"what an excelent product and at a low low price... ive always disliked the need to pivot my glock 23 in my hand to put my thub in position to drop the empty magazine... with this extended catch its now the perfect length to release the mag while keeping the gun pointed down range and without shifting position in my hand...i instaled it myself in under two minuits...super easy...and a great custom upgrade for my glock...thanks again CTD..."

"No hang up on leather hoslter's! Cheap nylon holster's have be reworked for Glock's as mine would not come out of hoster due stiching catching on slide lock,I Did'nt see any problem's with this part though! Have a seamstress sew Velcrow on button side of holster to elimate snap's pulling out and leather where slide lock Catches on stitching or even smooth velcrow Patch to eliminate these problem's! Nothing like a pistol you can not get out of holster when you need it! Bear"

"this product was super easy to instal. took me only a couple minuits. and it fits and looks great on my glock 23.before i instaled this extended mag release i had to cock the gun at an odd angle in my hand to reach it.now i can keep the gun pointed downrange and on target while swaping mags.it dose not catch on my nylon adjustable thigh holster when drawing it out.great custom upgrade and at a great price."

"I had issues trying to eject clips without maneuvering my grip. This magazine catch is about 1/16\" longer then the original, which is just enough for the extra punch. Easy to install too."

"Bought this for my Glock 19, installed quickly and easily, and does the trick. With a Hogue grip on my pistol, the release was a bit harder to get to and I had to move the gun a bit to manage. This fixed the problem."

"Easy install on my G-23. I find it just a touch too long. After a little fine tuning it's perfect. Great deal for a must have!"

"Bought one and loved it! Now on all 7 Glocks I own from the tiny 27 to the 33. I have about a dozen different types of holsters including Blackhawk SERPA 1&2 and the added extension does not get in the way when drawing or inserting into holster. I shoot a lot of IDPA matches and it is much easier to drop your mags under duress. They are fantastic."

"Great product but I feel like it almost extends it a little too much."

"After reading the reviews I did not know how much of a difference it would make in reloading and I was completely surprised. I have smaller hands which means I have to twist the glock in order to drop the mag but no longer. The installation was extremely easy and I sanded down the corners in order make a minor customization for a better feel. 5 Bullets!"

"Im a southpaw and the factory Glock release was a pain for me to use as quick as I would like, This release is great and took care of all my problems and knocked seconds off my reload time. Love it and recommend to all Glock owners!"

"This is the first mod I've put on my new glock 22 and I couldn't be happier. Takes less than 5 min and all you need is a small flat head screw driver."

"I installed this in my G-23 took about 2 minutes. This extended mag release makes it much easier to release an empty mag. The Blackhawk holster I have for it doesn't come close to being to long. Thanks CTD!"

"Just finished putting it in and it literally took 2 minutes!! A big difference in magazine changes! I rate this 5 bullets!!!"

"I agree with both of the comments. This is a great after market part. However, if you do install this on one of your carry guns AND intend on carrying IWB it will (from my experience) have a tendency to engage and loosen the magazine. So, on my G26 (daily carry) it is not installed however, it is installed on my G17, and G30. So if you plan on using this for inside the waist carry exclusively, I would stick to the factory piece, unless if using an OWB, or shoulder rig. The extra 1 mm will never hurt and it's easy to install."

"Useful after market item. I carry Glock 17 with a mounted Aimpoint in a shoulder holster, and there's no interference in withdrawing the firearm or any other problem. When Glock carried in hip holster w/o scope sight, there's no issue I can see. Wish a simple diagram were provided, but this isn't exactly rocket science to attach one of these."

"A nice little unit easy install Thanks CTD."

"does what it says and makes hitting the mag release require minimal effort. however the fitment is not as tight as the glock factory ones but the difference is negligible"

"Good product for the money. Easy to put in (once you find the right screwdriver to pop that spring out) and works really well in my Glock 19.My only gripe was that the edges of the button end were a little \"sharp\" and made it uncomfortable on my middle finger of my shooting hand. A little bit of sanding with an emery board fixed this."

"Works great. A little sharp on the edges but nothing some 400 grit sandpaper can't fix."

"It was easy to install. It's almost too long, but it does the job. The corners are a little sharp, but nothing sandpaper won't fix. It does its job and works every time, so I can't complain. Definitely worth the money."

"I would have to say that this is a must have for any Glock owner. I love Glocks and always found myself having trouble when dropping the mag but now that is no more. It is a little tricky to install but it was the first time I took it apart in this way and just had a noob moment. After that all was good and well."

"Well I orderd the lone wolf and the factory part from cheaper than dirt, but looks like they are not for the older g17. I have a 1991 g17 and neither one will fit in the grip. Well it leaves a larg gap on the left side maybe just for the newer glocks?? Other than that, looks like a good part for the right glock."

"Nice and easy to install....only complain is the sharp edges on the corners. Rounded the edges a little with a box cutter. Be very careful in doing this...remember it's plastic."

"I added this to my Glock 33, because dropping the magazines was such a pain. Anyone with a sub compact Glock can testify. Took less than five minutes to install. No instructions came with the part, but there are numerous videos on youtube. Looking it up took three of the five minutes. Looks kinda silly. Sticks out a bit, but it has to. No worries about that. Only complaint, edges are quite sharp. For plastic, anyway. Filed the edges down. Now it's perfect. I give it four stars for no instructions. Otherwise, buy it."

"Took the advice of some other reviewers and sanded the corners. Installation took 2 minutes and I'm NO gunsmith. Watched an instructional video clip online. Fit, function, and looks are great."

"Works as advertised and that's what I expected. Took about 2 minutes to install and im willing to bet my sister could have installed it properly."

"Previously gave this product 4 bullets. Have since found out that if you plan to carry your gun daily that the extended release tends to press against most holsters. Ever dumped a mag in public from concealment...? NOT GOOD. So, if all you do is spend time on the range, this is a great product. Just watch out if you conceal carry."

"Went to the range with a cop friend of mine. When he saw how easy it was for me to change mags, he wanted one."
