"I flippin love this scope. reticle and objective lens focusable for shooting at any distance. 5 intensity settings for reticle illumination. Locking windage and elevation knobs so you don't accidentally loose zero when not using. came with an extra battery, BONUS. Prob is the owners manual says mil-dots accurate for range estimating at 16X magnification but the range chart card says @ 10x, so i gotta figure out which is correct. flip open lens covers kind suck, they don't stay closed very well. Magnification and reticle illumination knobs are really stiff, I hope they'll loosen up a bit over time. Found this exact scope on another sight for $150. Extremely satisfied, small animals watch out."

"I bought this piece of glass with the Accushot rings and both items came quickly and were both great quality and toughness. I was very scared to put this scope on me savage 111 30-06. The gun is very light and has a little more kick than most 30-06 that I have shot. Like i said, \"I was scared!\" It took very few shots to sight the scope in and 100+ shots later I have not lost zero and I am very impressed for the amount of money that was spent. The scope is very clear. The same, if not better than my Bushnell and Nikon scopes. Clarity is a 9/10, toughness 9/10, EZ to use 9/10. For the most part its a great scope for the money. With every good, there is the bad. Scope caps really don't stay shut all the time. They tend to be a little touchy. The red and green illuminated reticles are great for night and day, but the settings 3-5 tend to illuminate the outer ring when looking into the scope. This can be a little distracting. After a while, you don't even notice them, but I am new to the whole illumination thing. If you are second guessing yourself like I did, BUY IT! If you don't like it, I'll buy it from you. Could always find another gun to put it on, or buy another one."

"This is one of the best scopes i have ever had but sometimes the rings don't like to stay shut but its an all around good scope i highly recommend buying one"

"I just got this scope today. I had to buy taller scope rings so it wasn't hitting the barrel but looks good on the gun. The clarity is good and everything works so far. Like the rest of you I'm disappointed by the lens covers, but what do you expect from an $80 off brand scope? Also the dials are a little less than perfect but seem to function fine. I can tell it's not a high end scope but it\uFFFDs also not a $29.99 on sale junker. I'm excited to go to the range this weekend and test it out."

"Purchased scope and put on AR-15 with LMT upper. Shot fine for first 3 shots then began to become erratic. REMEMBER!!! Locktite all screws and nuts PRIOR to shooting!!!!! Love the sealed turrets. Locking screw may have to be adjusted to though. Very impressed at this time."

"I just got this scope in the other day. I put in on a winchester model 70 in 7mm rem. mag. I have fired 30 rds with it so far at 200 yards at my range, i have an average 1 inch group at 200 yrds. this scope holds zero very well, handles recoil from a 7mm remington mag., great quality,i love all the features, very pleased about to order 2 more tonight for family!"

"I just tried this sweet scope on a AR-15 24\" Varmint Rifle.Only got to the rifle range and after bore sighting only had minor adjusments at 100.Shot 5, 5 shot groups at 100 ranged from 1/2-3/4 inches. Had one flier but that was my fault.Went to 200 yards and shot 3 1.75 inch groups and one 1 & 1/4 inch group when I really bored down and concentrated on each shot. I can't wait to see what it does to Coyotes. I also found this exact same scope on a couple other websites for $139.99. Cheaperthandirt.com is the only spot I will but optics."

"Overall It is a good scope. The only problem I had was the clairity was blurry at the 16th power magnifacation. But whut do you expect for a $80.00 scope."

"I bought this scope to mount on my mosin nagant m91/30. this scope is what I feel to be a great deal. I love the illuminated reticle, and all the adjustments ensure a clear veiw to the objective. I will recomend this scope to anyone, and I already have started. Thanks for the great deal cheaper than dirt."

"i bought this scope a few months back now expecting much for 80 bucks, when i got it i was very surprised and the size of it, after installing it on my 270win and sighting it in at 200 yards i was even more impressed, this opining morning i took a 8 point buck at 340yrds with one shot in low light, i highly recommend this product and I'm ordering an other one as soon as there back in stock."

"This is the best scope I have ever used. The kit comes with everything but rings, and even has spare bats for the illumination. Fits my rem 710 .270 with med rings. And its figgin HUGE! Love the look and the performance. so foar it has held zero exact, through 120 rounds. It fell out of the rack (my dumb fualt) on to a cement floor and still works fine. Way to go CTD!"

"It's a worst rifle scope I ever had, it doesn't keep zero, I shoot 308 after every shot it looses zero; you can't get any groups what so ever, this scope is blown. Sending it back for refund."

"I bought the scope and mounted it on my cetme . holds zero just fine when i was adjusting the zoom on it, it broke and seized up i couldnt use the adjustment Kinda crappy since it was my first day using it and sighting it in.. overall the construction and quality is nice and you can really see well out of it ... but it broke.. i would be please if that hadnt had happend. cheaper then dirt is sending a replacment so ill see if the one i had was just a one time issue or if this thing really is a peice of crap."

