"Absolute garbage. With each and every round loaded into these mags, the magazine follower tilted back. Loading each round I had to depress the magazine follower with the Glock loading tool, insert the round, relase the Gloack loading tool, press down the front of the magazine follower or last round loaded, then slide the round the rest of the way in, and finally, tap the bottom of the magazine against a firm surface. I have yet to take them to the range and fire, but I expect several failure-to-feed stoppages. I will probably wind up using these mags as targets for plinking with my M4. We should be sending this manufacturer's magazines to our enemies. They'd do a fine job of effectively disarming them."

"I was pleasantly surprised to find these mags to be of superb quality. They loaded & cycled flawlessly in my Glock. They are made to the same specifications as the Glock factory mags. Would not hesitate to recommend. I've ordered more!"

"when i got these mags, i put them next to my factory mags, and honestly could not tell the diference if it were not for the glock symbol on the back of the factory mags. these mags are built just as well as the factory, and there as tough or tougher than the factory originals.ty ctd"

"had trouble loading rounds, Easy Fix, Pull spring out and bend about 15 degs. to the front. then reset spring in mag. This will put more pressure on rear of round."

"I bought a pair of these KCI mags and took them out to the range for the first time yesterday. They seem to feed ok but sometimes when loading them, the mag doesn't put enough pressure on the top most round causing it to almost fall out. Edges of the top of the mag were also rough and will need some gentle sanding. No jams, failure to feeds etc so far though."

"for my Glock 19, my carry gun, I foolishly bought these mags. The feeding problems/spring & follower issues (see other reviews)mean that I'd be foolish & possibly dead to use these mags in my carry gun.I'm gonna request a refund."

"Received 6 of these. Could not put more then 6 rounds in before mag jammed. Had to hit sides and just dump rounds out.The problem is that there is too much pressure on the front end of the bullet and not enough pressure on the back.Disassembled the mag, bent the springs a bit so that there is more pressure applied to the back of the rounds. Now I can put 14 rounds in and they all cycle without problems.Would not trust my life to this mag at all, but not bad for practice once you fix them."

"I bought these mags along w/ a Lone Wolf conversion brl (.40 to 9mm). They are great for range use, no problems in over 250 rds. I imagine, like most budget aftermarket goods, the quality control is hit or miss, so I probably got lucky with my good mags...or those w/ bad mags were unlucky. (Lone wolf conversion brl is great, by the way)"

"These work just as good as the Glock factory magazines. With several hundred rounds down range not one failure of any type. I'll be buying more soon, while I still can."

"I agree with One Smart Cookie. I could get no more than 4 or 5 rounds into the magazine before all sorts of twisting and canting of the rounds took place. I am in the process of taking all four apart and performing the necessary work on the spring. Plus, I have taken a punch and repeatedly exercised the magazine springs as a "break in" effort. It seems to be helping. As with another reviewer, I would not bet my life on these magazines."

"These magazines don't have quite as nice a finish as the factory Glock. They have some rough edges where the factory mags are deburred. The springs start off a little hard to get all 15 rounds in. I have since learned that the magazines need to be broken in. The springs will rotate a little over time and allow you to eventually get all 15 rounds in. Other than that, just as good as factory."

"I pretty much ignored all the reviews and bought this and I know wish I didnt buy it. There is a feeding problem and a loading problem, I tried to take off the bottom so I can bend the spring but couldnt even get that off..DO NOT buy this just buy the factory glock magazine."

"I read all the reviews like I normally do and as anyone can see they are mixed. I have to admit that I was a little concerend when I purchased them. This falls back to trust but verify. I am very happy with this purchase. I bought 2 sets of these magazines and I have had no real problems with them. Yes the spring was tight when loading the first few times but I got no jams when firing. BTW.. The springs in the factory magazines were a bit tight as well. I would highly recommend this item to my friends or anyone elese. Oh wait I already have. Everyone has thier own opinion... I would recommend you try them out and see for yourself. I am sure if you have a problem then CTD will take care of you like they do anyone of thier customers..Thanks CTD another great item at a fair price. Ill be getting more."

"i needed multiple mags for my glock asap. I bought eight of these on a hunch, turns out it wasnt a bad choice. Nothing as good a factory most of the time but if your needing cheep mags< go with these- the springs are tough at first but once you break them in its fine. Remember they are chinese. Dont trust your life with them."

