"This handgun is very cheaply made, and does not handle \"smoothly\" it takes alot of playing with the magazine release button to get the magazine out, and I don't like the fact that the hammer has to be cocked at all times to be \"fire\" ready. Would not want to count on this gun in an emergency. Would send it back, but it's not worth the trouble! I will just take it to the local pawn shop and settle for what I can get for it."

"For a Franklin plus the cost of a fast food lunch this is a great value (5 bullets because of value, but it's a pretty nice little gun). I bought the 25ACP (Nickle) and the 22LR (Black) and am very pleased based on the quality, price and reviews. I haven't had a chance to go the range yet. Shipping to my local CTD store was fast and free and no FFL fees so the price would be hard to beat.I think that I like the black finish best because it has more \"texture\" (Nice finish) and is a bit easier to \"rack\".The safety system is interesting but not really so \"odd\" as some comments indicate. Just read the manual! The 20oz. weight is a bit heavy in a pocket but a pocket holster would help.Parts and mags are readily available from the manufacturer and the pistol has a lifetime warranty. It's a useful, interesting and fun small pistol in either finish or caliber. A 22 Magnum would be real nice."

"I also read all the reviews which I did not need to do since I already own 3 of these . You will not find a better deal for a gun that does go bang when the trigger is pulled . Say what you will pay hundreds more but with a lifetime warranty you cannot go wrong."

"For the price this .22lr pistol is unbeatable. Most bad reviews seem to stem from not liking the controls. 15mins in your hand however it is quickly mastered. It shoots reliably and pretty accurately out of the box. There are several things you can do to make it function better that the factory didn't do to keep cost down. Excellent gunsmithing test pistol or plinker. Will absolutely buy another."

"Me and my son put 300 bullets down range and we were surprised how accurate we were at 30 yards. Took about 20 rounds to break gun in and after that we had no troubles (I should've stripped and oiled first). It is a little heavy but that was no issue for us. It is a little tricky to field strip but we over came that as well. Best bang for your buck, if you like inexpensive target shooting."

"bought one of each color in 22lr.shoots great out of the box, veryaccurate for such a small gun. Itis well made and price is great. Lightrecoil and the safety issue is easy tofigure out and best if let alone. I amgoing to get the 5\" barrel. Only problemis slide stays closed on last shot and adry fire indicates out of ammo."
