"This laser is lightweight and awesome. built very sturdy, mounts easily, easy to sight in, and makes an EXCELLENT backup sight for those awkward shooting positions. Battery life is good, and the rail addition to the bottom is cool."

"When I went to the range after three shots it stopped working. When I called to ship back they told me to tighten the screws next to the switch(it is the smallest allen wrench it a set.they don't supply this one) It fixed it.I am was very happy because I like this laser.I hope this helps anyone that has this problem.Thank you Laserlyte."

"In the second sentence of the description of this item it states, it will mount DIRECTLY on subcompact 3\" barrel and all other railed weapons. It most certainly will not. This laser requires your gun to have a Picatinny or Glock-type rail. A rail adapter will be required to mount on the proprietary rail of the H&K USP, the S&W Sigma or a Walther P99. That statement is misleading. The second time this has happened to me."

"I tried two of these lasers, neither one was what I expected. The first one could not hold to target and the second one would not turn on when I pushed the on button, but would come on when I fired the pistol, then it would not turn off. Sent them back for a full refund. I will try some other brand. I tried all suggestions to get them to work but no help for me. Maybe I just got two bad apples in the bunch?"

"I can't see how this won an NRA award. The design is such that there is a gap between the frame and the laser, and one side hinges open on a pin, screws tight through the slot on the frame rail. This means as you tighten it down it torques it out of alignment. It can also shift slightly with vigorous shooting. I'm going to try a spacer to take up the slack, and some Loctite. As for the not working, on mine I found the battery door (in front next to beam) was not secured so it lost contact after 5 shots. I just tightened it down and worked fine. Used on a PK380."
