"I almost went with the triple mag pouch that holds 9 total mags, but I feared the bulkiness and went with this instead. With all six mags, this pouch is still low profile and tight against the vest. The MOLLE webbing is very secure, with a total of six (I think) MOLLE straps. All mags fit snug and the bungies don't get in the way at all (which was my one fear)."

"The reason for the 3 bullets is plain and simple. It is VERY difficult to get mags in and out of this unit. ESPECIALLY difficult if they are a polymer variant (PMAG, Orlite, Thermold.) With standard USGI mags, I had to fight to pull a mag out, even with Magpul Ranger plates and 550 cord. The stitching of the unit is okay to an extent. Whichever child laborer made mine had a bad case of nodding off to sleep while operating his sewing apparatus. The dang zig zag lines are ridiculous, and there is spots on the shingle that material was overlapped where it should not have been. I had to use a stitch remover to free up some space in the REAR mag slots in order to just get a magazine inside them. I decided to go cheap due to cut backs at part time job, but needed the gear. Unfortunately in my experience you really do get what you pay for."

"This pouch works. Adjust the retainer cords to hold twomags instead of one, as too many straps can be an obstruction.Good product."

"The description says it fits 6, barely got 4 to fit. The 5th mag split the middle shingle right off the main body. Good for recreational use, not something I'd trust my life with."

"Ordered these a while ago and was a little discouraged with all the negative reviews out there but none the less I bought them. now im a pmag guy and I had seen multiple reviews saying wont fit pmags so I bought 6 US GI mags as well.when it came in I was pissed my pmags fit in it just fine (bottom up)I spent $15 per GI mag when I could have spent $17 and gotten a more reliable and liked mag so for everyone out there they work great for me and PMAGS FIT!!!!!!"

"I rethreaded the front pouches' bungees so that the knots are on the outside, rather than trapped between the mags. Six fit beautifully now. Very happy with the fit and quality."