"Bought these on a 2-for-1 deal with an included magazine holder. These magazines are not worth buying if they were free. Loading them is a chore, as the bullet guide does not stay level. Once loaded, as you push 1 bullet at a time out, after @ 5-6, the spring is not strong enough to raise the remaining bullets so they could be loaded in the chamber. Sometimes, the remaining get stuck and you have to tap the magazine to get them out. Maybe I just got 2 lemon magazines, but I will not buy anymore."

"I bought these about a month ago and must admit i was skeptical because they were so much cheaper than factory mags. They looked identical(practically) so i loaded them up. Not a single falure of any kind in 1000 rounds each. Like the other said, quality control must be hit n miss. I'm gonna keep buyin til a miss cuz mine were hits. TY CTD"

"Out of all these reviews please listen to me. I was in the Marines for 8 years. I have more guns and ammo than anyone I can think of besides my brothers in arms. I bought 5 of the 15 round mags and I couldn't fit more than 6 rounds in them. I left 6 rounds in the mags over night to loosen them up. Then the next day I was able to fit 13 rounds in them. I never fill them completely full so the springs don't wear. I waited another night to find out the the springs were completely worn out. They would'nt feed the rounds for crap!! I would never bring these to a gun fight. Trust me. Cheaper than Dirt is an awesome company and will take care of you though. You're better off spending a few more bucks for your life, if you know what I mean."

"I purchased two of the South Korean KCI Glock M19 magazines, received them this morning and took them to the range to check them out. After reading all the reviews I was skeptical, but being a Glock Armorer with plenty of parts, I thought: "If I have problems with them, I'll rebuild them with Glock springs and followers."To my surprise both magazines functioned perfectly. Just like Glock factory magazines they were difficult to load fully at first but after 4 or 5 reloads they began to soften up and take 12 to 14 rounds. I had none of the problems with the springs as some reviews had. I'll leave them loaded for a few days and then I should be able to get 15 rounds in both of them.Feeding was perfect. I fired about 50 rounds thru each magazine without a single malfunction. As a firearms instructor, I'm not recommending these as primary defense magazines, but for practice, they are excellent.I suspect the manufacture date on the packaging (8-10-09) may explain the perfect functioning. The South Korean KCI company may have listened to the customer complaints of prior manufacture and made corrections to the mags.As a Glock Armorer and one that has daily carried Glock pistols and give law-enforcement and citizen concealed carry training, I can say the Glock factory magazines are not perfect, but they are very reliable. Time, and several thousand rounds should tell me how good the KCI mags are."

"bought 2 mags with the free mag pouch, had to disassemble both and oil them so the springs would work properly, after that still have feeding issues to this day, strongly recommend if you do buy these that you use only for training, I would definetly NOT depend on these for self defence purposes."

"So far have bought 20+ of the G-19 Mags, have had one of them fail to feed properly but that was more an issue of excess dirt and lack of cleaning- when I broke it down it was apparent that because I was an Ahl and didnt clean it she didnt want to work! (clean your mags at least once every 5 times you shoot with em.) Anyhow THESE ARE GREAT MAGS!"

"I bought two 15 round mags in nov. I had a problem with loading one of the mags. I took it apart and removed a small piece of plastic inside. I took a knife and shaved it off and it works as good as a glock mag. These are great for the price! Can't beat it."

"For use at the range these mags are fine. Just because they are not Glock doesnt mean they arent "bad" but i wouldnt use them for CCW. And even if you get these mags and dont like them, you at least get a nice mag pouch with it. Its a good deal."

"I have 4 of theses KCI magazines and to be honest they slide out better than my factory Glock magazines. I'm not saying they are better but they are just as good. Some of the edges are a little rough like others had said in over reviews but it hasn't affected the function of the weapon at all. On the flip side you do get what you pay for."

"Listen people because here is the real deal. I have 12 of these mags ranging from 4 years old to now. I have NEVER experienced ANY performance issues of ANY kind. Sure they arent as refined cosmetically as Glock factory mags (i.e. burrs of plastic, sharper edges, noisier springs while loading) but if thats the only problem then for the price I can live with that. I don't understand what everyone is whining about on these things. I don't use anything to load these but my fingers and get all fifeteen in with no more problem than Glock factory mags. As for the canting of the follower and rounds that I keep reading about, I have seen none of it on mine. 20000 plus rnds later and still good. Yes, you read that right, twenty thousand. Buys these mags people and don't delay."

