The X Products X-15 is the most compact and versatile 50 round magazine ever produced for the AR-15 in .223/5.56 NATO and 300 AAC Blackout calibers. Built entirely of aluminum, there are no plastic parts.

The fully enclosed magazine will operate in the most demanding of operations. The compact design is based on proven coil magazine technology, which allows side by side staging of ammo in a single stack.

The streamlined design allows for no separation of ammunition during function and prevents malfunction by allowing for unlimited spring loads when the weapon is being fired; it will easily operate up to 1100 rounds per minute. The profile is shorter than a standard 30 round magazine and 4 to 5 inches shorter.

Coated in Cerakote for friction reduction and proven reliability without using lubrication, and given a liftime warranty. Manufactured in the USA, fits most AR-15 rifles, Bushmaster ACR, SCAR 16 and Stanang Rifles with improved M4 feed ramps. User friendly ergonomics and the ability to use your sling makes this the choice magazine for 3 gun competitors.

"Received this and immediately went to the gun range to try it out. My gun was not listed as one not to buy it for: S&W MP-15 carbine. My gun is one of the early mp-15's first yr. made and that could be the problem. The magazine is very well made that struck me right off as quality product. Shooting my rifle with 20 shot mags, then put in the drum. Malfunctioned the first 5 rounds. I loaded it per the manual, etc.,etc. I put it right back in the box. Put my 20 shot mag. back in and continued my shooting. I was not going to oil and work on the drum to get it to function. If something doesn't perform well right out of the box I return it. Fired 5 rounds and that's all and I had to assist each round fired. CHEAPER THAN DIRT ISSUED ME A RETURN AUTHOR. AND PREPAID UPS IMMEDIATELY. THEY ARE GREAT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. If you want to try the mag. in your rifle go ahead you won't have any trouble returning it. Maybe my Smith being an early model is the problem. I don't know but not keeping it to find out."

"True functional test - new SIG P516 with 7.5\" barrel, two drums loaded with random AR ammo, some 62gr, some 55, some steel case, some reload. Both drums with 50 rounds and loaded a week before using. Result - NOT ONE MISFIRE OR JAM. EXCELLENT PRODUCT, WELL MADE AND WORTH THE MONEY."

"Magazine kept falling out of my Black Rain AR 15 until I inserted it with the bolt open. Drum then seated properly and shot 50 rounds without a hiccup! This drum is going to cost me ammo money?"

"Excellent drum, but does not fit all AR's. If you have an AR with extended front lip on the magazine well as with a lot of billet lowers it will not work, as with the Spikes Tactical Hellbreaker lower. However it works and feeds perfectly in my Yankee Hills, and North Tech Defense billet lowers."
