GLOCK Serrated Clip Point Blade Knife -
This GLOCK Field Knife is an all purpose army knife. Used as a weapon and for opening bottles and ammunition boxes too, this GLOCK Field Knife is coated to prevent corrosion to give you the endurance and dependability you can rely on from GLOCK. With a quick draw in mind this GLOCK Field Knife comes with a matching sheath to give you one handed control at the time of draw.

GLOCK knives were developed in close cooperation with the special forces (Rangers) of the Austrian Army. To achieve best performance and function, no compromises were made in the design, which is getting more approval with every year of service.

GLOCK Field Knives are best known for their outstanding ruggedness which offers a large range of applications - starting from a "First Aid" knife inside the car to a bone crushing knife for hunters. The cross bar protects the hand against injuries and can be used as thumb rest and as bottle opener.

In addition to the above, GLOCK knives are sturdy enough to break wi ndows or ammunition boxes, requirements by Armed Forces among many others. Beside of the Austrian Army these multipurpose knives were adopted and are on duty today at various law enforcement agencies and famous special units all over the world.

Clip Blade -
The clip blade is a classic shape and very practical. Its name describes a shape that seems to have a portion of the spine of the blade clipped off. This brings the blade point lower for extra control and enhances the sharpness of the tip. It provides ample "belly" in the blade for slicing or skinning and a good tip for inserting in and under things that need to be cut. You will often find a false edge with the clip point.

Serrated Blade -
A serrated blade has a cutting edge that has many small points of contact with the material being cut. By having less contact area than a smooth blade, the applied force at each point of contact is relatively greater and the points of contact are at a sharper angle to the material being cut.

"1st I would like to say the only bad thing about this knife the saw thing on the back of the knife is a joke its awful. other than that its wounderful. The shealth is nice its some kind of plastic. it can clip on without taking your belt off. The butt of the handle as a hammer. The handle is a realy strong plastic. The blade is sharp but can dull on u kinda fast, but not awful (really bad). Over all, a great knife for the money 5 stars!!!!"

"Good knife for the money. Only problem was the hole for the lanyard. It was not drilled out. The handle must be a full tang with a butt cap. No instructions or information with the knife. I could not find any information on the glock web page or google. It would be a good update to design the sheath with webbing slots (like a Kabar). Overall a good knife. CDT shipped fast...very satisfied."

"I bought all three colors. I have the black one with the saw back. The saw back is useful, but not as useful as I thought it would be. Better to have the saw than not. The steel is tough and somewhat difficult to sharpen, however this type knife is not designed to shave with anyway. Good Product!"

"Ive been a Glock fan for years so when I seen this knife I had to have it. Im not the end all expert on knifes but from what I can tell this is a pretty solid knife for the price. It is extremely sharp. I cant wait to stab things (jk)! I ordered it on a Friday night it was here Monday morning. Way to go CTD, youre the best."

"this knife won't stop working. I've dug holes for firepits with it, stabbed/pried open ammunition cans of cheap russian ammo, left it outside for a month, you name it. the black finish is wearing off in some areas, but still no rust. doesn't hold a very sharp edge, but it is spring steel and indestructible. if you need a woods knife, look no further, this thing works harder than any of my other knives that are 4x as much."

"Not a bad knife overall. It wasn't very sharp out of the box, but it can always be sharpened. And it definitely is a very strong knife. One thing I'm curious about though is this residue on the blade. I thought it might have been grease, but I tried to wipe it off and it wont come off. I'm thinking maybe I just got a bad one, but it's still not bad overall."

"I got this knife as part of an home emergency kit. I am by no means a knife expert, as an example I cut my thumb with this sucker the day I got it (Its sharp!). The sheath is a little awkward at first but Reviewer Z (Another knife) is right use you thumb to separate the clamp holding the knife on the sheath and no issues. It does snap close but if thats an issue and your using this as a weapon you have much bigger problems. (I plan on getting another one)"

"This is worth 30 bucks, not much more. I think you're paying for the brand, as the knife is a little clunky and the steel is the CHEAP stuff. That said, I bought for a disaster kit, and if I can only have one tool for general use, this would be it. It serves its purpose well, just don't get your hopes up."

"The saw is useless. Didn't come sharp and the tip is rounded, but all around it's seems to be a solid knife."

"Paid very little for it. That's what I got. Very sharp out of the box. Does not fit my hand well at all. Too small in diameter. Will store as a utility knife. Handle seems cheap. Butt cap is plastic. Will look for something larger and more durable in build (and appearance). Then again, I'm sure this will last my lifetime and do the job well."