"These are about what you pay. They're a little on the cheap side compared to the Glock originals, but you knew that to begin with. The cost and the quality along with the extra pouches would have it get 5 bullets, except that I've had a really hard time using the Glock speed loader. The feed plate tilts such that putting bullets in is difficult at best... you're better off just putting them in the old fashioned way. I've found also that I have to tap the magazine a little to get them to line up right, otherwise putting the 15th round in can be difficult as well."

"These KCI magazines are an awesome "bang for the buck." At a third of the cost of a factory Glock magazine, the value cannot be beat. I have ten of these KCI and five factory glock. If I do not look at the base plate I cannot tell the difference (the base place is where the logo is) and can certainly not notice a difference when shooting. I save my high dollar factory originals and shoot the KCIs. Korean military and law enforcement use these so specs are dead on. Do not listen to the die hard Glockies who believe only Glock magazines will work in a Glock. I use a few different brands of magazines in my 1911s and AR-15... why not a Glock?"

"My complaint is that CTD doesn't have this deal available for Glock 23s and other 40 cal Glocks. I should also mention that for the ladies who rely on the Glock mag loader in order to avoid breaking fingernails, these KCIs might not be suitable. Otherwise, contrary to popular opinion, you normally get less than you pay for. In this case though, you are actually getting much better than what you are paying."

"They look fine, function fine and fit fine. My only complaint with all three of mine is that they don't drop free...yet. I am thinking about sanding the sides a tad, but think I will give them more range time first. For now, I am carrying with my Glock mag in the well, and a KCI for the backup. If the last mag needs pulling out it doesn't matter, I'm empty any way."

"Took these magazines out to the range yesterday, and they performed flawless. I had no stove pipes or FTF's. Only reason for the 4 bullets instead of the 5 is that both the mags will only fit 14 instead of the 15 rounds as they are supposed to. No big deal really. Buy them, you will not be dissapointed."

"I picked up two of these magazines for my G27 with LoneWolf 9-40 barrel. The follower tilted and seesawed until I got 5-6 rounds loaded. It was impossible to fully load the magazines with 15 rounds. After loading /unloading the magazines several times, I was finally able to get 15 rounds loaded. But the spring feels weak with less than 5-6 rounds. My first trip to the range confirmed my fears. Using Winchester white box ammo, I had FTF issues when the magazines were half empty or less. I'll probably give them away and go get a couple of factory Glock magazines."

"These Magazines are the best value for your dollar. Glock factory mags being the standard, the quality of KCI mags get 4 stars, but being less than 1/6 the cost, they get an extra star. They must be disassembled to be inspected and some will require deburring the excess polymer inside with a knife or sand paper. That takes about 5 minutes per mag. Reassemble and they should fit all 15 rounds. After loading and unloading a few times, they should function flawlessly. Being that they are made in Korea, there might be an occasional mag that you would not be willing to trust your life with, so just don't use it. Cost-wise you'll still be ahead. Thanx CTD for a great product."

"I bought 2 sets of these mags (4 mags). When loading, 2 mags where only able to accept 14 rounds and the other 2 accepted 15. The pouches work great and over all these are good mags with no FTL. I only give it 4 bullets because of the two mags only taking 14 rounds instead of 15 as advertised. But I will be buying more."

"I just got back from the range, and these magazines did exactly what they were supposed to. They worked GREAT! No failures of any kind - flawless performance. These should get an extra bullet or two based on the price alone. These same mags are retailing on other sites for double the money. Hands down - CTD does it again. Thanks."

"I just received my KCI magazines today. These are junk and even if I could get them loaded, I wouldn't want to take the chance of damaging my Glock 19 by these feeding the rounds improperly into the firing chamber. Or putting excessive where and tear on my weapon. I don't feel totally scammed, the magazine pouch is an adequate project, and relieves some of the pain. The two mags are in my kitchen trash can."

