply get 4 or 5 10 round mags instead. Will take you just as long to Load and shoot as the 15 round magazines.Just my advice."

"Works great, it is a little hard to load last rounds but no jams."

"When I first bought these magazines, they worked well. After a few reloads, I noticed the follower kept jamming and made my rounds loose inside the magazine. Like every noble survivalist, I took to the workbench and made some minor improvements. I removed the follower, and Using 800 grit sandpaper, sanded all the sharp edges from it. These magazines work great now. Highly recommended, but the novice shooter may need to take caution."

"Not only do they not work well unless modified but according to hi point, pro mag magazines and the ati stock both damage the 995 carbine!"

"I bought 5 of these and only 1 functioned properly. I see a lot of good reviews and wonder why mine won't work. They will not feed. The first shell will feed in but the next one is laying flat or even pointing downward. Very disappointed."

"it jams a lot doesn't want to feed right i get about 3-4 shots off then it stops feeding right was having high hopes just cuz there where a lot of bad stuff said about the 15 round magazine on youtube for this gun but thought i would still give it a chance and nope its a NO GO not worth the money."
