"Just got this sling bag today. Fast shipment and as described. I am pleased with the size (going to use it daily for work transporting a laptop in a case) and this size looks like it'll do the job. Lots of pockets and places to put stuff in the two smaller compartments. The webbing looks strong and secure enough to add other pouches. I haven't filled it up yet but having had other sling type bags I have a good idea what to expect. All in all a pretty decent bag for the price. I've seen other bags out there that appear to be the same for a lot more money, so this one, if it is the same as the others, is a pretty good deal. One thing I will say (and the one thing that is keeping from this going to 5 bullets) is that the machine stitching over the seam binding covering on some of the seams was not locked off, which means that it will unravel over time. Actually I had my wife who is a seamstress check the bag over and she found that flaw. That's something that can be fixed pretty easily, but I can't (rather, she can't) see all the seam bindings under, say, the sholder strap, so I can't tell how long the strap will hold out.Again, hard to argue with the price, and does look pretty durable. I don't think you would go too far wrong in purchasing it."

"My first order with Cheaperthandirt, and I am pleased. The bag arrived fast, and was \"as described\". I found a review on another site that had much better pictures of the bag, but nothing was differing from the description that CTD listed, just more detailed. The bag has an \"odd\" connection on the end of the shoulder sling. I found that if you use the \"in-line\" quick connector, the bag works for across the chest carry, as designed, however it does not stay in place and sags a lot in the back, making it very uncomfortable. I wanted to wear the bag over one shoulder, like a backpack style, however if you use the standard \"in-line\" quick disconnect the shoulder strap is held at a weird angle and is VERY uncomfortable, almost painful, when fully loaded as the strap cuts into your shoulder. If you use the \"other\" connector that is up on the straps webbing, it lets the strap move against your body, and the strap lies more flat, however the bag still tends to shift to the side and slip off of your shoulder often. The bag was not clearly identified as an across the chest rig only, and that is a little disappointing, but not unexpected, so I did not take off any bullets for it as it was a \"lets try to wear it my way\" purchase. :)All in all a great bag."

"I just got this bag in the mail. Very Very fast delivery. This bag is slightly bigger than I thought buy still a great pack. Losts of space and also many many pockets. The \"secret\" spots on the pack is great for hiding your weapon or anything else <---- lots of room. If your looking for a great \"school bag\" this is a good buy."

"I have had this bag for six months now and it has lived up to every expectation. I also bought one for my son who is a seventeen year old to use as a schoolbook bag. I did this because he goes through about one bag a year and I wanted to see how it would hold up in his environment. So far it has done very good and he prefers the single strap configuration to two. He says that a heavy load doesn\uFFFDt cut into his shoulder the way a traditional two-strap system dose. Time will tell about the stitching near the top of the bag where the single shoulder strap comes over the shoulder and seems to be the only weak point in the system. I especially like the single strap system because I can shoulder a weapon into the pocket of my shoulder without a strap being in the way.J TWinston Salem NC"

"I bought this bag for bow hunting and I am very impressed. I attach my quiver to the right side MOLLE straps and I have convenient access to my arrows. This bag allows me to seperate my gear so that with a little practice, I can find everything by touch in the dark! The bag is stable and comfortable and I can lock it down so it will not shift when I am stalking. By adding MOLLE pouches it allows me to switch easily between archery and muzzle loading gear. I would suggest this to anyone looking for an affordable, effective hunting pack."

"I wanted to find a good bag that was hydration compatible and had the molle set up. I was overly impressed with this pack. I use it as a day to day carry bag. I usually keep water, jerky, first aid kit, and it still has room for books and other things I use on the day to day. It is extremely comfortable and practical. The side bags on front of the pack easy conceal a surefire light and a full sized .45 with with spare mag and no one is the wiser! I was able to use the molle gear to add more room. High quality material, bag has compartments inside of the compartments to keep gear organized... If you really want the best bang for your buck, this IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO!"

"I got this bag because i wanted a nice school bag and something that could be used for airsoft or hunting. So far I have had no problems. I also like the secret pockets and surprisingly the single strap does not cut into your shoulder. I think is a good backpack for school, camping, hiking, airsoft, or hunting. Worth every cent."