"Save your money and buy factory Glock. I have had multiple failure to feeds. If you do get them, make sure not to leave rounds in them for any period of time because they will wear out. They are fine for "back up range mags," but I will never bet my life on these."
– Bammer Slammer

"OK, They functioned just fine for me the first trip to the range. But I rotate mags every month. When I unloaded the first KCI mag the spring couldn't even lift half of the rounds to the top. I actually had to turn the mag upside down, and let them fall out. So I unloaded the second one to see if it was the same. Yep, the springs in these mags are JUNK! The mags themselves are good quality and good fit, but those springs are little better than coiled tinsel. So, I'm shopping for some replacement springs. I guess investing the money on these is still not too bad. I hope KCI upgrades their springs though."

"I purchased two of the 15 round and two of the 33 round KCI mags for my G 19. I loaded them up and let them set a few days before getting to the range last Saturday. I had no problems what ever with the mags. They seemed to work just fine. I loaded the 15 rounders twice and no reported miss feeds or failures. I'd purchase these again and will recommend them to others."

"Wow 2 mags for 10 bucks, come on now. I see some people have had issues with the springs in these. I am happy to say springs are as strong if not stronger than factory mags. I have 4 old factory mags and the outside plastic split all the way up the mag. I figured I could use the factory springs from the old mags if I had to. I didn't have to, these are great mags and I have a total of 4 now and am ordering more too."

"I bought 4 KCI G19 mags back in February. Here's my in depth review:1. SpringsThe springs are NOT as strong as GLOCK springs. These may work ok in a G19, but they caused failure after failure in my G26. The subcompacts are more demanding of the mag spring, because they cycle faster. I replaced the springs with LWD springs, and these problems went away.2. CapacityOk, I have gorilla hands. So getting the last bullet into these mags is doable for me. But inserting the mag into the gun is a serious challenge. With the slide not locked back, it takes a shift of grip to send this mag home. It's so tight that racking the slide on a full mag dents the brass of the top bullet. Genuine GLOCK mags seat easily. I've taken to loading these -1.3. Dimensions:Small nitpick, here. The dimensions of these mags are different enough to make magazine sleeves fit poorly. They are too tight. Sure, it only takes a few minutes to sand them down, but then they're too loose for your genuine GLOCK mags.If I had known all this, I would have stuck with genuine mags."

"For the money, you will receive 2 magazines that fire through a Glock 19 with no problems. A free magazine pouch that holds two clips which is worth the price itself. My only issue is loading the magazines, they do see-saw on you but for the money, I'm not complaining."
– Calex_the_great

"Upon receiving my new KCI magazines, I went to the range to test them, IF you fully load them >13 rds, the spring stops working and in some cases gets hung up in the compressed position leaving the rounds to free float around inside the magazine. May be okay for plinking, but Not worth it for high performance required situations, especially if shooting in defensive (i.e. life threatening) situations."

"Just tried them out today on my Glock 19. Terrible performance, nothing like a factory Glock mag. At least it came with a pouch I guess. I would recommend going factory Glock and not to waste money on inferior products."

"I can only load up 11 bullets on one magazine and 12 on the other. I wouldn't trust my life or my family on these mags. For plinking it's ok. For home defence better get the real glock mags. At least I got a nice pouch to go along with it. Thanks CTD for the nice price on these."

"Yes I see what everyone is talking about. You get what you pay for. They are ok, but the spring that is too weak. Maybe I'll find some stronger spring to put in them. When it comes to handguns or any guns it's better to go with factory replacements."

"I am surprised at all the negative reviews. I bought two sets in April and they worked well enough that I bought two more sets. That's 8 mags. I fully load all 8 with little issue, although the first run through is usually a little tough. My wife and I have fired all 8 mags in two seperate G-19's with no issues or misfires. Roughly 100 rounds through each mag to this point. Again, I ONLY use for range work and wouldn't ever trust any non factory mag for carry and defense purposes. But as a cheap option to carry plenty of pre loaded ammo to the range I have been more than satisfied with the purchases. As stated by others, the pouch itself is worth the price even if you throw the mags away."

"I picked up two of these along with a factory 15 rounder. While there is a obvious difference in the texture of the finish all loaded well. No jambs etc and shot very well. I Just ordered two more and don't see all the fuss that is being posted."

"Don't see what all of the fuss is about. I was expecting 2 magazines that worked OK and a cheap flimsy pouch to carry them in. I was surprised to find out not only do they work flawlessly but the pouch is pretty good quality, definitely worth more than 9 bucks. Flat out this is a deal and if you don't feel comfortable using them for personal defense then use them at the range. I will be ordering more, thank you CTD!!"

