The MOPC is a fully adjustable vest that carries your hard or soft armor plates for ballistic protection of vital on missions where full-sized armor is too bulky! Front and back padded pouches secure your ceramic or other protective body armor plates.

The MOPC does not include the armored plates, but will hold front and rear plates up to 10 x 13", and side panel plates up to 6 x 8".

The front and rear panels of the Modular Operator Plate Carrier have 6 rows by 6 columns of PALS webbing for mounting any MOLLE compatible pouch, holster or accessory and are lightly padded covered with mesh material for comfort and airflow.

The front panel features loop material for ID patches, nametapes, or morale patches, and the 11 x 7 front map pocket is secured by hook and loop backed up by a snap.

The back panel has a heavy duty drag handle and the heavy duty shoulder straps have detachable pads, hook and loop adjustments and side release buckles.

The detachable external cummerbund is adjustable and features heavy duty elastic for comfort and pockets for up to 6 x 8 side armor panels or plates. The cummerbund has an additional 3 rows by 10 columns of PALS webbing per side.

"Great vest, sturdy stitching, this vest provides better maneuverability than other larger vests! Great buy!"

"Pros:This vest allows for far easier movement with much less restriction than full coverage vests. It is well constructed. It takes a ton of abuse without any serious failures. It is also a load carrying beast. Mine carries about 75lbs of armor, gear and ammo comfortably and securely. This vest looks and performs just as well as other vests costing a lot more money.Cons: There is no included way to secure your plates inside the vest. There is only a wide strip of loop material sewn into the inside of the front, and back panels. I have 10\"x12\" plates and unsecured, they moved around quite a bit. I solved this by putting some hook material on my plates. I mated these up with the loop material in the pockets and now the plates stay securely in place. The second problem with the vest is that it will not fit most soft armor panels. I solved this by cutting down my soft armor panels to the correct size. You will likely have to do the same if you want soft armor in this vest. (Most body armor manufacturers will do this for a small charge) The third problem I had with the vest was with the plate pockets in the cummerbund. I am fairly slim, so when I tighten the cummerbund down, the armor pockets end up too far forward. Thankfully, the cummerbund is made with two layers of nylon creating a long empty space inside each half. So I cut these open and secured my side plates inside in the correct spot. There is no attachment point for groin protection and attaching throat or arm protection would be difficult or impossible. So if you want that stuff on your vest, you should look at other options.Bottom line: If you are looking for a tac vest to run right out of the box, this isn't the one. It definitely needs some work to fix some minor issues. Still it is a much better value than some similar vests costing a lot more money. Once modified and kitted out, it is an outstanding vest."

"Sturdy but loose fitting (I'm about 69\" and 130lbs) even after adjusting it. I did like how much padding it had in the shoulder straps in combo with the cummerbund. Side sapi pockets sat too far forward after I adjusted it to be of any use. Would probably be great for bigger guys but I'll stick with MOLLE-133."

"Ordered this last week and when i got it I was so suprised at the quality of the vest. I also ordered a 3 mag pistol pouch to go with it. The only complaint is that I wish it was longer but all in all it's a nice vest. Now I just got to get some plates for it. fits real snuggly over my soft armor."

"Bought this vest about 3 months ago and have used it several times. Quality is very nice and is super durable. Fits armor very nice as well. I bought a 3 mag AR15/3 pistol mag kangaroo pouch, 2 pistol mag pouch, ammo dump pouch and wallet pouch all made by modgear and order from cheaperthandirt as well. All in all awesome set up and everything fits and works perfectly. I will definitly be buying the another in Multicam in the near future. Also recommend a Blackhawk serpa holster with a platform attachment to attach your pistol to your rig, super sweet!"

"I do not know why they claim this plate carrier will hold 6x8. I bought this hoping it would fit my plates as advertised and it comes nowhere close to accommodating 6x8 plates. Very disappointed."

"Is this a Condor or what? I received the vest a few days ago, but it wasn't till today that I tried it. I compared it stitch by stitch with my friend's 5:11 & Condor tactical vests....... and it's just different in the side plates and very, very, very huge on the price. THANK YOU C.T.D. Now it's time to work with it. AWESOME GUYS- JUST FREAKIN' AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"This plate carrier is much better then I was expecting. I thought that I was buying just a cheap vest that would work, and I could not be happier. It is a great plate carrier, for the money you cant beat it, you could take any $200 vest and this one would be just as good or better."

"I am very impressed with the quality and fit of this vest. I compared it to some well know Manufactures and it is either equal to or surpasses them. I won't mention names, but you know who they are. My 10.25 x 13.25 plates fit perfect. The Adjustment of the vest is easy, and I had mine adjusted in under 5 minutes. I am 5-8 and weigh 230 and it fits like a glove. Molle attach points are well stitched and hold my mag pouches and other pouches firmly in place. Don't let the price make you think this is a cheap vest. the quality is outstanding, and the price is hard to beat. I highly recommend this Vest. Just so you know i do have some knowledge in this area. I am A retired LEO and SRT member, with 15 years service. as well as prior Military."

"Like other reviewers have said, I was surprised at the quality of this piece with this price. Fits my molle gear just fine and plates seem to be secure. I haven't put it through too much abuse yet. But from doing a few movements and a bit of running it seems perfectly secure."

"Received my vest a couple days ago. Quality and fit were great. Highly recommend for the price."

"Got this vest about two weeks ago. Shipping was fast. It fit well, I think they would have made the cummerbunds longer and without the elastic in the back. Speaking of the cummerbund, the cummerbund is wider then the opening for it so if you tighten it up in the back, it doesn't fit well and the edges fold. ( on mine at least) But I can deal with that, what I can't is stitching coming undone on the Molle webbing on the back side of the cummerbund. That's my biggest gripe and why I I took away a bullet. We will see how it does with prolonged use! Other than the stitching coming loose on part of the Molle, I like it."

"Good vest- tight MOLLE, easily adjustable, stays in place on the move, deep plate pockets. However, the shoulder straps are very thick and they get in the way when shouldering a weapon and when you can't accurately shoot back, all the armor in the world won't help you."
