"Can not be modified to fit the Mossberg speed feed stock but this recoil pad is super soft and should be very effective."

"Could not have asked for a better product! Perfectly fits my Mossberg 500 and is extremely comfortable."

"I bought this thing so I could, as a quadriplegic with a weak shoulder, shoot slugs out of my Mossberg 930 without killing my arm only after a few rounds. First off, let me say it is a pain in the butt trying to find the right precision fit Limbsaver for a Mossberg 930 with a WOOD stock. They have them for almost all Mossbergs except the wood. I found information on the 10201 model saying all I'll have to do is grind down the horse shoe type plastic part that's made to insert into the synthetic stocks. Other than that, it should line up and fit perfectly. After grinding it down, ruining any chance of returning it, my brother told me the screw holes didn't line up. So instead of calling it a bust, I told him to just drill holes into the Limbsaver to make it fit, since we didn't have the means to plug and drill the stock instead. So after some measuring and tightening the screws, the verdict goes as follows:If you want to put a precision fit Limbsaver on a Mossberg 930 with a wood stock, it's going to require more than sanding it down. You're going to have to drill holes either in the pad itself or your stock. And even then, the pad isn't the same width as the stock, so it's not going to be flush. But with all that aside, you'll be very pleased. I know this thing is going to preform well and I'll be able to shoot slugs all day with no problem. Bottom line is I went through hell trying to find the right part and make it fit. But because of the usefulness of the product and the fact that there was more than likely something I missed or did wrong, I give it four bullets."

"Installation was fast and very easy. Took it up shooting the very next day and I'm glad I purchased it. Fits my Mossberg 500 w/ synthetic black stock flush."

"I bought this for a Mossberg 500 20 gauge with 4-7/8 synthetic stock. The pad is the perfect size, but...the screw holes are about 1/2\" too close together. One needs to mount the pad with the top screw, push the pad fully down to the very top of the oval hole in the base, tighten the top screw, and mark and drill a new hole in the stock for the lower screw. After that it fits very well."

"I bought this for my maverick 88. When I first shot the 88 it felt like someone was hammering my shoulder with a rubber mallet. After I installed the limbsaver I was able to put 10 shells through in a row and it didn't even feel like I had fired the shotgun. Great product!!"