One of the regulars saw my mags and recommended I should never use non Glock mags but, let me tell you, they held up just fine. "The Magazines are great for the range and I get to keep my GLOCK mags at home loaded with HydraShoks. I have 14 of the KCI mags and have had no problems to date. They feed pretty good. You can tell the differences between the Glock and KCI soon as you load them up, the KCI's springs are not as strong as the GLOCK if they were they would cost the same as a factory Glock magazine and for this I am happy because I spend a lot of time at the range and these make the range even more fun because I dont have to reload a mag till I get home.. Will buy more today."

"Between the two I ordered, I ran 500 rounds thru them. I couldn't tell the difference. The KCI was a little stiffer to load, but I expect that to go away. If any doubt, by some fact springs, as with any mag load five rounds and tap to seat properly and so on. These mags are nothing to be afraid of. A good KCI product. Shoot and shoot often."

"These mags are absolutely stellar. If you know how to work them. I've got 3 sets now (6 mags). At first I had some trouble with loading them fully to 15 rounds plus some problems with feeding until I found the solution. The problem is the floor plates for the mags. Buy some 2 round mag extension plates and take out the follower inserts and they work just as well as factory mags. Since the conversion I've fired about 600 rounds through the mags with zero failures. And that includes about 400 "junk" Russian steel cased rounds"

"I just bought another 10 sets. Even buying aftermarket springs (for spares) I still have a magazine that is under a factory price and I have yet to have a major failure. Over the past 20 years I have had three Glock factory magazines fail, replaced the springs and we are fine. So for me, having spare springs is necessary. At this price, it is a deal you cannot pass up. After all, if you buy 5 sets and have three failures (test them) you are still ahead of factory magazines by leaps and bounds. When they arrive I break them down, clean them, sand the burrs off, put them back together, load them and let them sit for 2 weeks minimum - then I use them at my biweekly tactical shoots. After marking each one and ensuring they feed, drop, and function they go in my range bags. As with others I do still have my factory magazines stoked with SD - however, for the price buy more!"

"After getting these mags, I was impressed. They looked as close as possible to my factory mags and they seemed like they were good quality. I have shot through both mags and they worked flawlessly. Although, something embarrassing did happen. I put one of the mags in for the first time, I pulled back on the slide, and the first shot taken out of them, the mag fell straight out of the magwell. I put it back in, resumed firing, and I had no more issues with the mags. My only dislike about them is that the springs seem kind of stiff and they creak a lot. Also, the mags smell a little weird in the package. Overall, great mags. Buy them!"

"They lack only in the very slight difference of feel from the factory mags. Function is so far, so good. The price is gerat. The big fish in the local gun pond here in Charlotte, NC, is selling these same mags for three times the price. They give warm customer service if you've repeatedly spent major bucks but a couple Glocks and some inexpensive accessories accord little attention. I'm done dealing with them. Hello, again, CTD!"

"Ok, I have read good reviews and bad reviews. I have ordered lots of these mags. #1 try to find a dual mag pouch by itself for less than this. #2 take some time with your mags, take them apart and remove any excess polymer from the inside. This little bit of excess can cause failure to feeds. If you are having problems with loading just unload the mag and reload it again. Break the springs in a little. If you will compress the spring a little by pressing down on the front of the bullet it will help compress the front of the spring. Keep working the front of the bullet and back of the case alternating between the two and the springs work just fine. The only negative I have had with the KCI magazine was with the 33 round one and that is because I was using steel cased ammo."

"They would have been good mags had it not been for weak springs. Not appropriate for carry."

"I bought 5 sets of these (when they were on sale) and have fired several hundred rounds though them. As mentioned before, the springs are stiff and it's pretty tough to get the full 15 in the first few times you cycle them. They seem to loosen up and work great after a few cycles though. Really great deal for the price for range/general plinking mags. Thanks CTD!"

"Purchased four mags for my wifes Glock 19. They arrived just as we were pulling out of our drive way on the way to the range. We put about 500 rds thru them with no FTE. They worked fine, no problem whatsoever! I can't complain for the price."

