"Did not fit my M&P15R. I had to file both Delta ends in order to get to fit right. Did it with a Dremel tool and took about 30min. Once on though, stayed in place well and looks nice. Just need to go shoot w/ it on to see how well the heat shields hold up."

"You talk about tight... i didnt go to the extreme to dremel it.. me and a buddy put it on in about 7 mins of hard pushin and shuvin... but once it was on it is tight... other than the pain in the butt to install this item is awesum... i would purchase again."

"overall i was kind of disappointed about how misleading the pictures are. I just assumed that the rail on the bottom extended all the way back. I was wrong. it gets swallowed up by the forearm about three inches from the receiver. my original plan was to put a 37mm grenade/flare launcher on the bottom but obviously that went out the window with that lower rail.my other concern was the lengths to which i had to go to get that d**n thing on its so tight that it took me and two other guys 20 minuets to get it on. good product works and holds fine but don't be deceived by the pictures. i would have and should have bought a different handguard just because of the bottom i wanted."
