"I received the NcStar SRT Rubber Armor Coated 4X32mm with Illuminated Mil-Dot Reticle and was impressed with the quality of the scope, until I mounted it on my Colt LE Carbine Rifle. Everything was perfect except for the reticle. The reticle was canted slightly to the left about 5-7 degrees and for anyone who does any long range shooting...that isn't good. I immediately contacted cheaper than dirt and they e-mailed me a return label and I requested an exchange for another scope that isn't defective (hopefully). I am still waiting for the new scope and if all is ok with the exchanged scope, I will set the record straight with a positive review on this particular scope."

"I ordered a 4x32 rubber coated blue illuminated mildot SRT series in the middle of February (see review on 2/26/2011) and as soon as I received it noticed that the reticle tilted to one side. Cheaper Than Dirt of course was helpful and allowed an exchange for a faulty scope. I received a second scope and noticed the exact same fault in the reticle. I immediately returned it for a full refund and contacted NcStar. They claim that the fault is in my Colt M4 and not the cheap scope. I will never buy anything from NcStar again, after all it is Made In China!"
