"I have a bunch of high carbon steel knives that always get spots on them. These really remove those spots and polish the blades without being too abrasive. I should have waited till the price dropped. Now they are a super great deal."

"Do not attempt to use this product to remove surface spots from any blued or parkerized surface. This is not really an eraser, it is rubber impregnated with a very coarse abrasive that will wipe out bluing or park as fast as it removes rust. I tested a small spot on one of my Garands and found out the hard way. This product would probably work like a dream on anything that does not have a finish, though. I think it would probably be great on stainless, tools, or cutlery. I don't think I would want to touch one of my guns with it, though."

"I used this product on three of my guns. One was a stainless 1911 45 that had scratches where you install the slide stop, the other gun I used it on was my parkerized Bushmaster M4 that had light surface scratches under the barrel, and the other one I used it on was my Marlin 336 in 30-30. It worked 2 out of the three times I used it. The only one it didn't work on was my Marlin 336 it not only didn't remove the scratches it looked like it made them worse. As for the Bushmaster I didn't see any loss in Parkerizing like the previous story about the Garand but then again if its got sentimental value and you don't want to take a chance than don't use it. Other than that it worked okay under the other 2 weapons. Not a bad product all and all."

"Title of product is \"Multi Purpose 3 Eraser...\".Picture shows two erasers. You don't get 3 of them, or even two.... you get ONE. It works OK to on some of my knives I tried it on. But I wouldnt spend $5 on one again."