"I recieved my sling bag on thursday after ordering it tuesday awsome shipping!!! The bag is a little bigger than I expected which is a good thing.Im using this as a emergency bag for my work van.One thing they don't show in the discription is that this is indeed a sling bag but it has another strap on the other side that comes up and connects to the shoulder strap to secure it Better to you, so if you were ducking down or moving through brush it wont slide around..Cool thing is if you dont want to use this you can tuck it in the opening at the bottom.seems to be a pretty tuff bag. There is one drawback to it though. That is I 'm a big dude and the shoulder strap is a little short for me but it still works ok..the bag has lots of separated mesh pockets inside ,this made it easy to organize. Also has molle webbing on the inside of the main compartment.two hidden pockets on the sides that will hold a velcro holster or just a pistol. Now dont get me wrong, Im no soldier in the middle east so I wont be carrying this bag on my back all the time.Or throwing it around like a ragdoll. It seems to be tough enough for what Im gonna use it for and i feel like I got a good deal.I also have the small deployment bag it hooks right to this bag with no problem,These bags are made by condor.com they have a web site where you can see the bag a little better Thanks cheaper than dirt You guys rock!!!"

"I love bags what can I say I own a maxpedition falcon 2 and a fatboy. I also own eberlestocks a gunslinger and a phantom a blackhawk bag I even have the 511 rush 24 and 72 all quality bags but this bag in my view point serves its purpose. Not only do I have the black one I have the od green as well. I tend to carry a laptop /ccw and some other stuff. I would go as far as saying this would be a good all day 24 hour bag. Take note this is not a bug out bag as some guys get disappointed in the size once it arrives. But if you are a urban warrior or like to travel with some gear on hikes or a bag for working out or maybe youre like me you just like bags then consider this one because it exceeded my expectations."

"So I have had this bag for about 6 months now, I LOVE it. I cant wait for my kids to not need a Diaper bag anymore so I can use this for myself. My wife steels it all the time because I always have it stocked, bu hates it because it gets a little heavy for her. The CCW pockets are plenty large enough for a full sized 1911, and the inside pockets are great for Bottles, and pacifiers. Also bought a radio pouch for one side that I keep a water bottle in and a gizmo pocket for the other side for my phone, and Ipod."

"Best bag i've ever had. I use it to haul my books across campus during the week and then to haul camping gear on the weekends in the woods. So many compartments i dont have enough stuff to fill them and the back compartment has a great inner pocket that holds my dell perfectly. Holds 60+ lbs no with no stretches or tears and if one shoulder starts to hurt all you have to do is switch out the holders on the bottom and put it on the other shoulder."

"Awesome bag!!! and as always CTD had it to my door Fast!I ordered this bag on a thursday night and i got it saturday after noon!!!! I use this bag for school and as a BOB. There are so many pockets and so much room I go looking for stuff to fill the pockets!!! The secret pockets in the back are perfect for my conceal and carry which I might add is a full size 45, 1911 and there is plenty of room for it and all my accessories to. Also the molle webbing has allowed me to put a water bottle carrier, a small ditty bag and a wallet that allows me to keep all my little essentials on the bag where i dont have to go inside the bag to get them!! And there is still room for more molle gear!!! This bag rocks and is a \"MUST HAVE\" for everyone that needs a good bag."

"This bag became my new emergency medical bag. It's exactly what I've been searching for. Plenty of room for my over flowing med-kit, and several compartments in the 3 zipper system. I can add pouches to both sides, and back giving you more options. 5 bullets for my purpose."

"Loved all the pockets and compartments, but very uncomfortable with any amount of weight over any long period of time. I used it as a medic bag, and it stored everything great. But with the only one strap over the shoulder it puts too much pressure on the chest even with both side straps fastened. Great for storage but bad for any distance hike and weight."

"I received my pack today. At first glance, I was very happy with the packs design, but I found that a seam on the out side of the pack had not been sewn all the way, leaving a hole about 4 inches long that exposed the inside of the pack. In addition to that, the zipper on the external pocket has three or four teeth that are broken. I'm going to give it another shot and order another pack and hope it is in better shape than the first one."

"I got this bag about a year ago when they first appeared on the site. It's freaken awesome!!! I use it for camping and hiking trips any time I go. It easily holds all my gear, food, and water. Doesn't come with a water bladder but it is adapted for one in the main pocket with the tube running out along the strap. Has plenty of pockets to organize smaller things so I don't have to dig through everything to find what I need. Easily the best bag I own hands down. The one strap can dig into your shoulder a bit but adjust it and you'll be good to go. If worse comes to worse you can swap it to the other shoulder in a minute or so. Worth the purchase... has enough MOLLE straps along the front and sides to put any other pouches on it, put my medkit on the side for fast access. But enough writing, I'm going hiking."

"Bought to replace a Vietnam era rucksack I used as a daily carry backpack while in college. Very well built and with plenty of pockets for all my books, calculators, mp3 player, etc. Pulls double duty as an overnight bag and range back. Strap is well padded, although for long hikes, a double strapped bag is a little more comfortable. Highly recommend."

