"I HAVE A RUGER RANCH RIFLE AND A SIG 553. I HAVE NEVER SHOT A FACTORY ROUND THROUGH EITHER. THIS VMAX BULLET IS SO ACCURATE, AND SO FAST AND STABLE, IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE. IT LOADS SO EASILY INTO NEW AND USED BRASS. THIS IS MY EXCLUSIVE 223 ROUND."

"I have used these in two 22/250's for years. They give me 1/2\" 5-shot groups at 100 yds. and their effect on ground hogs is great.I don't even consider another bullet for my hog guns. Backed by 34.5 grs. of IMR 4064 or Varget would be a good load to try."

"I have been a fan of Hornady for over thirty years now and I have yet to find a rifle that didn't half way shoot the Hornady bullet. I have an Armalite M4 Carbine that shoots this 55 grain V-Max bullet with all certainty. At one hundred yards out it performs better than it does at twenty-five yards, but it ain't no slouch there anyhow. I use the Benchmark powder and follow the data on the can, can't go wrong that way. Never have had a problem with any of the bullets and they work great, supurbly accurate, no question the varmit goes down every time."

"I have been using the V-Max 55 grain in a Savage .22-250 with superb results.I can key hole shots at 100 yards with the rounds pushed by Hodgdon H380."
