Flip rear A2 sight for AR-15, M16, and M4 can be used as a co-witness iron sight with most red dot and holographic sights, or as a stand-alone rear sight. Weighing in at just over two ounces, it features standard military A2 style dual peep apertures, which allows for a known point of impact. Full windage adjustment, with one click of the windage knob providing approximately 0.48 MOA change when mounted on an AR-15 or M16 rifle and about 0.65 MOA on an M4 carbine.

Features a low profile design, so that when in the down position, it will clear most optics. Locks in its upright position and a spring loaded release button must be depressed to flip it down. The sight body and stem are precision machined from T6 aircraft grade aluminum, then Type III hard anodized. Steel parts are CNC machined, then black phosphate coated per military specifications. Mounted to the rail via a locking bar and secured with a cross slotted, knurled thumb screw.

"This is a replica of the GGG sight, and a very good replica at that !! I have both and really can't see any difference that makes a difference. It even locks in the upright position like the GGG sight. Previous poster is correct about no elevation adjustment for this back-up rear sight, however if you look at the picture, you can see that already. You can still battle sight zero your weapon for 250-300m though. Buy it, you won't be sorry."

"I love this sight!!! I bought both the ProMag flip up rear and flip up front sight. These work great on my flattop AR. Works perfectly with my EOTech 551. It does not have elevation adjustment but you can adjust elevation with the front sight. If you are looking for a sight that works, buy this one!!"

"I bought a set of these ProMag flip sights for the last gun I built. They fit just fine and zeroed very quickly with no apparent loss of zero after a thousand rounds or so. They fold out of the way of the red dot and lock up tight when flipped up. For the money you can't go wrong."

"I bought this sight for my first AR before I knew anything. How was I to know you are only supposed to buy the high dollar BUIS? Well since then I have purchased MI flip ups and ARMS 40L. They dont hold a candle to this sight! Great product and cant beat the price!"

"50 bucks seemed a tad steep for iron but i did it anyway. i ordered it tuesday and it was on my door thursday. It was very easy to install (one screw). one very large circle for bump fire or burst and one small hole for accuracy. What else do you need? I say this is an excellent deal. very sturdy and rugged."

"This was the perfect BUIS for my DPMS M4 fits perfect right behind my EOtech. Fold down out of the way, but flips up and lock rock solid when you need it. absolutely worth every penny."

"I recently purchased this Pro MAG BUIS and i was reallly impressed for the price cheaper than dirt offered. Some say 50 is too high but in actuallity the ones developed/used by the Big AR companies are truly overpriced. but i mounted this baby on my New S&W M&P 15(standard flat top) and it performed just as well as my $110 rear sight on my STAG ARMS Model 2T AR-15 and my TROY on my other S&W. Personally u cant go wrong with this rear sight, it has a nice finish very sturdy and for me it held zero for the 4 hours at the range. Definetly a recommended piece for anyone who does not want to drop the extra cash on a more popular name brand. Ill be getting another soon"

"I haven't shot my AR with these on yet but they seem to be just ok. I have Yankee Hill BUIS on my other AR and the YH are much better quality. I still think these sights will serve their purpose for me. They arrived scratched and dented alittle but I'm not going to send them back, I'll just keep them."

"I have this sight, and I will probably replace it. Can't flip it up without changing windage. Windage knob rotates when changing aperture. doesn't fold flat when small aperture selected."

"This is a great sight. I've been using it for about a month now and I have it co witnessed with my EOTech and a Yankee Hill forearm sight. It stays zeroed and looks great on the weapon when flipped down. Your saving money buy purchasing one of these. Get one if your thinking about it."

"I am very happy with this B.U.I.S.it does all that i want it to, and thats be a back up to my sighting system! I have had this for almost a year now, and not treated it with very much respect. but it has yet to fail. If you are buying things like this for a REAL fighting rifle, then you would have no problem with this unit. if it breaks, then get another. It is not toy like to me, it is simple and that is fine with me. Simple is smooth, smooth is fast!"

"This sight is decent. Seems sturdy but i did notice that the entire windage knob with wiggle due to not being tight enough. But I am not able to tighten it anymore. It is very solid on the gun and locks in place very well. All in all i'm satisfied with this product."

"Do to this being a BUIS there is no elevation. This is done with your FSP (Front Sight Post). Now if you wanted the BDC (Bullet Drop Compensator) then you are looking at the wrong BUIS. This is a good BUIS for ranges out to 300m. Anthing after that then just get a scope."

"This won't accidentally fold or move the windage when changing aperture, but doesn't have windage marks. UTG is a better buy, IMO."

"I received this part the other day and was happy with results. The sight will do its job as back up irons. It has a bit of play when locked in upright position (which is why it gets a 4 rating). I like how it sits when folded down. it recesses to the top rail to give it a lower profile which helps when using Holo sights with 5x mag. also. I put my night sights in with this sight...fits great!"

"I used this sight paired with a UTG front sight (low profile) w/laser on a brand new M&P15 flat top carbine. After 10 rounds, both sights became loose. I applied loctite to the screws and secured them firmly with a screwdriver. After over one hundred rounds I am still zeroed and neither sight has moved. Be advised the rear sight has no elevation, but no biggie. A good sight."

"I have had this sight for about a year or so, I am now looking to replace it. The metal used to conctruct the base of the sight is very soft and has worn away the detent cut-out which holds the sight in the up or down position. Again, it looks like I got what I paid for. Spend a little more and never look back."