"well it seems to me that the guy below my review, (DEE) had a bad experience with this scope...which is really funny considering that leapers is a great brand for very accurate and reliable scopes at an outstanding price...he probably is just not experienced with rifles and scopes and he should either get a tasco or a new hobby...if your thinking about purchasing this scope than stop thinking and just to it! i have a 6x24x50 leapers utg scope on my mossberg .270 and a 4x16x50 leapers utg on my cmmg ar-15...both kick major butt! if you have problems with the scope holding a sight than you should make sure to tighten the adjusting knobs with an allen wrench...high recoil rifles will throw off the sight if it is somewhat loose...and make sure to clean the inside of the scope rings and the scope itself with rubbing alcohol first before putting it on the rifle...it holds better! great scope! leapers is a company that ill go to any day!!! happy hunting!!!"

"I bought this scope over a month ago. It's a wonderful scope. It looks nice mounted on my Savage M110. The zoom knob is really smooth, works like a charm, the paralax adjustment is a little stiff, but still works like a charm, the illuminated reticules took a few tries to get them to turn on, coming green first and about ten minutes later the red ones. The Zero locking and the Zero reset features on this scope is amazing, you can get the scope set up for 100 yards and the knob is set up for 1/4\" adjustments, but has indicator marks for inches. Just set for 100 yards, and if you get three hundred yards, Just adjust the knob for up three inches. Sorry, I'm rambling. Buy this scope, it's worth every penny."

"I have had this scope on my .270 for four months now. I would not recommend this scope if you plan on using this scope on a gun with any recoil or shooting in low light situations. My .270 knocked the scope off after about 10 shots. It has finally broken the crosshairs after around 80 rounds. It is also terrible for shooting in low light situations; it is not even that clear during the daylight. I guess that you get what you pay for. Nothing good comes cheap."

"In all, the scope looks to be a great scope. But it's not. It WILL NOT hold a zero in .243 Winchester, and I doubt it will in .22lr. Do not buy. Worst mistake I've ever made when buying this."

"The scope came in looking real nice, and the illumination lit up real well. I noticed a bit of rusting on the screw, and the windage locking screw hole was stripped ( Took a lot to unscrew it). I just got back from the range after testing it and I am very dissatisfied. At first it sighted in real good, but then started to get knocked off from the recoil. It gathers light real well but has a slight glare at the higher levels of magnification. I've heard good reviews from others, so I'm thinking it's just the luck of the draw. I'm returning it, and buying a Simmons. Good luck to who ever buys this."

"Forget everything I said in my last comment about the scope not holding a zero. I wiped down all the metal on my mounts, rings, and scope with rubbing alcohol.(There is a small film of oil on most new scope/base products) I also Loctited my mount screws and added more torque the the rear base screws and front ring screws. (Standard Mount and Rings) This thing is huge and because of this you have to really torque it down. I went back out to the rang and was able to put bullets dead nut center in 7 rounds at 100yds. The mil system is nice and accurate at 10x and the rezero system works real well. The flip up shade are a bit cheap, but the get the job done. Anyhow sorry folks for not giving it a 2nd chance first before I commented."

"I have a flat-top AR-15 (Stag Arms 2T). The scope is too big to fit on a carbine. I had to remove my fixed front sight and replace with a fold down gas block front sight to make it fit. And I still have to remove the rear sight to make it slide on the rail. The scope has a really nice construction and many features though. So I can't fault it one bit for being to big for the gun. I was able to put it on."

"This scope was so unbelievably flawless on my sks for the last 3 years that I bought a second to marry to my new 24\" bull barreled A3 upper. As I was sitting at the range, ready to fire, I couldn't help but talk positively about this scope and sing its praises on how it will transform my AR. After the first three round grouping, I tried to adjust the elevation and refine my 100 yd pre-boresighted group only to have the knob not work and find that my crosshairs were on a cloud and my muzzle pointed toward the ground. I will send it back and hope it was just a fluke.I know that CTD will send me a new one post haste, but I'm still bummed about losing a day at the range."

"Purchased this scope for my Remington 770 30/06 rifle. I just installed it onto my rifle and went out to my local shooting spot and placed a target about 50 yards away and shot 5 rounds through it and got it pretty spot on. Then place the target about 125 yards away and then shot another 3 rounds through it with only minor adjustments to get it where I thought it was perfect. I have now shot over 60 rounds of 180 grain bullets with it staying zeroed in the whole time! I would recommend this scope to anyone! Never had a 300 or 400 dollar scope but dont think I will ever buy one now that I found this scope!"

"Bought this scope for my mosin nagant it holds zero and stands up to the recoil great. It looks awesome and is very clear. Works just as good as every other scope. I'd highly recommend buying this."

"I put this on my BHI-15 lower with a Stag lefty 24\" bull barrel upper. I thought I was crazy when I couldn't get the thing to stay in zero even after one shot. I bought a laser bore sighter, and noticed that when I just let the bolt go, the scope would lose zero. It's great looking for the price, but I think the new Leupold will work much better."

"I previously reviewed this as good. I put it on my .30-06 and it lost zero after one shot. This is a POS. You get what you pay for"
