"I have a Taurus 650SS small framed .357. The factory grip is comfortable, but doesn't extend far enough for your pinkie finger to grab, thus causing your pinkie to curl underneath the grip. The factory grip exposes the bottom part of the frame (the butt) -- which is why it's short. This Hogue Rubber Monogrip extends past the gun's butt and allows your pinkie to grab, while still keeping the gun concealable. It's a tad bit longer than the original, but a tad bit thinner as well -- the back part of the frame is exposed with this grip, while the original grip fully wraps around. The Hogue Rubber Monogrip is more comfortable than the factory original. It's soft, but not soft enough that it tears/cuts easily. A great buy!"

"Out of the box it looked 100% better than what was on there. I have a Taurus Model 85 Ultra Light. The extra finger grip lets u put a full hand on the gun instead of just 3 fingers. Install was a snap, maybe took 10 minutes."

"I just got this for my taurus CIA 650ss .357 and I absolutely LOVE it. It feels so much better than the original grip. I installed it in 5 minutes and it looks a million times better than stock. Haven't shot it yet, but I imagine having an extra finger the grip of a snubbie .357 will help alot."

"Having only shot handguns no larger than 9mm in caliber, and having a brand new .357 magnum Tarusus 605SS, I decided to go ahead to buy this replacement grip. I must say, I'm glad I did. It was easy and quick to install. Not to mention, the material is much better for gripping than the stock grips and because these grips allow the your hand to stretch over the trigger more. You'll have better accuracy and trigger control. Even if you can hold on to a .357 magnum with only 3 fingers, you should still buy this. It also allows for easier reloading with speedloaders. BUY THIS."

"I picked this up for my Taurus 605 and was very impressed. The grip feels...\"squishier\" in a good way, and helps the hand grip the firearm for more controlled shots. Especially, with the .357 Magnum, the extra inch or so of rubber also assists in drawing from an inside-the-pants holster. My only complaint is regarding speedloading. I have two HKS speedloaders and their use was a big factor in my chosing this grip as speedloading with the stock grip was troublesome. This one helps, but not much, maybe about 20% better. I might trim some of the rubber away and see if it helps. Still a great upgrade for a great price."

"Got my grip in the mail last Saturday. 5 days earlier than estimated. Had nothing planned for the day, so I decided to install my new grip. Took off the original grips and when I opened the Hogue package I noticed the grip was there, but not the hardware to hold grip in place. I called c.t.d. and talked to Carl- he gave me Houge's number , they mailed out the hardware and now gun is ready for the range. The grip is a great improvment over factory one. The only thing I wish is that the grip was a little fatter."
