"Bought several of these for my Taurus PT 1911. Worked perfectly regardless of ammo I was shooting and or weather conditions. I am buying 10 more today."

"I have bought 6 of these for my Rock Island Armory 1911's. they have fuctioned flawlessly feeding a wide varity of ammo. I have found that these mags function far smoother than the Chip Mccormic mags I have used in the past."

"I bought 3 of these. I had high hopes after seeing that a fellow Rock Island had bought 6 and they worked great. Not so with mine. 1 of the mags wouldn't even go in the gun. I would have had to beat it in with a hammer. The other two had to be pulled out. Took all to gun smith. He did a little work on the gun and I have at least 2 of the three working fine now. The one that wouldn't go in my gun I gave to another Rock Island owner and it works just fine in his. My mag well seems to be a little tight. I'll buy McCormick next time. All those I've tried fit and function perfectly!"

"I boght 6 fo them for a Taurus PT 1911. They work flawlessly with Federal's Personal Defense Hydra-Shok JHP, Wenchester White box, And a hand full of mix-mach ammo from the drawer in loading bench.I wil be buying more soon.Arthur"

"These magazines are the ones that I buy and use for my customized Thompson 1911. They seemed flimsy when I first loaded them, but after the first few clips I fired, I can't say I can complain about their performance. I keep them loaded with Remington 235 GS rounds - they feed well from the magazine into the chamber, and the springs are rigid and strong enough to feed the rounds time and time again. This is one of the better, low-priced buys in regard to magazines.Note: I haven't had a magazine that's given me problems with entering the mag well. :( I'm sad to hear that others are having problems with this product."

"Bought 2 of these magazines for my Springfield Mil-Spec 1911 and both seat feed and function perfectly. These magazines look and function as well as my Wilson 8rd. magazines for 1/3 the price. Definatly will be buying more."

"i bought 3 and planning 2 buy a few more.for the money these are easily the best value.a wilson mag maybe 3-4x more expensive but they aren't necessarily 3-4x more quality(although wilson's r a little better).i have had no problems with functioning in my pistol whatsoever. luv em"

"After seeing CTD's excellent price tag on these, I had to snag a couple. Both fit perfectly in my Springfield 1911. I've put about six different loads, including +P, through each and all have functioned flawlessly, no FTE's or FTF's. I have other, higher priced mags, and can't really tell a difference in quality. Thanks, CTD."

"I picked up a PT-1911 from a local gunshow about 2 weeks ago. Knowing that the 2 mags included would not be enough I decided to order a few extra. I picked up 3 of these seeing that a few other PT-1911 owners had no problems with them. They get the job done (8rd mags) and fit into the gun but neither of the 3 lock the slide back or drop free 100%. I have to hit the release and then pull them out by hand.I'll continue to use them since I already have them, but i may look at another maker for future additions."

"As a retired Army Sergeant, I only put 6 rounds in a magazine. I just returned from the pistol range and they worked great at single shot and 2 & 3 round bursts with my Rock Island 1911. I'll buy more and recommend them. Great deal for the money."

"The mag seems to be made fairly well, but does not stop my slide on my RIA at all! On my Springfield it seems to work 90%It does not like to drop out of my RIA either. The Springer has slightly better luck with this problem. For the price paid, I'm not going to fuss, but I will be paying more for a better spring/follower setup to make sure they work properly from now on! Wont Buy any more of these! Live and learn!"

"Bought two of these mags for my RIA 1911 and both work flawlessly. A shooting buddy of mine has a Kimber and they worked flawlessly in it also. I would suggest these magazines to anybody."

"Just bought three more! I bought one mag a few weeks ago for my Kimber with a little reluctance. But at that price, even if it was junk, no major loss. These mags work flawlessly. Just as good as my Wilson Combat mags at a much more reasonable price. Thanks CTD!"

"I bought four mags just to see if they worked. At that price I couldn't lose. All my gun friends said to only buy Wilson Combat, but I couldn't resist. These mags seem flimsy, but work just as well as my factory Para Ordinance and Wilson combat mags. Nice mags for the money."

"i bought 4 of these mags when loaded the mags drop when empty it only drops half way but a little bit of steel wool took care of that but the most important thing is no jams or any problem feeding for my RIA its a good buy. Ivan Ft Worth"
