"I purchased three (3) Mag S&W M59 or Camp Gun 30 Round 9mm Steel NonFactory Matt Blue(MAG-639)(Manufacturer: Triple K 733M)from Cheaper Than Dirt. I attempted to load the magazines with Winchester 9MM Luger. I was able to load six (6) rounds in the magazine. The seventh round caused the first round to get stuck in the magazine. It seems that the magazine tapers to a smaller dimension resulting in the first round being stuck. When I turned the magazine upside down, the last six rounds fell out freely. I was able to release the first round with the use of a screw driver. This occurred with all three (3) magazines. I called Cheaper Than Dirt and reported this Quality Control Issue and they issued me a \"Return Authorization Number.\"I returned the product today using the provided FED EX return label.I've made many purchases from Cheaper Than Dirt and I will continue to do so in the future. I'm not going to let another manufacturers' Quality Control Issues soil the reputation of Cheaper Than Dirt.Mark"

"these mags are awesome. In fact I used the exact same ammo (winchester 9mm FMJ) and was abled to load both mags with 28 rounds each (I always load 2 less than the mag says to retain magazine spring life). I have paid twice this price for \"No Name\" mags of this same type, so I was thrilled to get Smith and Wesson Mags of this Quality. Thanks Cheaper than Dirt!"

"I opened the package and noticed the top of the magazine was bent. It also doesnt lock into place. I'm guessing it has to be with the top being bent"

"Excellent magazine extension for anyone owning a 5900 series 9mm smith & wesson pistol.I advise loading only 28 rounds as with any magazine leave a couple of rounds out to preserve magazine spring tension. CONS: extended magazine sometimes needs an extra smack to lock in place. also due to the magazine length few holsters will hold the weapon comfortably/concealed (yes I am crazy enuff to carry it that way). H however cheaper than dirt does sell a quite reasonable verticle hold shoulder rig in leather that will carry this weapon (Mine is a 5946) concealed under a coat or thick jacket. if you are interested check out item number LEG-195 this is a tan leather M-7 Army shoulder holster RH or right hand draw that fits autos and revolvers up to 5.5 inch barrelsAnyway I gave this 4 bulls due to the intermittent magazine lock glitch, but I like it so much for the price I am getting 2 more this morning. some folks may not remember the original marlin camp carbine was marketed to also have magazines that were interchangeable with the 5900 series smith & wesson pistols. so I guess thats why CTD missed putting that in the write up. "Not the best quality mag that I've seen but it works for what I need. I use it in my Kel Tec Sub 2000. Although I've only had it for a day it worked flawlessly. I only load 28rds. I bought my Sub 2000 Smith and Wesson verson for significantly less than the Glock version and I'm still able to use a 30 round mag. I plan on buying a few more of these. I wouldn't keep these mags loaded all the time though. For the price they can't be beat. Thanks Cheaper Than Dirt."

"I purchased 2 S&W 30-round mags for my Kel-tec 2000. One works good, the other will not load any more than 18 rounds and fails to feed most rounds. I contacted Cheaper ThanDirt and told them of my problem and the lady said they would send another one out right away. I have ordered from CTD for years and will continue, they\uFFFDre nice people to deal with."

"I bought one of these magazines for my S&W Model 910. Fed all the Winchester FMJ that I could put into it without a problem, but it was not 30 rounds. At the most I could only get 28 rounds in without some serious resistance and for target shooting 28 is as good as 30. All bets are off when the zombies are at the door though."

"these things are complete junk! i had to file for about 20 min. in three different spots to get it to function in my 5904. then i loaded it up ( it holds 30) every 5 rounds the spring jams. so i took it apart cleaned all out lubed it up,loaded it up let it sit over the weekend and still jams every 5-10 rounds.after 2-3 hours today working it i gave up and threw it in the garbage, this thing is a complete junk. thats my two cents! beware!!"

"These magazines are absolutely awful. They are nearly impossible to load the full 30 rounds into and when you do get them into the mag your hands will be torn up. I left them fully loaded for two weeks to reduce the spring tension. When I took them to the range they jammed constantly. I attempted to reload them and the magazine follower was getting jammed within the magazine body. These are the worst magazines I have ever used for my Smith and wesson 459. Please learn from my mistake and DO NOT BUY THIS MAGAZINE!"

"Got this to fit in a SCCY Industries CPX-1 believe it or not. Needed to file a bit, but after that it functioned flawlessly. Even holds all 30 rounds."

"Okay, I own a marlin model 9 camp gun and i was told only use factory mags. But, i never listen so i ordered this 30 rd mag and it worked flawlessly. I'm so glad i didn't listen to all the know it alls out there. Try it. It might work for your gun too. If not, send it back!"

"I have several of the thirty round mags for my S&W 5906. They all work fine after I disassembled the bottom plate, spring, and bullet follower. I cleaned the inside out and applied a real light coat of oil."

"I bought two of these mags for my Marlin Camp 9 carbine. I used my GLOCK speed loader to assist with loading these bad boys. I ran through about 15 shots in the first mag when the follower got stuck, which realeased after a firm whack, and the second ran flawlessly. Not the most reliable, but fun for practice."

"This magazine has a good fit and feel initially. You insert it into the magazine well and it clicks into place, but seems like it sits lower in the well than the stock factory magazines. You rack the slide forward to chamber a round and it chambers just fine. With a slight grin, caused by the excessively long magazine protruding from your firearm, you level your sights on your target. Switching the safety off, you steady your breathing, take aim and squeeze. BANG!, the gun goes off. Much to your dismay, however, the slide has not returned all the way forward. There is a round lodged in the chamber due to a misfeed. One more time, and BANG!, another misfeed then disappointment. This was the story I was left with at the range when I first took this 30 round magazine out to play. I would not recommend this mag to anyone with a 59 series S&W."