"After watching Nutnfancy's review on youtube.com I was a bit skeptical, but I figured that it was worth the risk for the price when you consider factory mags are 5x more expensive. First tests with all of the mags I ordered (including two 33rd G18 mags) went well and all of them dropped free even when fully loaded and was able to lock the slide back after the last round. They seem to be well built and the free mag pouch is a great bonus. The down sides include them being harder to load then factory Glock mags and the follower tilts a quite a bit. It's also too bad the price has gone up. All that said they are a great value for range (do not use these Korean mags if your life depends on it, stick to factory GLOCK). Get them while you can folks!"

"I got some when they were on sale. I was afraid these would suck, but they work well. I do recommend loading them up full capacity for a week or two to let them temper. Mine drop free, go figure."

"You really can't beat this price, so I bought a set. I put about 200 rounds through them and they worked just fine. No jams or FTFs. The only problem was getting them loaded the first time. I thought I was about to break my thumbs off, but I let them set while loaded and after that they were golden."

"I bought three of these sets and went to the range. The two magazines worked fine in my G26 although they are tough to load. But when I tried them with my Kel-Tec Sub-2000 they are too short to use. It's my fault, I assumed they were long enough for the Kel-Tec, but I need the 17 round mags and they are no longer available. Maybe I'll try to buy a couple of 33 round mags for the Sub-2000 before the Feds make them illegal again."

"Ill tell you, for the price you cant beat it, I use the UpLula loader and can load them as quick and I can pick up rounds of ammo. No FFs or any problems at all. I hate loading Mags at the range so I load them up at home and bring 8 of these and 2 of my Glock 19 mags with me and Im ready to go. I havent had any problems, but for PP Ill just use my factory Mags. Again, for the range, you cant beat the performance or price."

"I have bought 2 of these 2 mag sets. The first set is flawless, no issues at all. The second set I found the followers would hang up on the plastic as it molded around the metal liner by the front of the feed lip on the left side. I took them apart and shaved and sanded the offending plastic edges down just enough until the followers no longer catch. I'm not complaining as for 15 bucks and 5 minutes of my time they are perfect for range use. Not sure I'd count on them for HD or carry but for range time they are just fine IMO. Like most others I needed to let the mags sit with 14rd's for a while until I could squeeze in the 15th rd."

"Not for me. Everything has already been said. Weak springs, sticky followers, extra trimming needed to be done on that top of the mag. I bought these with the thought of using at the range and unfortunately they are a waste of time for me even there. You do get what you pay for with theseat least the nylon magazine case is good."

"Gotta say that these magazines are a bargain. On the other hand they are hit and miss. One was fine and hiccups maybe once every time. But the mate it came with has issues so I ended up pitching it. The spring retainer would pop half off so I could only load about ten rounds in it other wise it would spill the contents through the bottom. Would I continue to build my collection with these? Probably not but they're a novelty I suppose."

"I have 5 KCI model 19 and 5 factory. The KCI work fine for the most part, especially considering the price. However, I only use them for practice and for practical shooting fun competitions. I do not use the KCI for carry or for competitive practical shooting matches. I have in rare instances had a problem with rounds hanging up in the mag, but a simple slap takes care of that. But, that is the reason I would not use these mags for anything other than practice and fun shooting."

"I bought these G19 magazines because I like having a quantity of loaded magazines on hand for home defense. It's also nice to have extras when shooting at the range. These KCI magazines are OK for these purposes I suppose, but I am making sure that when I carry I am loaded up with factory Glock magazines. The KCI magazines are simply not the same quality. Glock factory magazines are much more consistently made and I am convinced through repetition that the Glock springs are much more superior than those used in the KCI's. With a little trimming and filing the KCI magazines work OK, but I am not betting my life on them if I find myself in the Red Zone."

"I picked up four of these and here are my thoughts and opinions. A little stiff to load to capacity when new but so are most new high capacity magazines. They drop free from the pistol when loaded or empty and all four magazines locked the slide back when empty. I put 200 rounds through them today and had no malfunctions of any kind with any of the four magazines. If you want some very affordable magazines for range use or practice to save wear and tear on your factory magazines i would definitely recommend these. For the price, they are a great value."

"I own 8 of these now and love them for the range. Yeah they're a little noisy, and the last round is hard to load. Once you put a couple hundred rounds through them they're fine. Some of them did have some wisps of plastic leftover from the molding which are easily managed with a sharp knife. One thing I just noticed is the mags are only notched on one side. Since I'm a righty it doesn't matter, but if you're a lefty, and you've swapped the mag release on your Gen4 Glock, these magazines will not work for you. That's the only reason I didn't give the product 5 stars. Great value."