"This bag is amazing. It holds all my day to day gear and with the various compartments to place items, it keeps it organized. This is replacing a messenger bag because I am more comfortable with a one sling type of bag, it's easy for me to run in as well. I'm glad that the MOLLE webs are on the shoulder sling too, at night I put my angle head flashlight on there with two hands free when out and about. Strongly recommended."

"Absolutely the BEST bag I have ever purchased. Had it for over a year now...all zippers intact, no loose stitching, perfect condition. I use daily for work, at the range, and in the field. Holds an incredible amount of gear. Plenty of MOLLE attachments. Holds my XD.45 perfectly with the addition of a velcro universal holster attachment. Also plenty of internal MOLLE attachment loops for mag pouches, etc... Caribiners placed on the side loops allow for a sling rope and other tactical additions. Slung over the shoulder with use of the chest and waist strap this is very comfortable to hike with, packed with gear. It won't hurt your shoulder unless you are just a whiner...in that case just stay home. You will not go wrong purchasing this. Thank you CTD!"

"For the price it's great. I have had 4 years on multiple deploys and no issues. Have others now so it has retired to a survival bag."

"This is a great bag for holding lots of stuff, I use it as a go bag in the back of my patrol car. I will have to agree with other posters though, the single strap can get uncomfortable when you're carrying weight. If you're only carrying it short distances (e.g. from a car to your house) it's fine. I've used it as an overnight bag too. Again, fantastic bag for storing lots of different things. It's just not for hiking or long distance travel when weighed down. It's full size with a large rear chamber, I can fit two 3\" binders back there easily. For the purpose I use it for, well worth it."

"Arrived today, so I can deliver you a 'open arrival review.' Well packaged out-of-box, great textile smell. Excellent stitching quality, seemingly durable zippers. Had a minor scuff on lower clasps, (likely someone dragged it across a floor ONCE to create such a minor flaw.) Fits all my SHTF gear well, with plenty of room left! Front pocket setup is great for map sets, compass, log books, utensils, binoculars, firestarters... basically all of your smaller survival goodies. Next pocket has such great mesh pocket stitching, I was thoroughly impressed to read the tag and see the all-to-familiar MADE IN CHINA stamp. Good zippers in here as well, and I've put my fishing kit, sewing kit, and hygiene kits all in here, with a towel, washlcoth and 200 feet of 550 cord as well. The back pocket, and largest, snuggling holds my rubberized water carrier in pouch backing, as well as a woolen GI blanket at the base with 3 days rations and 2 extra boxers and 3 pairs socks! And my absolute favorite area of the bag is the exterior! Solid stitching once again, great broad columns of webbing, equips my platoon medikit in front. Machete alongside left web paneling, which adapted with little effort, and my water canteen and Emergency Radio carrier fit nicely on the right. The primary chest-strap even has webbing which I couldn't resist utilizing and have fashioned my combat/survival knife to it length-wise perfectly. Upon hefting and securing the bag, WITH all of these goodies I found the position of the main strap a bit odd, but it sized up and secured nicely across the chest area. Straps even have velcro bands to keep them from flailing around while you move. All in all it's a bit too snug but should hold up nicely in the SHTF event, may it come. I'll have to endurance test it this weekend to see how it holds up on a 5 mile hike! Thanks CTD!"

"Bought this bag for my trip to Tanzania and I am glad I did. Used it for carrying an extra change of clothes, camera, notebooks, and random things I need for traveling abroad. Had plenty of room for everything. While there, I went on a safari and climbed the volcano Ol Doinyo Lengai. The mouth piece to my water bladder was always convenient but never in the way. The PALS webbing allowed for my flashlight and other equipment to be easily accessible. I would recommend this bag for any travelers. Also would work well for a survival bag or bug out bag."

"First, it arrived very quickly. Second, it seems well made. I plan on this being a daily use bag. Can't wait to see how it stands up to my old bag. The buckle straps are too long and it's not made in America. 4 of 5"

"Awesome pack! I received the Condor brand pack. Great construction, comfortable, and holds a fair amount. I use it to carry a computer, iPad, rain gear, pens, pencils, and lunch to work everyday while riding my bike. Performs awesome. This is not a B.O.B. by any means, but a durable everyday back pack."

"Bought one of these for my son's for his birthday. I took a look at it to make sure it was okay. Once I saw that it was very well built as well as being well thought out, I ordered one for my self. I'm pretty hard to please when it comes to my personal gear. This bag replaced 2 daily carry bags & does a better job of it. I don't carry a lot of weight in it. I don't think it would haul heavy very well. I holds a lot of stuff just not a lot of weight. It's a sling bag not a back pack."

"This is a great backpack for weekend trips. I bought it for when I go on overnight trips on my motorcycle. Very comfortable and expands a lot more than I expected it to. Extremely durable and the interior handgun pockets keeps my Baretta 92FS close and protected."
