"I guessed-estimated how big this bag would be when I ordered it. When I got it it seemed to be decent sized and I started packing my medical supplies into it. I was surprised that I kept getting more and more into it. The entire bag is just about packed full, yet there is still a bit of room left to go. This was a great buy for me and makes a very nice first aid kit bag that is also waterproof."

"I got this bag to replace my Army issued combat lifesaver bag and was relatively happy with it. It is a little smaller than the issued bag and the snaps on the Molle attachments don't stay shut. But if you thread the pack on properly you won't have any problems. All in all it is a good bag just not perfect for what I intended."

"I got this bag for an emergency supply kit and made a long list of supplies. Everything except water fits inside, and I still have a bit of space left. I keep taking everything out and laying it on the ground just to remind myself how much stuff I was able to cram in there. If it were padded and a bit wider than 10 inches, I would use it as a range bag."

"I bought this pack as a first aid kit for my families B.O.B. I was a little disappointed in the size when it first showed up but wow was I able to get a ton of supplies in it! It wasn't quite enough for a family of 5's 72 hr pack but it came close. I just ordered a second one and will have plenty of room for essentials plus extras."

"I read some of the reviews of the medic kit that uses this bag and was not impressed with the contents. SO I just bought the pouch and decided to fill it on my own. Excellent Idea if I do say so. This is a fairly rugged pouch, has more than enough room for everything I want to pack in it as a back up med kit for my car and my BOB. I am both Diabetic and have COPD and I can carry all of my usual meds as well as trauma in this bag. Will definitely buy again / recommend to a friend."
