Open Country Jerky Seasoning and Cure is used to make beef jerky from ground beef. Just combine a pound of ground beef with one pack each of spice and cure then form into strips with the Open Country Jerky Works Kit (sold separately). Place the strips in your dehydrator on the highest temperature for 4 to 8 hours, or until done.