"These KCI mags are comparable to factory mags at just a fraction of the cost. They feed great and drop free with no hitch. The only drawback to these mags are their base plates. Doing tac loads and letting these mags drop on a hard surface cracks the base plates. It happened to both of my mags that I ordered. Luckily, Glock OEM base plates fit just fine and have fixed the problem. If you shoot IPSC or IDPA, I suggest replacing the base plates with OEM Glock before doing any mag drops. If the base plates didn't crack so easily, I would give it a rating of 5 bullets."

"Bought 2 packs of these before I bought my Glock 19. The first time loading them was a bit of a pain, the spring/follower would jam up and not force the rounds up. I let the mags sit with 14/15 rounds for a day, unloaded it then reloaded it with ease using the Glock loading tool. At the range, they functioned just as reliable as my 3 factory Glock magazines that came with my pistol. I've fired maybe 60 rounds through each of the KCI mags and haven't had a single issue with feeding. Great range mags, will definitely buy more because of the price."

"Got these the other day, tried them out last week. These mags work as well as my originals with the exception that I can only get 14 rounds in one of them. Perhaps it will loosen up after usage. These magazines are well worth the price, glad to see they are back."

"I have 10 of these magazines. I originally planned to use these as range only magazines for target shooting/training. Shortly after beginning to use them, I use them for carry as well. I have had zero problems with any of them using a variety of target and self defense hollow points. I have to look at the base-plate to know whether they are factory Glock or KCI. For less than half the price, they are well worth the money. I have made my 5 factory mags "safe queens." Why use a $30 mag when a $10 one will function the same way? Good way to increase your magazine count without breaking the bank. THUMBS UP!"

"good magazines for the price. on a comical note, the first time I went to shoot with these, I loaded it up and stuck it in firmly in my Glock 19. once I fired the first shot, the magazine dropped out of the gun. however, after that, I had no further issues with the magazines themselves. while they don't feel even close to being as solid as factory glock magazines, I'd still recommend them for range magazines or any other non-serious/life-depending situations. plus, the pouch thats included is very nice and can fit other double stack or single stack magazines as well!"

"I wanted to write a review after using these for some time. They were very cheap. They worked pretty well. My only complaint was the finish on the mold wasn't as good and inserting a new mag would release the slide which was locked back. I would use for range mags, just not for carry."

"Purchased 3 of these mags, the price was right especially in all the shortages of every thing during the last few months. First trip to the range could only get 14 in each one but after one use the spring softened up and can load 15 no prob. they actually fit a little snugger to the frame than the factory mags(by a fraction)and would make slightly easier to conceal. plan on buying more while i still can"

"I purchased 2 of these mags a couple of months ago because I couldn't find more stock Glock mags for a reasonable price. I have put dozens of rounds through the KCI mags so far without any problems. I just bought one more with the same good results. Close examination tells you they aren't quite the same quality as Glock, but they have been performing just as well so far and I haven't been able to tell the difference when in use."

"This magazines are well built and also like the factory mag has the metal plate inside cover in polymer (plastic) the finish is not like a oem mag but is not bad looking either.. I purchased 1 to use in my G23 converted to 9mm. feeds nicely and fits even better.. will buy more."

"I was a bit dubious seeing these for half the cost as elsewhere. But I have had no jams yet. I've got to get one of those magazine loaders, as my thumbs just can't push in 15 rounds (12 max). Time will tell if they're durable."

"Loading for the first couple of times might be a bit of a pain because follower jams and the spring is pretty tight. But after loading the mag to full and leaving it for 24 hours it eases off and follower doesn't seem to jam anymore. So over-all I would recommend these magazines since they are only $10 each it's well worth the money in my opinion especially for range days."

"Good value for a cheap range magazine. Originally got 2 of these to carry additional magazines for CCW, but the springs are VERY weak. These mags are supposed to hold and operate 15-rounds, but after about the 11th round, the spring gives up pressure, and the rest of the rounds rattle around in the bottom of the mag. When tried to rack the slide, FTF over and over again. Like I said, GREAT value for range mags - that you can drop to the ground in rapid reload - but DEFINATELY NOT FOR CONCEALED CARRY!!! I wouldn't depend on the faulty springs and tension to save my life. Thank-you"
