"The MOLLE straps were loose, the holster doesn't fit tight on a belt. Maybe using some MALICE clips might have helped. The magazine pouch can be mounted either on the front or the sides. My pistol, 1911A1 , fit VERY tight. I gave it to a friend of mine for his S&W 39. He was pleased with it. FYI."

"I bought this to mount on my interceptor. Mainly becuase I needed a streamlined holster so I can throw my sidearm in it if I'm just taking it easy with the armor on, but I can throw my Delta-5 overvest over the interceptor. (the Delta-5 by Camelback is basically my full loadout with mags, smoke grenades, you get the point). So I wanted a thin holster that could work on the interceptor but also not impede me wearing the overvest. It works well, I mean nothing spectacular, but it\uFFFDs a good little platform. The thumb break is adjustable and or removable, so it should fit most sidearms. (I tested mine with a Springfield Armory 1911A1 and a M9 Beretta, both fit) It mounts pretty close to the vest, and doesn't jiggle around that much on the interceptor. The bungee cord is nice, but not my style, if I need to draw, I need to draw. The mag pouch flails about quite a lot. I moved it onto the interceptor on the other side so I can access it easier to reload. It works better off of the holster itself, doesn't move much now. Ultimately it's not the best holster, but you are paying only a few bucks for it. If you need a cheap way to carry a sidearm, this will work. For the price, it's a good cheap fix. I still use it. I don't really plan on replacing it."

"The holster fit my 1911 like a glove. good coverage too, the belt straps could be tighter but ok. The mag pouch flops all over the place but I just wear it separate on my belt. Looks good well made, just could ride my belt a little better."

"First thing I did when I received mine was take the mag pouch off. I then attempted to fit my Taurus PT1911AR in it. It was a now go because of the rail. I should have known better that being fitted the rail would have been the nogo factor. But it does fit VERY tightly on my buddies GI Springfield and draws smooth and re-holstered better with some use. Fits pretty snug on his vest in a CQB cross draw set up."

"I purchased two of these holsters and both work well with a M1911 and a M9A1, both with rails. It's a good fit, but not too snug or tight. The thumb strap is adjustable, but there should be a some plastic or rubber on the back of the snap to prevent marring the hammer. The magazine pouch is a little loose in the MOLLE loops, especially, with the weight of a full loaded mag."

"I got 2 of these going on a limb that they would fit. They fit both my 1911's perfectly although I have not field tested them yet. It also fit my Taurus 24/7 pro as well wich is a plus. Both magazines fit in the pouch too =)"

"This fits my Colt well and should last a good while. Not sure I like the elastic retention strap over the grip safety as pictured. Thumb strap is enough to suit me.Mag pouch is OK but not the same quality as the holster. This appears to be identical to the TRW 301 without the mag pouch. I bough both and can see no difference except $5 for the mag pouch. A Ruger Mk III Hunter will fit in either holster with the Ruger sight rail. The \"Hunter\" barrel extends thru and the F sight will snag if not carefully withdrawn. Convenient carry but not a \"quick draw\" rig. Standard length barrel should be much better. Ambidex is the big plus for me."

"Loving this holster. I had a Blackhawk uni molle holster for my 1911 and it was great for holding the pistol, but if I had to reholster to handle a detainee it was garbage and wouldn't hold it in place without the thumb strap. This holster has a nice snug fit that retains your sidearm without the thumbstrap being necessary. The elastic retainer is easily removed so there is no pressure on your palm safety. The holster also comes with a plastic slip to move the molle straps to your desired carry side (being a lefty, this is a God send). The thumb strap is fully adjustable making it easier to set it up according to your personal preference. The stitching seems very sturdy. I'm currently looking to modify it to hold my 1911 with a tac light. great buy"
