"The legs are super flimsy. When mounted, I pulled the rifle backwards just to get a good sit. Better of with an other."

"When I was shooting I found the bipod to be very handy when shooting in the prone position."

"THIS IS A VERY GOOD BIPOD. I JUST GOT BACK FROM A WEEKEND OF SHOOTINGAND IT PERFORMED EXCELLENTLY. WHILE IT HAD SOME MOVEMENT IN THE LEGS IT HELPED ME TO MOVE FROM TARGET TO TARGET WITHOUT HAVING TO MOVE THE LEGS. PLUS YOU CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE."

"This bipod was a dissapointment. Very loose and wobbles all over , if it is tightened then it wont close.I will try another."

"I have this on my AK on the end of the rail and it works great! I attached the mount to another rife without a rail so I can use it on either. The only downside is, it's flipping heavy."

"When I did my military service as a subartic ranger/sniper for 10 months we used this bipod at our rifles (Accuracy International L96A1 AW .308Win).I must say that this is one of the best bipods i've ever tried. Some people claim that the cant stabilise the bipod, the find it a bit unstable. Well, thats because that the bipod is supposedto follow the movement at the recoil when firing your rifle. This enable you and your rifle to move as one single body. As the movement is over and you are back to the shootingposition, you will find that you (with proper use)are in your originalposition. That way your gun haven't moved sideways during the recoil, and you don't have to worry about any kind of \"re-aiming\"."

"just bought this bi-pod and put it onto a mosin nagant m91/30. clamped onto barrel nicely with screws but some thin rubber is recommended to keep from slipping or scratching your barrel up. the movement in the legs works very well for aiming and hasnt caused any malfunctions like falling over or folding up. it adjust for height very easily on the legs. great for bench shooting and ok for prone shooting. for the price i recommend this bi-pod just be careful of the clamps on your barrel."

"THIS IS A WELL BUILT PIECE OF HARDWARE, W A R N I N G THIS BI-POD DOES MOVE WITH YOU, ITS DESIGNED TO MOVE WITH YOU AS THE SHOT HAPPENS, AND IF DONE CORRECTLY WILL RETURN THE WEAPON TO THE RELATIVE ORIGINAL POSITION, MAKING FOR A QUICKER FOLLOW UP SHOT.VERY GOOD INVESTMENT."

"The great things about this bipod: It has click levers to set the leg height that are very solid. The quick release picittiny mount makes it easy to carry the bipod in a ruck sack so the weight is not on the gun until you need it and then it goes on quick. It has large swivel and rotation limits so you can move the gun around on the bipod with lots of freedom."

"bipod is made by nc star, didnt see that listed. quick release didnt work, i had to grind down the inside to get it to work. the finish wears off easily. overall it feels cheap. would not buy again"

"broke right below where it is bolted into the mount. it broke within 1 week of using it in iraq, heavy and made of cheap pot metal. utter garbage. bought to use instead of my issued 'grip pod' as i wanted something heavier than plastic, ironic huh."

"Complete piece of junk. The bolt bracket snapped after a week. The quick release was actually decent though."

"Nice 4 the $, works good, came off once due to poor assembly by me, put it back on, worked for 220 more rounds. I liked the minimal movement"

"I bought this for my FN FAL and it works pretty good no reason to spend any more on a bipod. The quick relese feature is really neat."

"Bought one of these just so I could make quick swaps between my SKS and my Ruger. Didn't use the barrel mount, as I have quad rails on both of my rifles. I've beat the hell out of it and never had an issue, which makes me think the previous reviewers are TOO BRUTAL on their weapons ( Besides the Soldier). The best bang for the buck with quick release capability. You can actually pay more for a permanent fixture thats not easy to get off quickly when you want to run-and-gun. Definitely recommend for any rifle. Don't believe the naye-sayers."

"This bipod has a little more wiggle than I would prefer fore/ aft.The weaver quick on/off feature works perfectly with my PTR, and helped me attain 2- 2.5\" groups at 200 yds with the Henzolt and NATO surplus through a 16\" barrel."
